之前吃過一次，今次用團購coupon去Subway再下一城，這回點了footlong尺寸的Italian BMT特製意大利潛艇堡 $60，再加$12變套餐，多一罐汽水及兩大塊美式曲奇。與朋友一人share一半都非常之夠！一呎長的潛艇堡確實不是說笑，份量很驚人，見師傅在加配料時，配料多到不得了。麵包選了蜂蜜燕蜜包Honey Oat，醬汁今次則想試試低脂蛋黃醬，整個組合也不錯，而特製意大利潛艇堡主材料包括辣肉腸、沙樂美腸和火腿，口感豐富，味道有不同層次，很好味。當然，兩大塊朱古力曲奇也同樣好別，曲奇很有牛油香（雖然是很油膩的），朱古力粒也下得多，味道香濃。

I really like Subway, especially when they are doing promotions!With just $29, I got a 6-inch sub (could be ham, pizza, chicken, etc.), 2 cookies/a bag of potato chips and a soft drink! What a great deal! Price is reasonable and in fact this set lunch is really good for value! The cookies are home-made and there are a few choices, ranging from chocolate chip, white chocolate with macademia nut to M&M cookies. They are not crunchy at all, but soft and delicious, which suits my flavor. Anyway

旅行回港的首個工作日, Lunch time 食飯, 行到去和記, 美銀, 快餐廳已成人中之龍. 反正不想多吃的我轉戰美式的Subway....是次去夏威夷渡假, 去之前一餐食美式, 回來後第一餐竟然都係美式...巧合吧....Lunch time, 有 special, 一個半呎包加一包 Lays薯片, 再加一杯汽水. $29, 感覺上都幾抵食. 雖然不太喜歡Subway, 但$29, 有咁多樣野, 食一食也無妨. 我叫簡單而傳統的Ham & Cheese, 賓姐放完Ham, Cheese, 原來仲會去焗一焗熱個包, 好讓那芝士熔一熔. 太耐沒有幫襯Subway了 (起碼有10幾年), 以前點Serve已經不知道, 不過, Subway, 咪都係一隻潛艇包. 加熱了的包, 再按自己心意加上生菜, 青瓜 同 沙律醬. 汽水薯片就在counter旁, help yourself. 起初以為個包會硬硬硬. 但出來的, 依然軟軟的. 因為麵包只是焗了一陣, 主要是為了整熔片芝士, 成個包, 保持原味. 半份既份量亦啱啱好, 不太飽, 不太小. 中午一個 Lady lunch, 份量啱啱好.

Went here to get a quick sandwich for dinner. Ordered the Today's Special which costs $19 only! Very good deal. You get to have a 6-inch sub - today's special was ham. The ingredients of my sandwich were cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and carrots! I chose honey mustard as my sauce. After having it heated, it tasted really good! 本人並唔中意三文治。不lau對 subway 都係過門而不入。有次買完大快活陪同事買 subway，見到 d cookies 好似好吸引咁。之後就迷上了，最主要原因係佢個 size 大個 and price 平過 Mrs Field，味道就差唔多，可能不同味會 Mrs Field 好少少吧。我既至愛係 White Chocolate Macademia Nut Cookie，太好味了！

Have a quick lunch after having lesson. Had a turkey sandwiches which cost only $19 on saturday. I added tomato, lettuce, green pepper and cucumber. It tasted quite good after baking.

3-21-2008 這餐最遺憾的就是明明要1呎Footlong Meal，卻只得6寸Meal，下次1定要再食返夠本。 Subway Melt。軟溶芝士很豐富，有火腿，火雞，煙肉，芝士。最難得的就是火雞入口並不。麵包我們選了Parmesan Oregaon，芝士配菜再加芝士，生菜和蕃茄，最出色為蕃茄夠厚夠Juicy。女侍應不停禮貌地More More More問我們要不要Honey Mustard，醬汁只要了這款不錯。加埋薯片汽水，薯片為現成一包包利事薯片，而且有各種口味可選，可以取走都幾方便。 下1次要試試肉丸和芝士牛扒。哈哈這餐再次包場。

已經連續兩天的午飯時間要在公司渡過，今天的外賣，純粹跟大隊，是潛艇。要了個公司潛艇，是六寸的蜜糖麥包，夾上燒牛肉加雞肉加香腸的組合，加上蕃茄、酸青瓜及洋蔥，淋上蜜糖芥末及一點燒烤汁。我不是什麼自稱「碩果僅存的元老..」，對著垃圾食物難以長篇大論，只懂說：「都是不難吃」。加多句，如果不烘及不加芝士，味道差之千里。31蚊，不便宜，據同事回報，還是要排一輪隊才買到的，當然只是迫不得已的選擇。

去完個客度經過此店, 見肚餓又趕時間就整份6吋既黎食要左個steak & cheese, 意大利白麵包加配菜個度,有d我都係指比佢睇算, 因為小弟英文不太靈光(細個唔勤力d讀書既後果)今次無第一次食個陣感覺咁燙手熱熱地岩岩好味道唔錯,但最好係坐低/搵位擺低慢慢食渣住黎食係幾麻煩如果唔太大食都可以當一餐(大食的請叫一份十二吋)

7月18日,終於有機會同家姐一齊分享subway melt~$62一個set，有2塊大cookies,middle drink + subway,不過佢take away menu果度好似寫$58架，唔知點解收$62，冇問到。要左　footlong white,everything,bbq sauce，不過原來有樣野係spicy的，食唔到辣既我覺得好辛苦，如果你地都唔食得，記住everything except "jelapenos"。個waiteress唔識聽cantoness，講野又唔清唔楚,同時間有個男人，佢仲加溝通唔到，人地問佢"wt kind of bread"，佢聽到3次都唔知講咩....at last唯有give a hand.唔知今日係咪唔想食d dry野既原因，我覺得食完好唔nice，好辛苦，或者係辣既原因啦，搞到折扣大減。今次比我感覺唔係咁好食，或者下次真正想食包既時候去食，會好味好多～家姐就話好好味,&佢d cookies必try!!!

寶翠園第一店開不成，是因地理位置問題；又以為千呼萬喚既盧押道總店一關，Subway 是曰撤出香港。早幾日發現盧押道總店「復活」之餘，中區仲多o左間兜踎既姊妹店。來Subway 既指定動作，係Veggie Burger - Wheat Bread, No Cheese, No Dressing, Just Pepper。包款（盧押道總店同此店亦然）少o左唔在講，唔再係暖包唔在講；再睇埋佢賣相...憤怒。唯一既感動，係「爆pepper（唔再係freshly grinded 既pepper 唔在講）」那「剎那間」既「次級感動」。
