Sing Heung Yuen taste great but everything carry sweet and no quite balanced. Don't wanna queue for nine kee and keep walking to search for some salty touch. This shop was skipped as icecream never salty enough. However my nose was triggered by the bag of egg puff from this shop. So....check it out!!! Traditional egg puff is sweet and develop to much sweeter with adding chocolate, mashed red bean....and now I found the salty version here made with Chinese sausage and preserved meat. These ing

This shop was skipped as icecream never salty enough. However my nose was triggered by the bag of egg puff from this shop. So....check it out!!!
Traditional egg puff is sweet and develop to much sweeter with adding chocolate, mashed red bean....and now I found the salty version here made with Chinese sausage and preserved meat. These ingredient used to fry with veggie or steam with rice for absorbing both their smell n flavour. As they are heated up when cooking the egg puff, each bag of egg puff carry such a wonderful aroma. They picked the thin version of Chinese sausage and preserved meat to control the oil content to acceptable level. The oil also help to form a much crispy outer shell egg puff. Surprising nice and worry to recommend to others.
