@inn.imnotnothing 一年前喺觀塘開左佢地第四間分店,老細曾經喺米芝蓮二星餐廳同美國學藝院校受訓,同其他分店一樣都係主打法式菜色🇫🇷 餐廳充滿浪漫氣氛,有大量花樽、雕塑、吊燈等佈置,每個角落都係打卡位📸 佢地分別有室內同露台位置,喺繁忙嘅觀塘裡面有個咁chill嘅地方,唔怪得之成日full booking啦🫣 INN has opened up a branch in KT last year, which is managed by an ex-Michelin chef. 田螺用左香草同蒜蓉炒成金香,食落鮮美彈牙,牛油香氣四溢🧈 烤焗嘅過程中令田螺嘅鮮甜味混和喺墊底嘅薯蓉內,增添鹹香味,食落無咁單一👍🏼 蒜蓉包焗得外脆內軟,連埋綿密嘅薯蓉一齊食口感變得好豐富😚
The escargot was fried in butter and garlic then placed onto the mashed potatoes, so all the juices were incorporated into it. The garlic bread was crispy, which creates a contrast in texture.

Grilled NZ Ribeye 10oz with Arugula Salad
紐西蘭肉眼扒肥瘦均勻,今次叫左五成熟,火候都掌握得唔錯👨🏻‍🍳 牛扒雖然有啲筋但肉質都夠軟嫩,簡簡單單以鹽去調味可以更特出鮮美嘅牛香🥩 拌菜包括馬鈴薯同埋沙律,酸味特出嘅黑醋夠曬開胃,有助降低牛扒嘅油膩感🥗
This medium rare steak although was laced with some tendon, but it was still very tender overall. The salad on side is tossed in balsamic vinegar which was appetising.

提拉米蘇 $48
Tiramisu
今日除左tiramisu之外其他甜品都無曬🥹 一入口就感受到滑順嘅口感同同馬斯卡彭芝士奶香,最後再浮出已滲入手指餅嘅咖啡酒香🍸 雖然本身無諗住叫呢款,但無可否應係水準之上嘅🤟🏼
The tiramisu was done well, with a creamy mascarpone cheese layer on top of alcohol infused lady fingers. The coffee flavour was outstanding.

最後叫左杯泡沫咖啡 (+$19),咖啡味醇香,完美咁配合濃郁綿滑的鮮奶泡沫☕️
Cappuccino was smooth and the aroma of fresh milk was laced into every sip.
