今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於深水埗嘅Alive Eatery by Alive Food,係一間主打自家製酸種麵包嘅咖啡店。餐牌上有提供素食/Gulten Free等選擇,適合唔同飲食習慣嘅人到訪。我哋之前已經喺合舍品嚐過佢哋嘅Kombucha,所以對佢哋嘅出品都抱有信心。因為當日已經食過正餐,所以主要係為咗佢哋嘅招牌焦糖奶油麵包布甸而到訪。Eatery by Alive Food is located in Sham Shui Po, specializes in sourdough bread. 焦糖法國奶油酸種麵包布甸 (Caramelized Soft Bread Pudding) $65
表面係燒到香脆嘅焦糖,內裏包裹住濕潤嘅麵包,外脆內軟嘅配搭令人食到停唔到口。旁邊配上檸檬雪葩,酸味十足,亦同時平衡返麵包布甸嘅甜味。相對 LPM 同類型嘅甜品,驚喜感略顯遜色,仍然較為偏好 LPM 嗰個甜品。
The soft bread is topped with crispy caramel, which gives a contrasting texture. With the lemon sorbet aside, the sourness neutralizes the sweetness of the bread pudding. Nonetheless, this is less surprising than the one we had in LPM.

巴西莓果碗 (Acai Bowl) $88
賣相頗為吸引,表層鋪滿了Granola,椰子片以及士多啤梨等等。食落富有層次感,但令人失望嘅係巴西莓冰沙質感較稀,若能增添該質感則更佳。
The appearance is quite attractive, as the acai bowl is topped with granola, coconut flakes and strawberry. It has rich layering, but the acai smoothie is a bit light. We prefer a thinker texture of acai smoothie.
