NINETYs (皇后大道東) (已結業)

前幾日在網上睇到有關呢間cafe的介紹，十分有興趣決定週末去試一試。店舖的環境十分漂亮（員工們也是喔），因為時間尚早在門外等了大概15分鐘就有位置了。坐下後看到旁邊食物的十分吸引，好想每一道菜都試最後選擇了Mushroom on Toast及Donut Toast。蘑菇配上黑椒炒，十分美味。炒蛋也很滑，份量十分充足。鬆軟的Donut 配上黑芝麻雪糕，十分好食也不會太甜。咖啡我選了cappuccino(chcoc blend)，在苦惱喝那種咖啡時店員也給了好多意見，十分親切及專業。整體來說食物質素很高，下次到灣仔也一定會再來。

在網上見到雜誌介紹，便已決定來試！今晚仍然只有大約十度左右，非常凍。七時多到，所有台已滿，但朋友仍未到，心想等一會冇所謂。可惜兩三個waiter，和在雜誌上看到的老闆，見到有客人進來，完全冇反應當你透明。隔了大約5-8分鐘，終於有waiter問多少位客人，和mark低我的名和電話。我心想我朋友還未到又未覆whatsapp, 於是便站在門口等。怎料店員再次過來，語氣大約是叫你出去等，多數不會有位，有位再打給你。當下的感覺是他們不稀罕做我生意。那，沒辦法，我唯有在十度的天氣下站在店門外等我朋友到/覆 whatsapp再決定轉不轉埸吧！幸好，出去凍了十分鐘就有位了！今晚試了piggy piggy, best salmon tartare, 濾咖啡，one of the juices, 和 coffee muffin除了coffee muffin 好一般和完全沒有咖啡味外，其他item也好，只是男仔應該吃不飽。但 overall 仍是性價比高的。叫了水，但最後是吃完所有東西才有送上水給我們。最後，埋單時我站在櫃檯付了錢，店員掛住問另一個顧客聊天，完全忘了找續。站了好一會沒有出聲，又是被當透明。

Hvnt get a change to try the food yet but the coffee itself is already good enough to make you become a fan of ninetys ~~included a little card that introduce the coffee and a small side dish of snack to bring out the best taste of coffee~ love it definitely come bk for that ~

While wandering around Wanchai, I came across this place called Ninety's. It appeared to be cafe and was perfect timing for me as it was time for tea!'Inside it was rather large and spacious but I sat at the window as I only wanted a coffee.Menu is in English only. 皇后大道東胡忠大廈對面新開業的這家 ‘NINETYs’，每天駕車經過都見客人不少，今早決定要試試新嘢。首先一杯手工Flat White無論材料味道造型和器材已見心思，好有日本咖啡師嗰種精緻和專業細心感覺。再加一份香港少見的 ‘Lobster Benedict’, 龍蝦略經鹽醃而不失鮮味，帶有橙香的鹹蛋黃醬更是一絕，店員行過來寒暄幾句詢問意見，當即大加讚賞之外更表示以後會多來。

What a lovely find in Wan Chai - we had a very tasty meal at this brunch/lunch/early-ish dinner restaurant.   A really quirky menu, Asian specials such as duck spring rolls and soft shell crabs as part of a tapas menu, good salmon tartare served with finely sliced walnut bread ...
