翻工來來去去都係幾個選擇,有時都想轉下新口味,係銅鑼灣地鐵站近Exit F有間主打輕食grab and go既食物,有早餐,午餐,下午茶同晚餐既選擇。價錢都唔算平,不過標榜健康既食材,係香港都會係貴啲啲。🤪係雪櫃拎左個午餐碗🍜,有大大塊三文魚🐟,上面鋪滿黑白芝麻,又有枝豆🫛,有冷麵🥘,佢個配汁超正,少少酸酸辣辣夠哂出味。食完成碗超級飽肚,又高蛋白質。💪通常我都會拎埋飲品同下午茶既選擇,飲品一定要flu fighter,就算無flu我都照食,佢係由新鮮果汁整成,有橙🍊,蘿蔔🥕,蘋果🍎加薑,酸酸甜甜飲落好健康。另外拎左個藍海藻藍莓果仁乳酪碗🥛,三點三食一碗,飽肚又健康,唔會想食其他垃圾食物。藍海藻本身又係superfood,通常一個月自己都會買一次來獎勵下辛苦工作既自己。🤩

$15 有肉有芝士,獨立包裝,份量不算大,但勝在麵包並非空氣和化學劑,食落有咬口,而且蜜糖芥末醬幾醒神,芝士和火腿餡並非只有面層/中間有,而是由頭食到最尾依然食到所有餡料,幾岩做早餐👍🏻👍🏻

I usually pick up some food from this Pret A Manger at CWB station when I need to attend classes in CWB.This avocado & roasted pine nuts salad wrap is one of my favourites. I just highly recommend the store to redesign its package so that I can eat it more easily while I am walking 😂
