A small relatively new coffee shop in kennedy town with very helpful staff as they would explain their beans and menu if it’s your first time there. 😆With all espresso based drinks, they will also provide you a cup of espresso just to let you try it, and in comparison to my latte, I think I’d like my milk in my coffee 🤣We had the honey waffle and berry tart. The tart was berry berry nice 😜 as it was so soft and the berries weren’t sour.🤪 The only flaw of the honey waffle was that it was too smal

聽説這家是元朗COHEE的姊妹店，風格一致都是以品味咖啡為主，店名所謂For Single就是Single origin的意思，提供的咖啡採用一種單品豆製作，客人可以根據自己的喜好選擇其沖煮方式及烘焙度。咖啡師還會主動的推介講解各種咖啡給客人，除啡附上一張小卡片，給客人記下當刻的感受，倍感用心呢！☺️  ✦ Eggado Scrambled Egg + Avocado 的無敵組合終於可以試到三文魚籽炒蛋的味道略為淡   bagel脆軟🥯  ✦ Eggeese炒蛋+ Parmesan cheese 🧀因為有芝士的關係味道會濃一點   較Eggado豐富  ✦ Latte暫時只有whole milk的選擇連同一shot espresso 一起送上酸酸的果味很出但個人還是喜歡奶啡   ✦ Hot Chocolate融合得很好   奶味很濃沒甚麼挑剔的地方  來到西環的這邊依然是一個靜下來小聚，思考，品嘗人生的好角落。

The cafe is smaller than expected, however it has a warm and cozy feel. When sat down, staff introduced the coffee origin. They serve a milk coffee together with espresso so the guest can taste the difference between both.There is a card for us to understand the tasting notes and aromas that could be found. Besides the coffee, I've ordered the Mascarpone cheese waffle, which is less sweet than I expected and it was fruity, creamy and fresh. Overall a really nice resting place and a nice place to
