中環高質隱世酒吧!Gutshot既位置唔顯眼,我地都搵咗一陣先搵到,酒吧唔算好大間,不過勝在高質,幾有特色,Menu係以撲克牌為主題,每杯都畫左一幅畫,由酒精濃度低至高排序,好有心思,重點係試左四杯,杯杯都好好飲,完全唔伏啊!餸酒小食有花生,係麻辣花生,幾好食,我哋不知不覺食咗人哋好多碗,佢地都不斷refill,真係唔係幾好意思😂當日係平日,唔算多客人,當時得返我哋一枱,兩位bartender仲好好人咁提岀一齊飲返shot,好有氣氛同親切感,絕對會回頭啊!《Preflop $128》呢杯味道比較清新,好有生果味,較refreshing,酒精濃度較低,好易入口!《Yeziqi $148》呢杯幾好飲,idea源自冰糖葫蘆,味道偏甜,上面有一小片糖餅,同杯酒味道好夾👍🏻《Isolation $148》呢杯都係比較清新,用左Pina Colada既元素,飲落較fruity!《Jackpot $148》呢杯係我最鍾意嘅一杯,飲落好似食緊甜品咁,味道偏甜,有一大舊 cream同小小芒果肉,佢係用左coconut milk同passion fruit honey整成,有啲似食緊芒果糯米飯,較creamy😋《Ham & Cheese Platter $228》味道正常, Ham同cheese都有幾款,款款都唔錯,餸酒一流👍🏻Gutshot 中環卑利街48號地下J號舖[⭐️5分為滿分]味道⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️環境⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️服務⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️價錢⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️推薦⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

New cocktail bar in Central for poker-lovers! In this hidden poker-themed bar, there are 13 signature cocktails arranged from light to strong flavours, according to the poker ranks. Snacks-pairing here is interesting for every single drink! 中環新開的酒吧以撲克牌為主題,以13張撲克牌設計了13款特色雞尾酒,每款酒的小食搭配也非常有趣【ꜰᴜʟʟ ʀɪɴɢ】Interesting presentation of this cutely-shaped glass! After centrifuged from the ordinary Bloody Mary mix, it was surprising to have such pungent and complex flavour from the light and clear liquid! Residues from the centrifuging are served as snacks together with chips and pickles - what an amazing idea! It did go well with a piece of ham as well, love this drink for the wholesome experience.以傳統血紅瑪麗的調酒配方,經過離心機處理後得出了澄澈的液體,味道濃郁多層次,而剩下的蕃茄肉香料等則加上醃菜和香辣粟米片成為小食,是十分聰明的處理呢!濃郁的蕃茄和香辛料風味要火腿十分匹配【ʏᴇᴢɪǫɪ】Based with dry salted plum rum, together with the light raspberry crisp on top, it gives a impression of the classic Chinese street food Tanghulu (Sugar-coated haws), from the distinctive acidity from the Chinese haws. Each mouthful of this cocktail is rich and full, with the smooth and slightly burnt egg white foam on top. Really elegant drink with ruby red in colour!以加了鹽的布冧冧酒作基酒,加上表面的紅桑子脆片,山楂透出的酸度令人回想起傳統小吃冰糖葫蘆!加了蛋白搖製而成,表面微微燒焦,入口口感綿密細膩,紅寶石般的顏色配上高腳杯十分優雅【ᴛʜᴇ ǫᴜᴇᴇɴs】Pretty ice stamping & donuts added extra cuteness to this Old Fashioned style drink! Whiskey and chocolate bitters could never go wrong.冰面蓋上了酒吧的標誌十分漂亮!以傳統的雞尾酒old fashioned配方加上了可愛的冬甩,經典之餘也不失新鮮感【ᴜɴᴅᴇʀ-ʀᴇᴘ】Being the strongest cocktail on the menu, this drink is looking so cool with a Chinese tea mug! A gentle herbal scent from the home-made Earl Grey gin and syrup, there was also a hint of citrusy and sweetness. Reminds me of the sweet herbal tea I drank when I was small!是令人意想不到的味道!以自家制的伯爵茶氈酒和糖漿散發的獨有草本風味,配上微微的金橘香氣,有點像小時候喝的五花茶,以中式茶杯風上就更特別了
