等了1小時後餐終於送到
打開後吃了一口飯就知道飯是生的
我立刻打到餐廳告知他們飯是生的
因為對炆牛肋骨餐來說 飯是十分重要！
然後有一個說英文的女生接了電話
我跟她說:
I ordered a braised beef set on deliveroo and wanna let you that the rice is raw.
Do you know how important is the rice for the set?
她的回應就只是:
Oh! Ok! Sorry, thank you thank you
這種不知所謂的回應真的令我生氣極了
隨便說兩句就算了真的接受不了
這也是一種Customer Service
倘若餐廳負責人在看這個食評
希望能跟餐廳反映一下以及叫他們反省一下自己的服務態度 謝謝
