從來都喜歡喝CoCo Espresso的咖啡，喝了也有十年多，總之他們在哪開店就往哪跑，從未令我失望，也是對老闆Johnson的出品的信任。知道他們在灣仔船街開了聯營店，怎麼說也要去支持一下。店舖裝潢走的是一貫的水泥牆型格路線，中間一大張share table，周遭數張二人枱、四人枱及高枱，座位不多。週六的中午店內客人不多，氣氛悠閒。可惜我還有工作，不然就好好坐下來，與咖啡為伴，過一個懶洋洋的下午。我走到麵包櫃前看一下，內裏有十多款酸種麵包及麵包種類，有一些是大大的，好比人頭般大的麵包，也有一些是我們常見的大小。沒有特別喜好，我挑了一個蕃茄巴馬臣芝士包，用已準備好的蜂臘保鮮布做的麵包袋裝起來，便到收銀處付款。當然來CoCo Espresso要點咖啡是常識吧，我也點了一貫愛喝的latte。麵包嗅起來好香，有羅宋湯的味道。撕下一塊來吃(直接咬的話是太硬了)，皮脆內軟，蕃茄乾酸酸的，配合芝士的鹹香，不得了的好吃！！！麵包內有很多芝士，分佈也很平均，喜歡吃芝士的必定會喜歡。再呷一口咖啡，很香，很有質感，溫度適中，在口中有淡淡的nuts香味，對我來說這裏的咖啡是best in town!這個麵包

I like Coco Espresso. And I like Levain’s sourdough. So now the two teams come together running this café, it’s just awesome. It’s a small place without fancy decor. There I had a hot chocolate and a brioche for breakfast.We all know Coco Espresso’s coffee is great but let’s not forget their hot chocolate is real good too. For the brioche, it’s crispy outside, and buttery and soft inside. Not eggy and not too sweet. Nice!

As the title said. I never wrote restaurant review before. When I came to the shop, there was only one group of four before me. I ordered the sourdough with ham and flat white. The cashier not able to get what I want. That’s odd. R they suppose to familiar with their own menu? Fine. I repeated. 30 mins passed, the cashier came to my table to reconfirm my order. And the food only come after 45 mins. The worst thing was that the shop didn’t think it really matter. Won’t return.
