收工後下大雨，不想和女朋友逛街，於是在附近找酒吧輕鬆一下。酒櫃有大大個PRIME HOUSE LOGO，設計不錯。整個酒吧格調以白藍金為主，檯櫈皆以雲石作襯托，再配合上柔和燈光，跟我認識中的酒吧有另一番驚喜的感覺。酒吧裡充滿了很多SINGLE MALT WHISKY，大多產地為蘇格蘭，涵蓋了各式各樣既酒廠，有不同的口味。除此之外，還有獨製的5杯SIGNATURE COCKTAIL，很有創意特色，每一杯都會附上SINGLE MALT WHISKY，令整杯COCKTAIL都添上更多層次，PRIME HOUSE FAHSIONED是一杯我必須推薦的COCKTAIL，和平常普通酒吧喝到的完全是兩種層次。

After finishing a dinner with friends near Kwun Tong, we heard there is a new whisky bar nearby and wanna give it a try. It is located at a Class-A commercial building which is just opposite to Millennium City Phase II. The lobby is grand but once we entered the entrance of the bar, it surprised us that it’s a marble bar design with symmetrical structure.
The seating is spacious. Although we had a table of six, they offered us a sofa seat facing the bar.

The service was prompt and the bartender introduced several single malt whiskies to us according to their favours.

I ordered a signature cocktail - Prime House fashion. The bartender told me that they added a portion of single malt whisky for to further express the character of the cocktail. What more was the bartender used a lighter with orange oil to intensify the orange flavour. With a small bunch of rosemary adding in the cocktail, it combined with the Talisker’s signature flavour and gave me a little bit sea salt taste.

Anyway, this’s a really comfortable place to chill out. I would definitely go again and try other signature cocktails soon.
