You can construct your very own soup curry by choosing the level of spiciness from “Level 0-30”, then choose the soup base: Coconut, Tomato or Shrimp. Meanwhile, the steps followed is choosing your main and/or extra toppings. Each bowl of soup curry comes with a plate of rice.

The tender beef ribs sous vide’d for 12 hours and served with a medley of seasonal veggies. Even though we ordered the “normal 10” level of spiciness, the curry soup was like a flavour bomb, each spoonful was delightfully aromatic and have a strong spicy kick after each sip.
How to eat SAMA soup curry:
1. Take a small sip of tasty soup curry.
2. Scoop a spoonful of Japanese rice.
3. Immerse that rice into the soup curry.
4. Enjoy together with the toppings.
