There are two Gochiso had been newly opened recently, one in Causeway Bay, while another one is in Mong Kok, just a min walk from MTR exit. This place is kind of like a heaven in the most crowded place in Hong Kong. The seating is super comfortable, the air con was nice and chilled, while the food can easily be widely accepted with a wide range of choices from salad, pizza, pasta, main dishes, to desserts. Some alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are also available for you to cure the heat in this hot summer weather!

We were even told that the restaurant was first occupied fully by watami which is just right next door, while the dining area had been split into two, sparing half of the area for this new Japanese-Italian concept restaurant.

Croquette is common in Spanish cuisine Tapas, GOCHISO made it with potato balls mixed with small clams, cheese wrapped in Parma ham and fry until crisp outside and soft inside, complimented with honey mustard sauce. The bite size little ball was just very scrumptious to enjoy in one bite.

Massive and delicately homemade wagyu beef balls. The ball was baked in high temperature which can trap all the juice inside the ball to maintain its moisture. The ball was succulent with a soft texture, and it doesn’t have any hard tender nor chewy bite in it.

The made upon order pizza crust was made with its own formulated recipe, using high quality flour, well-produced by natural fermentation. After receiving the order, the pizza master will skillfully knead the dough, plus a variety of high-quality ingredients into a high temperature oven. The classic Japanese mochi rice cakes accompanied by savoury seaweed and savoury mentaiko which gave an extra sea water salty flavour to the rather fluffy Japanese style pizza.

Our favourite dish of the day. The wasabi cream was tuned just right with a slightly spicy yet it won’t choke your throat. The little chewy risotto mixed with small bits of octopus and some shredded Matsuba crab on top, it was not too creamy nor too spicy, this fusion between Japanese and Italian dish really excite our tastebud.

Their thin eggy homemade pancakes was more like crepes. The chewy crepes were filled with fresh cream, topped with frozen mixed berries and Muji vanilla ice cream and drizzle with strawberry sauce. The crepes were done nicely with just the right texture while the cream was not too much which I preferred.

Magic melting chocolate balls ($ 58)

A hip dessert nowadays with hot chocolate syrup poured over a hard shelled chocolate ball surface, which is going to slowly melt the chocolate shell, then the vanilla ice cream gradually revealed inside the ball. The dessert is also complimented with crunchy caramel corn chips, giving a contrast in texture when biting into it.

The coffee was topped with a beautiful flower shaped freshly whipped thick cream. The coffee was just right in taste while the sweetened cream on top kind of sweetened the whole thing. It was just so nice to enjoy it after a relaxing meal in MK.

有時候,慶祝生日只是個聚會的藉口,只求有個地方吹下水啫! 這晚有幾個好友幫我慶祝生日,地點就選了旺角雅蘭中心張的Gochiso。據網上資料,Gochiso是從日本引進的日式西餐店,主打地中海菜色。店舖跟「和民」連在一起,不問而知是同一集團經營的。店子並不算大,但好在預早一天訂了枱,我們共六個人便可以坐卡座,方便輕鬆地吹吹水。其實這裡的最大賣點就是Casual,食物講真是很「集團式」的口味,份量比較細,佈置上不夠細心,也不太講究味覺上的層次,醬汁又很輕很輕,幾乎像沒有調味一樣。感覺是太跟標準餐單的機械式烹煮法,亦有港式茶餐廳風味。地中海風味? Sorry,我完全找不到!西班牙海鮮飯及Sangria,都是港式水準,Sangria像藥水。反而覺得Parma Ham Pizza算是沒有期望中之不錯,尚算香脆皮而富咸香!不過,價錢也不算很貴,六個人六道食物加飲品,埋單$900幾,以這價錢來說,水準總未算是中大伏吧!(全文在網誌)

其實這裡的最大賣點就是Casual,食物講真是很「集團式」的口味,份量比較細,佈置上不夠細心,也不太講究味覺上的層次,醬汁又很輕很輕,幾乎像沒有調味一樣。感覺是太跟標準餐單的機械式烹煮法,亦有港式茶餐廳風味。

反而覺得Parma Ham Pizza算是沒有期望中之不錯,尚算香脆皮而富咸香!

不過,價錢也不算很貴,六個人六道食物加飲品,埋單$900幾,以這價錢來說,水準總未算是中大伏吧!

我這等住港島的懶惰鬼很少到九龍, 旺角和太子已是我的極限, 之前在雅蘭中心閒逛時看到主打和風洋食的 Gochiso, 覺得蠻吸引的, 便跟幾位朋友一起吃吃看裝潢簡潔舒適, 很適合一堆女生邊吃邊聊, 在旺角很難找到同類型的餐廳很多綠色植物, 感覺放鬆又貼近大自然餐牌是典型日系的精美, 圖片又多又好看飲品也很多元化, 沙冰、咖啡、甚至 cocktail 和烈酒都有, 中午想喝一杯也沒問題我不太能喝酒, 還是來杯 mocktail 好了White wine sangria mocktail 有荔枝糖漿、草莓、蘋果、奇異果、橙和檸檬, 味道清新又有水果粒可以吃, 夏天喝這種飲料最爽芝心帕爾瑪火腿西班牙薯茸球 ($48) 炸得香脆, 裡面的薯蓉打得幼細, 中間更有煎過的巴馬火腿粒增添鹹香味道和口感, 是不錯的開胃菜, 不過火腿粒可以再多一點西班牙風海鮮飯 ($178, 全份) 我一直很愛, 但好吃的很難找, 這裡的份量大又超多海鮮, 讓人食欲大增; 海鮮夠鮮甜, 飯粒用的是日本米, 比平時的更大粒更有咬口, 煮得較乾身又入味, 底部有點點飯焦, 想不到加入了日式風格的西班牙風海鮮飯也蠻好吃的,

西班牙風海鮮飯 ($178, 全份) 我一直很愛, 但好吃的很難找, 這裡的份量大又超多海鮮, 讓人食欲大增; 海鮮夠鮮甜, 飯粒用的是日本米, 比平時的更大粒更有咬口, 煮得較乾身又入味, 底部有點點飯焦, 想不到加入了日式風格的西班牙風海鮮飯也蠻好吃的, 性價比很高的一道菜 (但如果堅持要吃很正宗的就另當別論)

香烤年糕明太子薄餅 ($73, 8 吋) 完全是我的菜!! 有看我網誌的都知道我超愛明太子的吧~ 這個明太子薄餅很好吃, 醬汁鹹香, 薄餅烤得香脆, 麵團本身也很煙韌, 整個組合加起來就是超好吃, 唯一要改善的是明太子醬可以塗得更均勻一點, 每一口都吃到的話就更滿足

山葵松葉蟹肉意大利燴飯 ($88) 很有創意, 每一粒飯都被山葵醬汁包裹著, 想不到山葵跟意大利飯的配搭一點也不奇怪, 更加分的是廚師加入了八爪魚粒讓整個意大利飯有多重口感, 但幾口連續吃有點太刺激就是了, 愛山葵的朋友記得要點

香蕉朱古力披薩 ($73) 這種甜點在香港不常見 (但其實外國已經流行了很久), 所以點了來試試, 麵團有嚼勁又烤得更焦, 加上香蕉、朱古力醬和朱古力雪糕就是簡單又讓人超開心的甜品

食物水準比想像中好價格也相當親民, 環境舒適好坐, 很適合幾個女生或有小孩的家庭來吃, 從主菜到甜點都一次吃完, 不用走來走去的超方便

We saw the promotion (half priced 8'' pizza upon $150 patronage) on Facebook and decided to give it a try but we were totally disappointed. We ordered a half-portion seafood paella, a spinach tortilla and an 8'' spicy seafood pizza. In the menu it stated that the pizza were all made-to-order. However it only took them under 10 mins from order to serve the pizza and it was only a little bit warm when it is served and the crust was chewy at all. We felt like the pizza is pre-made and reheated upon

The seafood paella was a great disappointment. The whole pot of paella was dry and hard like rice crust. The seafood on top were tasteless except for the mussel. And again it's just warm but not hot.
The Spanish tortilla was so-so but was already the best one among the three items we ordered.
We are not going to visit the restaurant again. 😔

最後有尼個香蕉朱古力Pizza$78,咸既Pizza就食得多啦甜既就好少食,呢個係平時既Pizza底上面加左朱古力同香蕉,仲有玉桂粉,聞落去好香玉桂粉既味道,朱古力加香蕉真係無敵😋

今日晏晝黎左呢度食Lunch, 見到個lunch menu,算係同區比較貴既lunch set. 咁佢本身有個沙律前菜跟埋。主食上枱,我叫左雞扒蕃茄燴飯。上左枱之後加左d芝士上面,幾好食。賣相真係幾好,顏色滿分,令人幾開胃。不過呢個個飯就濕左少少,不過食得出佢用鮮蕃茄去煮,夠鮮味,要彈既係口味真係淡,同埋太濕又扣返分。之後見Menu有杯未飲過既野,叫抹茶梳打。飲落又係淡,無乜綠茶味,始終梳打比較搶,抹茶本身味道就無咁濃,好似飲緊一杯普通梳打。整體其實幾好,食得出有心機煮,但口味咁淡唔係太岩香港人食。

之後見Menu有杯未飲過既野,叫抹茶梳打。飲落又係淡,無乜綠茶味,始終梳打比較搶,抹茶本身味道就無咁濃,好似飲緊一杯普通梳打。

整體其實幾好,食得出有心機煮,但口味咁淡唔係太岩香港人食。
