之前係旺角都好鐘意食呢間Cafe,聽朋友講起原來銅鑼灣都開左間,即刻捉埋佢黎試下先!我地當日19:00左右到達餐廳,都仲有d空位,不過一接近19:30就開始陸續多人黎🙀但位就唔算多,只有9~10張枱左右,不過枱與枱之間好寬敝,所以都坐得好舒適👍🏻佢地既晚餐有Set同散嗌可供選擇,不過Set就得5款,當中有一款係✨Today Special✨,一坐低職員已經會主動介紹👍🏻不過我同朋友就興趣不大🤣所以就叫左一個紐西蘭PS牛肉眼扒同蟹肉明太子奶油忌廉意大利扁面。先上頭盤,我同朋友揀左一個是日餐湯一個田園沙律,是日餐湯係含有牛肉既洋蔥湯,一飲落去已經覺得洋蔥味十分之鮮甜濃郁,仲有淡淡既牛肉味襯托,兩者既味道超~夾,而且湯入間仲有洋蔥碎粒,已經係軟化晒超入味超甜😋!而田園沙律就食落又清爽又清甜,食得出係好新鮮既蔬菜👍🏻每食一啖都覺得自己好健康🤣之後就係紐西蘭PS牛肉眼扒🤩我地叫左5成熟,一上菜見到內部保留既粉紅色,已經覺得烹調得好靚,好平衡!唔會太生又唔會太熟👍🏻!再試一啖先!肉質超~鮮嫩,但仍然有一定既咀嚼感,每咬一啖都有好濃郁既牛味🤤而且汁液都保留左唔會乾爭爭,出色💯蟹肉明太子奶油忌廉意大利扁面,一上菜就已經聞到淡淡既蟹肉味!再食一啖試下先,蟹肉味好鮮甜但味道又唔會太出搶晒風頭,而意大利扁面口感厚實軟Q,十分有嚼勁👍🏻配合埋奶油忌廉味道更加出色,因為呢種醬汁令扁面更加豐潤易入口,令人食極都唔停!我地仲叫多左個小食-黑松露醬薯條,薯條熱辣辣上菜,食落去外皮酥脆,呢一點已經十分之好,而內裡鬆軟都好重要,呢間餐廳就做得到👍🏻而黑松露醬就令薯條味道更加豐富,不過醬就好似少左啲啲🤏🏻多返啲就更好!左:凍檸檬蜜桃水果茶,第一眼望落隻色覺得勁似凍奶茶🤣不過飲落就真係水果茶既味道,檸檬味有啲太出,唔係幾飲到蜜桃既味道,調節返應該會更加好飲😋不過都唔錯既!右:蜜桃荔枝沙冰,呢杯有驚喜!沙冰飲落去輕盈綿密,結合埋蜜桃同荔枝既果香鮮甜,十分出色十分開胃!朋友一下子就飲左一大杯🤣直頭想叫多杯黎飲添!大推!整體食物質素都幾好,店員都好有禮貌,而且見到好多客人都有叫火魔醉蜆,好似係餐廳既招牌菜,望落超吸引,下次都會想黎試下😋 繼續閱讀

Little Fresh Cafe & Bar📍銅鑼灣耀華街3號百樂中心18樓1801室早於上月我已同好耐無見嘅日文朋友約好要食飯catch up,為咗方便傾偈,我哋約好喺大家嘅中心點—銅鑼灣見面,仲搵咗一間主打法國菜嘅樓上cafe添。雖然店舖唔大,座位亦唔算多,但整體環境同氣氛都不俗,適合兩個人靜靜傾偈談心。 💰$188墨魚汁海鮮意大利飯 🍲一向比較抗拒任何墨魚汁配搭嘅我,因為想食risotto而揀咗呢個墨魚汁海鮮意大利飯,估唔到會有驚喜喎。好多西餐或cafe會將米煮軟煮腍,製作出creamy但無咩咬口嘅risotto。但正宗嘅risotto就米粒應該係有少許硬度同有嚼勁,呢間cafe就做到呢一點。另外,好多cafe甚至乎餐廳都有提供黑過墨斗嘅墨魚汁,但每每食落就無咩味道,一般都係得個黑字。但呢度嘅墨魚汁自帶鮮味,鹹度亦適中,加上飯面同混入飯中嘅海鮮都有陣陣海水鮮味,每一口都食盡海鮮精華。 💰$2384天風乾12小時慢煮法式油封鴨髀 🦆第二個main我哋揀咗個名好長嘅油封鴨髀,特別之處在於鴨髀先經4天風乾,再以12小時慢煮等過程烹製,令鴨肉結實而不乾柴,同時更入味。用匙羹輕輕按就住鴨髀,再用刀切塊,可以見到內裏嘅鴨肉顏色鮮嫩,雖然無爆晒汁嘅juicy,但啖啖充斥濃烈鴨油香氣,我同朋友都食唔停口。伴碟嘅薯菜同樣落足心機,翠玉瓜粒粒爽口、西蘭花煮得入味、薯蓉仲係店主親手將新鮮薯仔搓成泥,不論味道或口感都勝過連鎖cafe,果然夠用心。配有是日餐湯或沙律,蘑菇忌廉湯唔會太thick太heavy,每羹都食到片片蘑菇肉,可以用蒜蓉法包沾湯食;沙律dressing酸酸甜甜,餐前食用醒胃非常。 繼續閱讀

有朋友返嚟香港,諗住搵咗間Cafe可以輕鬆傾吓偈食吓嘢。之次已經試過呢間Little Fresh Cafe & Bar,一於再嚟一次,餐廳位於銅鑼灣耀華街3號百樂中心18樓1801室,位置方便,唔算難搵。可能因為時間尚早,我哋去到嘅時候餐廳仲未有人,餐廳位置不算多,但枱與枱之間都算闊落,坐得舒服。是日餐湯係洋蔥湯配蒜蓉包,洋蔥湯唔係一般忌廉湯而係清湯,飲落都好味。Today Special係黑魚子蟹肉忌廉意大利麵,呢個麵煮得好好,麵煮至乾身帶着又香又濃嘅忌廉味,而且蟹肉份量不少,加埋少少魚子好吊味。另外,嚟到呢間餐廳點可以唔試吓?佢嘅招牌菜,就係4天風乾12小時慢煮法式油封鴨,第一次食,味道都幾特別,肉質嫩嫩的,外層煎得很香。配菜搭配也不錯,有翠玉瓜西蘭花蕃茄仔和薯蓉。總括嚟講,食物好味坐得舒適,值得一試👍 繼續閱讀

去銅鑼灣搵食當然唔少得去搵下「樓上cafe」睇下有咩好野聽講近呢幾個月銅鑼灣都執左唔少樓上cafe,今次特登搵間評價唔錯嘅試試。有別於樓上cafe「搵笨」嘅感覺,呢度嘅lunch set menu可以話大件夾抵食,最平$78就可以食到個沙律🥗,唔好話銅鑼灣啦,其他地區都未必食到。我就叫咗個法式煙燻核桃木雞扒,雞扒大大份,色水都好靚仔,切開食落皮脆肉滑,值得推薦!最正係餐湯西蘭花忌廉湯同埋件蒜蓉包都好出色。飲埋餐飲埋單食到飽都係$108,可以話真係非常非常抵食!下次會再嚟試吓其他菜式,希望一樣有驚喜❤️ 繼續閱讀
