還有幾日 , 筆者在 西九龍中心 經營的精品店就會搬舖 , 清貨執貨 , 搞到一頭煙是常識吧 .... 忙裏偷閒 , 就要飲杯 Iced Americano, 冷靜一下 ~Iced Americano : 咖啡味道醇厚 , 入口清涼清新而不苦澀 , 嗅起來有一種帶有焦糖般的香氣 , 咖啡的酸度適中 , 一切味道都均勻暢順 , 加上適量的冰粒更加清涼舒暢 , 喜歡喝咖啡的朋友應該會愛上這店的 Iced Americano, 不喜歡喝咖啡的應該也能接受 ~喝過咖啡之後 , 我們又再繼續執貨 .... 就是這樣 ~本篇完 ~

This little shop hidden in the maze of tiny, colorful shops in Dragon Center is amazing. I went there as I live close by and even though I didn’t expect much, it was only positive experience. As it’s a tiny shop, not many people know about it and it’s such a pity. I ordered pour over coffee made in hario v60 by the barista who took his time picking the best beans for the coffee one by one and letting me smell the beans before the coffee is made. I was offered Ethiopian beans which smelled amazing. They had beautiful Brewista kettle and the coffee bloomed beautifully. I paid only 40 hkd for a delicious cup of coffee. I really hope to have more people visit the place but at the same time I hope it wouldn’t affect the quality of served coffee. Beautiful place! I hope it never closes down!

I am a supporter of Le Petit Salon, their coffee ☕️ it's a real meaning when they chose to have their third branch in Shumshuipo! I visited there after they had opened for three days!Black coffee wakes me up! And it's just $30!I was so delighted since from now on, I could find a good coffee place in this little community. The drinks are reasonably priced and you don't really need to consider too much being grabbing a cup of coffee.Le Petit Salon serves cookies too! A good choice if you wanna take a break!

新店開張，特意來支持一下，Teddy喜歡在各地旅遊時買咖啡豆回港品嚐，也因為對咖啡的鍾愛而在銅鑼灣開了Le Petit Salon咖啡店。現在首次進軍九龍區，在深水埗西九龍中心開了分店，咖啡迷又點會執輸？Caffe LatteHK$ 32Latte art 熟手技師，Expresso味較Fruity，喜歡甘味較平和的朋友就最適合。奶溫剛好，奶泡份量亦不會太多，是造就靚latte art嘅必要條件。Butterfly pea with grapefruit juice sodaHK$ 25碟豆花配西柚汁嘅凍飲，夏天解暑之餘，對女仕也有通經活血之用。Vacuum coffee - House blend另外店內剛好在試飲虹吸式咖啡，我也碰上運氣來試一杯。
