As a receptionist, can't you check your reservation record if name and number of guest are available?
As an employee of service industry, can't you let me know that you can't understand Chinese words, with a polite and pleasant attitude?
Chinese being the mother tongue of most Hongkongers, what make you feel so proud of being ignorant in Chinese? Does it mean that you are not professional?
