原來G味係i chef kitchen姐妹店，背後都係由五星級酒店大廚精心主理㗎！對食品品質,賣相當然一定有要求！原本想試喇沙湯底，點知太受歡迎啦，賣晒！所以揀另一受歡迎嘅豬骨湯底！點咗"鮮蝦魚片豬骨湯麵"套餐！拉麵靈魂一定係湯底, 食物一上枱,當然先呻一啖湯底試試先啦，除有豬骨味外,仲有滲出陣陣奶香,原來湯底中,廚師細心加入咗鮮奶,提升湯底濃滑度,唔怪得咁香滑啦!真係不禁多飲幾啖湯底!材料配有半隻蛋,鮮魚片同日式魚蛋,估唔到3隻大蝦有手指咁長,麵質又彈牙,食材配上濃白色湯底,賣相已經好吸引!而且套餐仲配上春卷小食同花茶添!以賣相及食物質素而評論, 確實比平時坊間食嘅拉麵仲要好味,但真唔敢相信係以$46就可以品嚐到吖!
