Meet up with my good friend at this restaurant at 7:15pm. She finds this restaurant on openrice and ask if I want to try. Sure! I like to try out new restaurant.The place is nicely designed, the big lamp in the middle of the ceiling catch my eyes as I have got one similar at home but of cause in a much smaller size. Good choice.French Fine de Claire Oyster * 3 – I have 2 and she has 1, can taste the flavor of sea water, the after taste stay in your month/tongue for few minutes, This type of oyster is always one of my flavorite and well they are freshOnion soup – very sweet onion flavor, right balance with the beef stock and the onion, come with a toast bread with cheeseLobster bisque – not bad, no lobster meat though…(My friends says to me: what you expect with HKD48? The whole lobster meat)Foie gras – a bit burn outside but still yummy, the foie gras paste very smoothChicken wing – the sauce is quite special, sour, sweet…Lasagna – tomato sauce with meat, cheese, and vegetables in between layersSlow cook sea bass in milk – I am not a big lover for any cooked fish but this dish is not bad, the fish is very soft as it is slow cooked, come in a milky soup with some chopped tomato and vegetable, a very different type of dish - recommendChocolate Lava with ice-cream – the sweetness is just right, as they use dark chocolate with the ice-cream – yummyThe dishes are ok and price is not that expensive but the dishes variety not as many on the menu. 昨晚放工諗住陪大肚老婆到天后撐枱腳,點知揸住架車成大半個鐘都搵唔到車位,唯有轉移陣地在蜆殼街泊好車後見到這間叫Saporito的西餐廳。因為已經餓左好耐,所以叫左佢地先上一D小食然後在慢慢睇餐牌。點完菜後,一份煙三文魚酥皮已經準備好了。食完第一啖的第一個感覺係又香又趣!絕非一般餐廳的行貨。正當默默地享受時,聽到隔離枱有人英雄所見略同,侍應話D酥皮係大廚每日下午自己晌廚房搓的,D餡會因應時節轉變。雖然搓酥皮唔係D咩驚天地泣鬼神的廚藝,但絕對係時間同耐性的考驗。大廚的用心和堅持應該得到鼓勵。跟住的洋蔥湯亦非一般行貨。現在很少餐廳肯賣高質素的洋蔥湯了,將洋蔥內的天然糖份慢火煮出然後再焦糖化,全程都要金睛火眼睇到實。煎鵝肝外脆內軟,和蘋果醬的配撘很特別。墨魚汁risotto的火候掌握得十分恰當,即係Al denta。味道不會太咸,配料新鮮。 繼續閱讀

諗住星期六約埋老表4個人去食飯,有朋友介紹話去過一間新餐廳,有seafood食,裝修又靚,咁老表冇意見!我哋就打電話book位先!重order 咗兩打生蠔,龍蝦仔等seafood.7點到達,餐廳門口可泊車,老表話正!餐廳裝修以黑紅為主,中間有大吊燈!我哋order的seafood platter嚟喇!有蠔,龍蝦仔,非翠螺!生蠔有三款,有淡有濃,有creamy的!全部都很新鮮啊!有個appetizer幾好味,但食完都估唔到係咩!最後叫waiter問吓原來係茄子,又幾特別喎!Smoke salmon caesar salad-菜新鮮,個dressing有濃濃的cheese味!正!Pan fried foie gras-鵝肝煎得外crispy內軟,配上蘋果sauce,好味!spaghetti with chicken-白汁意粉,意粉硬度適中,白汁creamyGrill lamp chop-羊架重好juicy,旁邊蔬菜剛熟,好crunchyGrill steak-有牛味,好淋!原汁原味,黑椒汁在旁,還有我好鐘意食旁邊的薯角,好好味Dark chocolate lava with ice-cream - 焗得剛好,真的係心太軟,外間又太多焗得不好差不多熟晒!值得一讚食到lee度大家都好滿中!老表話下次要再嚟! 繼續閱讀

Arranged a meet up with my ex-colleague for dinner, and was searching for a restaurant for the night. Saw this new restaurant on openrice and the location is just perfect for both of us.It was raining on that day and we got there around 6:45pm. Might be still early, we were the first table there and it started to fill up later on. I like the style of the open doors, assume it could be open to make a more HEA atmosphere on a nice weather day. And the big lamp in the middle of the roof. just luv it. We were seated near the door and started searching at the menu. Onion soup - with a toasted bread, matched perfectly with the soup, nice taste, surpirse it was only $38 which definately cost more elsewhereNachos - when the waiter put the plate down, i was surprised by the size of it. could share with more ppl,, no problem. very crispy and taste just right with the sour cream and the meat sauce on top, again $48 onlyGrill rib eye steak - medium rare, nicely cooked, beefy, tender and juicy came with some veggieGrill lamp chop - 3 pieces of lamp, again nicely cooked came with some veggie, soft and juicyWe were there catching up till 10pm, during the time our water was filled quickly.I must say I and my friend had a very pleasent time there. 早兩日朋友生日,聽佢地講北角岩岩新開左間意大利餐廳,即刻去試下,我地order 左生蠔,仲試埋芝士焗蠔,兩樣都好好味。d生蠔好新鮮,唔似得某d酒店d生蠔,一d味都無。芝士焗蠔就更加一定要試,焗完都仲食到蠔ge鮮味,味道超夾,我朋友食完要再encore!!!之後我地仲叫左份雞翼,一定要點醬食,個醬酸酸地,有d似千島醬,好好味!!!成晚我最愛-- Nacho,脆卜卜加埋d肉醬,我自己都可以食哂成碟!!!!我地仲叫左牛扒同意粉,掛住食唔記得左影相啦~~不過都好味!!餐飯唔算貴,最開心係食到有質素ge野!!值得encore!!! 繼續閱讀
