This is honestly remarkable! The texture’s actually thicker than I expected, very smooth though. The sweetness - omg it’s just perfect!

Prawns very fresh, overall quite citrusy (not too much), just a very refreshing dish because it’s so hot outside.

Who doesn’t love cheese? It’s already super rich while it’s hot. You just serve it with bread while it’s hot. Once it turned cold, I basically just cut it into small bites and keeping chewing~ The flavour’s even stronger the more you chew on it. I like it better when it’s cold, prolly because I’m not a fan of bread?
