Knead 係我喺上環食salad嘅首選餐廳🥒🥑通常我會自己customize salad bowl, 比佢fix左嘅抵食。除左菜仲有得加糙米/意粉，唔驚唔夠包而且營養均衡。 我最鐘意嘅配料係圖中呢個chicken schnitzel (炸雞粒）香口又好食😋

點左外賣Bacon Caesar sourdough, 一打開個包已經散開晒，sourdough 應該放左一段日子，質地同味度都非常難食。其他餡料可接受。$88無下次了❌I order take away Bacon Caesar sourdough, the bread broke down in pieces when I opened the wrap, guess the sourdough has been made for daysss, both the taste and texture are not acceptable. Other ingredients are average. I wouldn’t pay $88 for this.

呢間嘅salad bowl好新鮮 仲有唔同嘅配料選擇！而且仲有唔同嘅Seasonal Topping 店舖仲有各種三文治 配料可以任意選擇 今次就試咗gluten free版本 配上烤西蘭花 蘑菇等等 香口脆卜卜！仲有唔同嘅低卡飲品同啤酒！整體唔錯😌價錢亦很合理 值得推薦

While the brunch options may not be extensive, this place allows you to create and enjoy your own salad or sandwich with various toppings. Everything I chose was delicious, and I believe this is the best place in Hong Kong for a hot latte.雖然早午餐的選擇可能不是很多，但這個地方可以讓您自由選擇配料來打造您自己喜歡的沙拉或三明治。我選擇的每樣食物都很美味，我認為這是香港最好的地方來喝熱拿鐵。
