Here’s my fav lunch set!-The pork chop bun is just fair. The buns are quite crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. However, the pork chop is dry and not juicy enough-The Hong Kong-style Borscht is the best!!! It’s tangy and flavour packed! What’s more, I’m pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of pork briskets and vegetables, eg carrot, bell peppers and cabbage!
