I truly think the food and service of this place deserves a good rating!From calling to reserve a table to paying the bill, service and attitude of the staff were great. I hate going to restaurants where waiters/waitresses give poor service or attitude. Eating out should be enjoyable. 其實已經幫襯咗over 10 年, 從第一間喺中環Soho Jaspas 直到依家有咁多分店. 今次我同屋企食呢間西環分店, 因覺得大間D同西環亦容易泊車. dinner 食物依然咁有水準, staff 亦service周到同有笑容, 價錢仍然resonable. 而且帶蛋糕係冇切餅費, 和幫忙借把蛋糕刀俾我地.今次食咗spare ribs, steak, burger, nachoes and etc. 佢地既draft beer and sangria 都唔錯, 傾計食飯, 呢間係不錯之選.

The restaurant has nice decorations and lightings. Ordered a ham and cheese sandwich with Turkish toasted bread. The bread is kind of crispy but the overall texture is soft. There are several layers of folded ham inside the sandwich with a rich layer of cheese in between. The dessert is Oreo cheesecake which tastes great with the Oreo being mixed totally within the cake.

又到每月一聚的日子，還是第一次坐到地鐵最後一站-堅尼地城。今次的目的地是Jaspas Restaurant, 由地鐵站行去大約十分鐘左右。餐廳外牆上以大玻璃窗為主，今晚見到全部玻璃窗都開左，感覺開放又通風。咁遠去到堅尼地城食飯，除了食物質素之外，更重要係今晚有買一送一優惠，可以叫 pizza/pasta/risotto, 平d果個免費，好似是星期二同三晩的優惠，我地點了"All you can meat pizza" 同 "Linguine Seafood Marinara" All you can meat pizza ($155)"All you can meat pizza" 有ham, pepperoni, sausage.... 再加上cheese, 餡料多，口感豐富，可惜pizza 皮中間水份太重，邊位亦有點硬。Linguine Seafood Marinara ($155)相比pizza, 我更喜歡"Linguine Seafood Marinara" ，有濃濃的蕃茄味，加上少少辣，有蝦，帶子，青口同魚，除了青口有雪藏味之外，其他都不錯。Japas Malteser ch

Went in for Sunday lunch and ordered the Chunky Tuna with Sesame, Soft Asian Beef Tacos and Wagyu Burger - probably one of the worst lunch experiences I've had. The tacos were essentially chunks of beef and pepper dumped on a large tortilla. The menu said Asian Tacos so I thought I would try it but it would be better they serve the beef filing with white rice-it would have worked better. On a Tue evening three big boys visited this restaurant in Kennedy Town.The restaurant looks nice and feels like those in Europe. One bad thing is its poor ventilation. The air con was said to be on but it didn't work at all. 西環自從地鐵開通後，地點方便左好多，唔同餐廳食肆都紛紛進駐，食野多左好多選擇... 成日搭車都經過Jaspas，好多外國人帶住隻狗食lunch... 今日同朋友出黎傾計，所以搵左呢度hea下食個relaxing lunch!!!!有湯同甜品，再加主食，我自己就飽，不過男友人都表示唔係好夠...價錢百零蚊唔算貴，不過味道好麻麻，塊牛排完全無味咁濟，仲要好硬...西環仲有好多選擇，呢間餐廳可一不可再，唔會再試！

朋友生日緊係尋找大家的讀書時期回憶·堅尼地城。時代的變遷，現在有港鐵關係已經變得方便起來。以前沒有太多外國餐廳，今次特意來到近碼頭附近Jaspas..好多人都話中環都有啦！但此店係唔同d..人流不算多大多是外國人。環境非常寧靜，非常適合weekend relax一番😄

我第一次試呢間西式野 可能本身對連鎖店無咩期望 所以即使平日夜晚見到好多人食 都遲遲未試第一次小試牛刀 就試佢個set lunch我之前行過見到set lunch 要$138...但係今日見到$98 所以就鼓起勇氣試下😂首先就梗係有碗湯飲得出有薯仔 雜豆 香草... 在一個酷熱天氣的下午，實在抵受不住那麼熱的天氣，就快溶掉的在下，實在抵受不住了，於是在午飯時間走到堅尼地城的 Jaspas 坐下來，大喝一杯水吧。餐廳面積頗大，全以木色及灰色的磚頭作裝潢，有種舊有的感覺，還有一個個的酒櫃，和一處的酒吧位置，既可用餐，又可把酒談歡，是一個聊天的好地方。還有室外坐位，可以坐下來吹吹風吧。看看餐牌，有午餐，有主菜，沙律，頭盤，主菜，餐湯和甜品等等，是一個全吃西餐的餐館。因為實在太熱，先來個西蘭花忌廉湯，湯頭稠結，富有西蘭花的味道，喝起來有粒粒的感覺，不錯吧。特閊焗魚批。被魚批所吸引，魚批被薯蓉包圍，表面焗得金黃，而且成為條狀，吃起來有著豐富的薯蓉和魚柳，又有紅蘿蔔等蔬菜，使口感豐富。另外還有扁長薯條，外脆內軟，加上沙律菜，實在豐富。士多啤梨班戟。薄薄一層班戟，包著幼滑的忌嵰，再加上士多啤梨醬汁和果肉，甜味全靠醬汁帶出，也不會太甜。大部份店員都以英語為主，因此亦要用上英語對答。不過服務也頗友善的，而且服務不錯。

同細佬慶祝生日, 我地大家大細去左呢間位於堅尼地城既西餐廳同佢食飯我地叫左一個anges beef burger, 白汁芝士意粉, 意大利飯, 牛肋骨同埋薯條同蘑菇做side dish個意粉好creamy, 個汁食到好"漏"但係你又引唔住想不停甘食落去啲飯既質地岩岩好, 食落去仲有少少咬口個牛肋骨啲肉同骨煮到用刀輕輕一切就分開, 啲肉又好軟熟, 入口即溶個burger叫左5成熟但係應該熟過左龍, 不過都無損本身既肉質但係個包大到好辛苦先一啖咬晒甘多層既料最多到啲薯條同蘑菇兩樣都煮得好好食個菇既味道較為清淡, 但係可以食到本身佢有既味道而啲薯條好大條(有啲似burger king既size但係再大啲), 同埋即炸所以好燙手總體黎講價錢唔錯(~$200/person)但係個portion真係好大到最後我地好勉強先食得晒啲野食最岩啲大食既人去填肚

餐廳環境大致和一般的意大利餐廳格局甚似，主要採用木板裝潢，暖色系設計簡約，如置身和暖的意式會所之中。而且地方尚算寬敞，和朋友講秘密也不怕被人聽到。食物方面，芝士薯條最為出色，一吃下去便吃得出是新鮮薯仔刨製而成，不會有「益」味，絕對值得再吃。另外，豬仔骨也很值得推介，皆因肉質軟嫩，一切開便離骨，實是方便又美味。

素來很少踏足西環一帶，遇上每年一次拜年、今回决意走訪由香港大學站漫步至堅尼地城，從前總有百個借口今日用上差不多四十分鐵港鐵，比以往巴士縮減一半時間、來得快捷方便位於堅尼地城尾Jaspas，餐廳外牆以大大玻璃配以小紅磚牆沒有拖篋簇之街上，加上外內環境、比起熱鬧旺巿，感覺已贏了幾個身位．．其實在門外看到一些食客用餐時份量頗大份，但無法啦已被美食吸了進來叫上一個德州雞肉薄餅$140.果真份量驚人，批底不算太薄、但豐富雞肉條加上慨慷起絲芝士和茄醬，精采得令我一口接上一口、唯一略為挑剔便是微微偏咸少少可作改善，會多加兩個 like 簡單地再添上一杯Flat white，雖則沒有預期拉花但咖啡濃香則隨隨滲發在奶泡身上，為這頓一人午膳畫上完美句號。
