The hojicha sauce is good however the waffle is a bit dry and hard. It should be eaten with the fresh cream placed underneath.

A dish with a very special name, and the donut is oily and greasy, the sweet sour jam on top does not help to balance this greasy texture. However, the homemade ice cream is smooth and taste just right.
