Bored of Chinese food? Fine dining too pricey in HK? 老婆同教會姊妹話想食好野, 喺OPENRICE search搵到呢間, 先知之前西環結業既Glow開番喺中環, 當然要嚟試, 當年我地lunch同dinner都成日過海幫趁, 當年冇西營盤站都照去。大約6點幾打去book 7點半, 外籍女侍應接聽, 好彩我識英文。去到未坐低已經俾經理認出，因為教會姊妹遲到, 我同老婆點咗牛舌同雞肝多士食住先, 牛舌好味但太厚, 雞肝多士有火槍即場火炙, 食落幾好味。教會姊妹嚟到後就order蠔, 由淡至濃味, 好新鮮。主菜叫咗烤龍蝦, 蟹餅同海鮮湯, 經理好好, 幫我地叫3個半份海鮮湯等大家有得飲, 烤龍蝦好鮮味, 海鮮湯好足料。甜品叫咗Tiramisu同Walnut Parfait(新菜式), 兩樣都好好食, Walnut Parfait有D似雪糕

I had a friend in town who suggested to try this place - oyster bar + free corkage sounded like a great idea! (apparently they just opened to public on 2nd May,2018 and since the liquor lisence is still in process it’s BYOB until that is sorted)Whilst in oyster bar, one must have oysters! 這間店前身是在西營盤的Glow !記得之前食已經有深刻的印象因為他們的生𧐢真是非常新鮮但由於位置在西營盤不是常常有機會可以去那裡到食午餐.上星期得知他們搬了來中環重開便與同事立刻過來試一試！果然沒有令我們失望！環境比起之前更大更舒適裝修也很雅致！兼且有一個𧐢吧可以親自選生𧐢！午餐有set lunch!有前菜沙律加主菜以及一杯飲品價錢在中環是合理的價錢！由於很想試試他們的生𧐢！所以就算午飯時間也每人點了兩款分別是Imperial & Scottish Rock.兩款也很鮮味兼且十分新鮮！由於是午飯時間所以沒有飲酒！下次會試晚餐！午餐我們選了安格斯牛！非常好食！我特別喜歡他們的蒜蓉飽！最後加上一杯咖啡！真是一個很滿足的午餐！
