生活忙碌，要好好犒賞一下自己，最好最直接嘅方法，就係享受美食☺️☺️今次特登同朋友嚟依間中環新開嘅法國餐廳位置就係擺花街/大館附近經中環街市，用半山扶手電梯上去，非常方便餐廳入面環境舒適，外面門口位置都設有少量座位好彩早少少既午飯時間，12點左右嚟到，都仲可以walk-in, lucky☺️☺️午餐menu, 可以選擇2 / 3 course 如果想飲酒，仲可以加埋wine paring，都幾吸引店員都好nice，會簡單介紹同埋推薦菜式Choux-fleurs 椰菜花湯口感幼滑濃稠椰菜花味突出，甜甜地，好舒服份量好多，超滿足🫶🏻🫶🏻Saumon fumée 煙燻三文魚靚靚賣相🥰賞心悅目煙燻三文魚滿滿柔滑油花口感，配上漲卜卜嘅三文魚籽煙燻鹹香+鮮味嘅配搭，非常開胃Confit de canard 午餐都可以食到法式經典菜式：油封鴨☺️☺️外皮香脆，經過繁複工序鹽醃過嘅鴨肉，肉味香濃，肉質柔軟，咸香味齒頰留香👍🏼👍🏼配上軟綿綿嘅薯蓉，同埋清甜車厘子，中和返咸味難怪店員都大力推薦Loup de mer 鱸魚🐟外皮煎得香脆，魚肉非常嫩滑，保留到魚既肉汁鮮味，好出色！配上燉煮白豆，綿綿口感，鍾意食魚嘅話，絕

被這間優雅品味的深藍色裝修吸引，估不到有意外驚喜💙值得一讚是餐包也很高質，熱騰騰和新鮮！先來了6隻oyster🦪! 很fresh, 海水味重，正合我心意😍Starter點了beef tartare 和 smoke salmon , 估不到份量一點也不少，吃完starter 我們已經飽了七成😅再點了白酒和 mussel ，又是一個girls talk night ❤️服務是非常高水準，不停會為你添酒，食物速度也是很快！值得一讚👍🏻我最喜歡是這裏的環境，坐在梳化很舒適，而且裝修高貴典雅，很開心的一個晚上！😉

Celebrated my bday there. Steaks were good and the seafood tower was amazing .. breads were a bit too hot .. cocktails were nice too .. overall happy

Second day of their lunch service, pleasantly surprised by their excellent food, service and ambience!
