I pass by this alley one day and found Veygo opened a new shop here.  This Veygo is a little bit bigger then the one in Sheung Wan and so the seatings was more comfortable.  This was my second time here, and even though  I liked the BLT I had last time, I thought it would be too much at that moment, so I ordered the turkey sandwich, soup and coffee.  I suggested my friends order the burgers as I saw other customer eating from previous visits and it looked good.The soup of the day was carrot and

 I thought it would be too much at that moment, so I ordered the turkey sandwich, soup and coffee.  I suggested my friends order the burgers as I saw other customer eating from previous visits and it looked good.
The soup of the day was carrot and ginger.  The soup was more like the carrot puree with some ginger bits. Personally, I would prefer a creamy soup and stronger flavor.

 The sandwich was filled with fresh veggies and right portion of turkey. The bread was also soft.

 My friends loved the smoky burger and fish burger.  You could just tell from their facial expressions after their first bite. The potato wedge were great too. It was crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside.  
The highlight for me was the coffee.  A standard Americano was neither too strong nor waterdown, and it left a good after taste.

 Overall, I liked this little coffee shop. Staff were friendly and helpful.  Burger and coffee were great.

(第一次去的是上環店，可看那邊的食評)有一天被同事叫去了灣仔的分店。我的期望沒有太高。After the first visit I was summoned to the Wanchai branch one day by a colleague. Of course, I didn't have any expectation.Cappuccino - 先來一杯cappuccino，拉花挺有心思。也是一杯不錯的cappuccino。Cappuccino - I ordered a cappuccino first, wow, it's a Mickey Mouse, interesting.  沙律 - 由於那天的早餐吃得非常飽，我又是點了沙律另加多士。這次額外加的菠蘿雖然也不是新鮮的但比上次的好看。我也加了芝士，但質素不夠好，沒有芝士香。至於全麥麵包多士，當然不能，我也沒有期望那是什麼店方烘焙的麵包。多士烘得很脆，配牛油沒有大問題。大問題是額外加的多士好像要過10元但只給你一塊(切半)，看它多大方。
Salad - Yep I ordered salad again, due to the huge breakfast I had on that day. Well, this time the quality of the canned pineapple was better than the last one. (if using canned food is their thing they'd better stick to the canned pineapple Wanchai uses) I also added cheese which didn't have the taste of cheese. As to the so called whole whet toast, of course I was not expecting some kind of bread baked by the cafe itself but it was indeed nicely toasted and great with the butter. However, you have to pay over 10 dollars for one piece of toast (which is cut into two-half). So generous, Veygo!

    下午茶的時間  一個人由金鐘向灣仔方向覓食想找覓新的店子  結果來到汕頭街  看著街口掛著的大海報便找到她了 一拉開門便感受到那強勁的冷氣  店內客人還真不少  看了餐牌後點了杯 flat white 和 old fashion burger 一客等了大概5分鐘左右便有咖啡喝了是孔雀拉花哦   很高雅的feel  拍過一輪照後喝熱度剛好  咖啡味較平時喝的latte濃  選了skim milk沖調感覺更輕怡 喝到最後還是嚐到那甘濃的咖啡味再過一會漢堡也送到了配菜是炸薯角 可惜是有點炸過頭了  味道是不錯的身為主角的漢堡被我冷落在一旁  因為我都只關注著玩手機 其中一位職員還特地走來問我  是否漢堡出了差錯或不合我的味道很細心和盡職的員工  十分緊張客人的意見 那我開動囉~ 切開漢堡看  原來肉是全熟的  沒有多餘的醬汁  主要靠牛肉和配料的味道取勝牛肉味頗濃較乾身  大大片的爽脆酸青瓜  清爽的沙律菜和一大片芝士我覺得味道還不錯  惹怕太乾口可沾點黃芥辣醬食  另有一番味道 店內其實環境氣氛都不錯  可惜今天的冷氣是真有點過強大了剛病好的我還是快走的好  臨走時問了店員

      很高雅的feel  拍過一輪照後喝

     切開漢堡看  原來肉是全熟的  沒有多餘的醬汁  主要靠牛肉和配料的味道取勝
    牛肉味頗濃較乾身  大大片的爽脆酸青瓜  清爽的沙律菜和一大片芝士
    我覺得味道還不錯  惹怕太乾口可沾點黃芥辣醬食  另有一番味道


    店內其實環境氣氛都不錯  可惜今天的冷氣是真有點過強大了
    剛病好的我還是快走的好  
    臨走時問了店員  甜品蛋糕是否自家制  原來是交貨來的

    下次來試試她的意粉吧

      職場無朋友﹗雖不欲承認，然而，在職場打滾數年，情投意合，且願意付出真心的，確是不多。朋友圈中，除了小學中學大學相識的友人，或義工活動的伙伴，職場結交且感情深厚的友人，不過三人而矣﹗是日中午，在附近工作的我們，相約來頓輕便的飯局，見見面，且預祝小妹牛一。Little C素知小妹貪新，故揀了剛開業不久的Veygo Coffee。汕頭街舊店林立，人車爭路，予人破舊殘破之感。走型格清新、色彩絢麗斑斕路線的Veygo Coffee，無疑為舊街小巷注入了新生命，帶來新衝擊。甫踏入大門口， 目光不禁被左手邊牆上，由人手一筆一劃繪出的圖文並茂餐牌所吸引了。真的，很美，也很有個人風格﹗大前方，乃一咖啡沖調區。地方不大，然一切都擺放得極為整齊企理，予人一絲不苟之感。一型爆咖啡師正在沖泡咖啡，感覺蠻為親切。再往前走，就是冷凍櫃，存放了數款索價$32-$38的蛋糕，以及數款汽水飲品。小店面積不大，然店主善用每一方寸的空間，擺位頗為進取。密密麻麻的座位，坐得不太舒適也。店中有不少的特色擺設，餐牌也設計獨特，可見店主所花的心思不少﹗小店食物選擇頗多，有多款All Day Breakfast、漢堡包、沙律、意粉、新

       雞肉菠菜香草醬意粉$88簡單地以攪碎了的菠菜、香草、芝士和橄欖油等香炒意粉，入口極為濃香惹味，意粉的軟硬度適中，咬下彈牙具嚼勁，食味口感頗佳。雞肉煎得香脆好味，惜份量不多，僅七小薄片。八十八元的意粉，水準中規大矩，然不包餐湯或餐飲，有點貴。

       小妹杯焦糖布丁咖啡$44/regular乃四杯中唯一沒有拉花的咖啡，燒過的焦糖在咖啡面層呈現出扎實而深啡色的，似月球的表面，且予人凹凸不平之感。咖啡入口濃香不已，面層的焦糖甜度適中，配上幼滑的奶泡，集香滑甜於一口，最啱愛甜味的小妹！

       Little C的Veygo 早餐$88有煙肉、香腸、翠肉瓜、蕃茄、薯餅、意大利麵包和炒蛋，煙肉香腸有偏鹹之嫌；麵包疑似返叮之作，微熱且硬；薯餅則頗為香脆可口，而拌入牛奶同炒的炒蛋則甚為香滑。

       其杯咖啡拉了一隻胖呼呼且可愛的熊仔圖案，旁邊以三粒朱古力粟米圈圈作點綴，賣相與C小姐本人有幾分似﹗
      呷了一少口，芳香且細滑，味道不賴。

       高妹J要了一個餡料健康豐富的Healthy Burger $68，有以沙律菜、漢堡扒、芝士、翠玉瓜、蕃茄和自家製醬作餡料的漢堡包，以及炸得香脆美味的薯角。據說沙律菜極為鮮爽可口，然漢堡扒味淡，質感偏乾硬，肉汁較少，漢堡包也未夠香脆美味。

       其點的咖啡拉了一隻有一對長長耳朵、樣子有點姣黠的小白兔，旁邊則拉了三個大心形，姣黠與J絲毫扯不上關係，然J無疑是愛心爆棚的。

       咖啡達人C點了一份即叫即做的三文治煙火腿硬麵包圈$58，餡料有鮮爽甜的沙律菜和蕃茄，以及數量頗多且煎得香脆鹹香的煙火腿，再伴以炸薯角。咬下啖啖滋味爽脆，蠻香口好吃的﹗

       咖啡達人C的咖啡最後登場，乃一杯拉了看似有點不太友善的龍貓圖案，與sweet 爆的她當然不太相襯。
      四杯咖啡，均讓我們見識了咖啡師高超的拉花手藝。下次再來，真想問問他可否拉出monchichi的圖案？﹗

       最後，以一件紅絨毛蛋糕$38作結。一件切成三角形，赤紅純白相間的紅絨毛蛋糕置於白瓷碟上，以士多啤梨醬寫有「Happy Birthday」，並畫有一個迷你生日蛋糕，再以朱古力寫有小妹的名字。

      小店的紅絨毛蛋糕較為濕潤幼滑且細緻，蛋糕咬下頗有彈性，芝士忌廉雪得結實帶咬口，甜而不膩，咬口甚佳，小妹喜歡也。友人小小的心思，店家的小小配合，為小妹帶來無限的surprise和喜悅，謝謝儂﹗

        Friday Night下班後想找個地方讓腦袋放空一下，來到於灣仔新開業的Veygo Coffee。咖啡師非常耐心的為我介紹，最後我點了他的推介 "Flat White" (HK$36) ^_^ 想不到，他非常用心的為我製作了這個可愛的龍貓拉花，而且，他很細心的留意到我有點冷，主動替我調整冷氣出風口，感動感動﹗咖啡師告訴我，Flat White的espresso含量比Latte多，所以更能嚐出咖啡的味道。我沒有加糖，一喝下去但覺奶泡柔滑，不酸不澀，我喜歡﹗ 而且，喝到後段，奶泡仍如此漂亮，真令人心情愉快 : )

          Came here for a late lunch as I originally wanted to go to Passion but seriously ... it's now so hard to get a seat there! This place, however, was nice and quiet.Located in a small street that used to be lined with stationary stores but is now empty except for the dust and sound of construction as there is now a "rebuilding" of Wanchai to make it prettier and more upscale, is this coffee shop. Actually, this small street is starting to sprout up some interesting new eateries lately, so definite

          Veygo Coffee is the second shop that is originally found in Sheung Wan. It's decor is pretty much the same as that one as is their menu.

           As it was a public holiday, it wasn't very busy so I sat down by myself at a little table. The menu ranged from various all day breakfast sets to hamburgers to cakes from their cake display. There was also a variety of coffees and teas to choose from. One I saw that was interesting was a chai latte as not many places in Hong Kong offer that. But I wanted a flat white on this day. I also ordered their Veygo Big Breakfast.

          The Veygo Big Breakfast came on a VERY big plate ($88). It took up the entire size of the one person table I was sitting in. The breakfast included a half a roasted tomato, two slices of bacon, one sausage, one hashbrown, two eggs of your choice (I chose scrambled), two slices of roasted zucchini (even though the menu said squash in English...no idea what it said Chinese), and two slices of toasted ciabatta. The eggs were pretty bad. They were not soft or even remotely fluffy. They were just kind of flat and basically underdone. The bacon wasn't fried to crispy but I find that in many Hong Kong restaurants. I have no idea why they don't do that. Hashbrown was alright though not homemade but from one of the frozen packs you find at the supermarket. Tomato and zucchini were ok. Ciabatta was nice and soft.

           However, the coffee was quite good. Nice and smooth. It oddly stayed hot throughout my meal which was EXCELLENT.

           I would return as a place for coffee but not for the food. The service was friendly enough. But I should note on the music used at this place as it was reallly good music which is rare as many coffee shops I go to usually play some pretty unbearable stuff or just not play anything at all. Every single song that was played while I was eating was a great choice. Obviously the owner has good taste in music.
