話說,我個老死生日啦,咁佢平時就飲開靚野,同食開靚野,咁就頭痛啦佢生日,除咗用錢去達佢之外,又要好食,個景又要靚(其實係我要求)但係我有臨急抱佛腳,只可以選擇呢一間。其實一入到去就係fine dining 嘅格局,呢度係主要食法國fusion fine dining, 座位都闊落,同埋好有私人空間,因為係朋友生日啦所以被安排坐喺景好靚既邊邊位,因為Covid 嘅關係, 餐廳嗰日係大概半滿,都真係唔算多人。坐低就一定係食tasting Menu 㗎啦, 都嚟到啦,1580 per person, 食物都幾好食,但係個人覺得擺盤好靚不過調味方面嘅balance可以再做得好啲,始終好多道菜嘅味道都比較濃,以致冇乜過度既餸,感覺上食完之後好油膩,特別係嗰度海膽同埋魷魚再加龍蝦汁。主菜嘅羊肉同牛肉都係好濃味。反而甜品有驚喜,可能食咗咁多濃味嘅嘢食嗰個檸檬撻再加青檸雪巴感覺上好fresh! 再加埋支酒買單五千幾蚊,用餐體驗係OK嘅,環境亦都好靚,喺嗰間餐廳嗰晚聽咗五六次生日快樂歌,都知道呢間餐廳其實都好多人會選擇嚟慶祝,個人應為呢一個價錢來一次OK,但係如果要我下一次嘅話我可能我會再揀啲嘢食表現更

反而甜品有驚喜,可能食咗咁多濃味嘅嘢食嗰個檸檬撻再加青檸雪巴感覺上好fresh!

再加埋支酒買單五千幾蚊,用餐體驗係OK嘅,環境亦都好靚,喺嗰間餐廳嗰晚聽咗五六次生日快樂歌,都知道呢間餐廳其實都好多人會選擇嚟慶祝,個人應為呢一個價錢來一次OK,但係如果要我下一次嘅話我可能我會再揀啲嘢食表現更加好嘅餐廳,畢竟呢個價錢加多少少已經可以食到caprice 😂

Came here for birthday lunch, saw quite a few tables were celebrating birthday lunch as well. Excellent service and superb view. 好耐冇去海景餐廳,友人一年一度生日飯就食好d啦,今年揀左位於ICC101樓skydining101其中一間西餐廳,可以飽覽維港,系全港最高嘅法國餐廳,食物方面選擇左Odyessee Premium Lunch set,6 courses$880 per head,主打法國料理,每道菜賣相十分精緻,睇得出好用心製作,友人對今次嘅生日飯都好滿意,其中最印象深刻係Patagonian Toothish,魚肉好嫩滑,個皮脆脆地,配青口醬一齊食真係唔錯主菜嘅牛扒同埋乳鴿都好食整體來講都好滿意,下次會再嚟試佢嘅晚餐

🍴Went for a 6 courses tasting menu lunch. 🥂First they gave you a complimentary champagne. 🥰The course includes a gold caviar (with halibut and caviar), a french winter black truffle (with foie gras royale and fried artichoke and hazelnut), a tooth fish (with eggplant and black garlic 🧄 & miso, adding $180 you can have a A4 steak as a main, for dessert 🧁 a chocolate soufflé and you always end a good meal with tea/coffee. 💜The environment was nice with a good view on a sunny day. 💜The environment was nice with a good view on a sunny day. It's a shame that it was quite foggy when I went. Quite pleased with the food and the service though.


Also ordered the oysters on a la carte. The server recommended and not disappointed at all. They were from france and quite fresh.


Among all the dishes, I love the toothfish the most. It had a really good succulent texture to it and it was still firm with the eggplant just complementary it nicely.


Not usually a fine dining person, so i must say i really enjoyed the freshly baked sourdough. Perhaps I had stuffed myself with too much bread to enjoy fully the rest of the courses. All the food was seasonal and yummy and certainly fill you up.


One thing I didnt like that much was the jasmine tea. It wasn't very fragrant for some reason.


Overall pleasant and really enjoyed the environment and service. Will go back

前一日staff有打電話嚟同我confirm Booking,佢話中午只有兩個slot, 咁我揀咗11:30至14:00侍應放低咗本drink menu, 問哋使唔使介紹下,我話好,佢問我哋想飲咩酒,我話未決定到,佢竟然話咁你再睇吓先。心諗已經覺得好奇怪,你唔係過嚟介紹嘅咩?如果佢細心啲,係可以問廚房睇我哋order咩,俾一啲suggestions. 而唔係就咁走咗去。咁既然佢冇介紹我哋都冇點到酒我哋叫咗4 course, 最後一樣係甜品比較不滿係前三個course 出菜好快,味道可以。基本上你一食完佢就已經收走你隻碟,OK明白嘅,要兩點交枱嘛。但係最後嘅甜品竟然要我等20分鐘以上,真係好過分。因為我個位係望住廚房,我只係見到廚房出的一直都係熟食,冇甜品。所以我哋只可以望住人地食我係11:30嚟到,當時只有我同另一台客人,所以我哋好早就已經食完,但等個甜品等咗好耐,結果差唔多其他客人食完,先有甜品出。(侍應係一人拎住幾個甜品)我真係覺得好過分,我哋明明有更多時間可以享受個甜品,但佢哋要等晒其他客人食完主菜先出甜品。後來食緊甜品嘅時候,侍應要求我埋單,當時接近兩點,搞到要好急咁食完食物O

The food was good but the customer service was awful. Although the appetiser and main course came quickly, the dessert took over 45 minutes to arrive even after we had reminded them. The waiters were not helpful. There were numerous occasions when we got their attention; however, they proceeded to clear out and tidy the table next to us rather than come over to our table to hear our queries. Then after, they would forget we had called for them and left the premise. On one occasion, they spoke ba

On one occasion, they spoke back to us when we politely asked them to switch the plates, telling us we shouldn’t have used those plates for bread.

For a restaurant of this price ($1,700+/2pp), the customer service was severely lacking. We would definitely not recommend this restaurant for any special occasions.

I’m with very big disappointment on the service of it. I went there on 23Dec for a premium lunch with two glasses of wine. The food was ok but I was with big disappointment on the service quality…We finished our fish at 1417 and the sirloin arrived us in 18mins at 1435, we completed the sirloin at 1450 while I noticed there were two staff kept busy tidying up the two tables surrounding us… we had been waiting for our tea for 14mins, meaning we hv our tea only at 1504 and dessert came only at 151

The big disappointment was then a staff came to us right after serving dessert and told us to complete quickly as they would need a clean up at 1500. I never experienced a premium grade restaurant would serve customers like that… in 6mins, the staff came and told us to complete it asap as they need a cleanup!

Funny enough another staff told us to blow the candle first… why were we instructed by the staff to blow the candle while we were already busy rushing to complete the dessert! This is quite nonsense for a premium grade restaurant or I’m over expecting them?

What a disappointing service, we questioned ourselves why we were spending $2,500+ for this quality of service, it was apparently the staff served us late in between some dishes… I saw there were still some other customers outside our room when we left… This is very disappointing service… if you look for a good service restaurant… you’d better choose others…

On the food, it was not bad. The superb view on 101/F is remarkable too. If you have bday or anniversary to celebrate, the dessert came with music box is amazing too but again hope your mood won’t be ruined by the bad quality of service by them.

成餐飯。都唔知自己食緊咩。。係令到我地冇哂食慾。。食物:先講質素。食材本身唔差。但奇怪嘅 烹調方法同埋調味。令成件事錯哂。佢唔係刺激人嘅味蕾。係令到你嘅食慾下降。佢做出一種平時食唔到嘅味道同感覺。但唔係好嘅結果。咁多道菜。冇一道係令到你食完有讚嘆同埋開心嘅感覺。係食到我地有D驚。“心諗。唔係話仲黎”。呢種感覺。可能係因為個價錢先勉強食到最尾。怪味芝士前菜,嘔心冷盤,奇怪主菜,失望嘅甜品服務:成場講英文,基本上佢Dstaff夠一人 serve一枱,不過D人係咁換來換去同你上菜。仲要因為有D脆脆會食到成枱都係。但佢地見到都唔會掃。一直枱面都係烏哩單刀。總括:成餐飯。一個字“垃圾”。呢個價錢。無論食物。服務都差到難以想像

After several of my friends said this was a great place to eat, I decided to try it here and I was not disappointed.For the view/window seats, their policy is first come first serve. We arrived a bit before 7pm and got the second last window seat. The langoustine was springy and seasoned perfectly with the sauce.  The buckwheat noodle allowed us to enjoy whatever sauce was left.

This was the extra dish if your order the 9th course and it was definitely worth having.  The dish was rich on its own but this is the first time I tried it with horseradish. The spicy aroma further elevated this already stunning dish. They would carefully tell you to add only a bit first as it can be quite intense, like wasabi.

The texture of the salmon bass is on the firmer side(less firm than the John Dory) but still succulent. The only thing I would want more is their mashed potato on the side. Haha.

This dish was definitely a star and showed off their skills. The pasta of the raviola was thin yet there was so much filling inside. Despite the meat being venison, it was still very tender.  The sauce at the bottom is actually a combination of chocolate and citrus jelly. Any imbalance in the different elements may have ruined the dish but it worked out perfectly.

We tried both the wagyu and the pigeon. Despite the pigeon was still delicious, I have to say I loved the wagyu more especially their kabocha puree. Definitely worth the $180 supplementary course.

The first dessert was the pear ice-cream and osmanthus. The choice of this combination was quite great as both flavors were light and choosing other ingredients would have overpowered the other.

今日好友為我慶祝生日,特意預訂這間餐廳。每份食物質素也很好,但是慶祝生日來說有點掃興,因為每一個店員都沒有笑容,在點餐的時候亦顯得不耐煩,而且說話好像有骨的。自問自己已經不是要求多多的客人,打算拍照的時候,只是想請店員幫忙一下拍照,店員頓時黑面,顯得不想協助。這可算是我試過這麼多間的高級餐廳內服務質素最差的一間,因為不是只有一名店員,而是所有店員都非常不禮貌。好彩生日蛋糕有點驚喜才挽回少少分數,不過整體沒有受到尊重,試一次可以,不過不會再來。我平時很少寫食評,但是我這一次寫comment是希望大家對這間餐廳的服務打定心理準備,到時候減少掃興。

太有心了我哋之前預約嘅時候有講到慶祝週年,佢哋有幫我哋安排多一個小蛋糕,上面仲有音樂盒😍打卡一流!我本身自己鍾意食甜所以覺得呢個白朱古力嘅蘋果蛋糕非常好食😋其實食到呢一度嘅時候已經好飽好飽好飽,所以都有少少食唔落😆但係呢個蛋糕真係超級好味👍🏻
