“泰式冬蔭大蝦意大利麵”($158)“Sunset Tea”(+$29)灣仔秀華坊一帶有唔少特色餐廳cafe之前就去過呢間西環都有分店嘅ethos食物方面有提供全日餐單包咗頭盤,主菜,精選飲品先上頭盤巴馬火腿沙律🥗主菜點咗泰式冬蔭大蝦意大利麵🦐🍝食落酸酸辣辣超級惹味🤤3隻大蝦蝦肉都十分彈牙😍係好高質嘅意粉😚之後仲加咗$20要埋甜品芝士蛋糕🍰飲品方面要咗Sunset Tea🌅紅同黃嘅漸層色好靚☺️飲落幾fresh😚

ethos。Hand Drip / Colombia $68。Piccolo / 50% off with set $19。Tom Yum Prawns Pasta $158由HKU到新舖灣仔秀華坊食物同咖啡質素一樣保持水準銀配黑風格，連餐具都係襯埋黑色不過入面唔大，得幾張枱但可以坐outdoor，應該都幾舒服幾chill不過當日落雨，都係坐返入面menu都有all day、salad、pasta等等今次試咗Colombia手沖，好乾淨aftertaste berries味好出好甜冬陰公虎蝦pasta就第一次食估唔到整得幾好食，本身醬汁好creamy但微辣口感加青檸又會balance番 惹味又唔會滯，愈食愈開胃

午餐.睇相覺得唔錯 一直都想去試今次終於出灣仔 可以順便嚟食嘢.1) Tom Yum Prawns Pasta冬蔭公味嘅醬汁配意粉 呢個配搭都幾新奇味道唔錯 少少辣 好惹味兩隻蝦好大隻不過整體感覺有少少油.2) Slow-grilled Chicken Breast Sourdough雞胸肉好味 一啲都唔乾不過個酸種麵包好韌 切開都有難道.3) Salad沙律係前菜 但都好豐富.4) Lychee Roselle Soda要加錢嘅飲品味道幾清新 甜度啱啱好.5) Breakfast Teaset menu本身有咖啡或茶但餐廳話無咖啡 就要咗茶好濃 可以化解一下油膩.整體味道都唔錯 但少貴位置唔太方便 未必會再到訪了

平日都是我在想吃什麼 這次難得男友主動提議（喜）所以來到了他之前吃過覺得不錯的ethos （他說之前吃過 smoked salmon and avocado toast很不錯😆）但是這次我們太餓了 便點了主食吃-🌟-▪️Black truffle mushroom pasta ($118)大家看我們這麼久都會知道這是白熊不知道吃什麼時必點的😌pasta十分creamy 意粉和菇的比例幾乎是一比一😳上面的大啡菇十分juicy~不錯👍🏻▪️Tom yum prawns pasta ($138)這個看網上的人推薦便點了 我們覺得很驚喜！首先蝦子大大一隻和肉質彈牙😌意粉的調味也很足 酸酸辣辣 這個fusion 很ok! ▪️Sunset tea ($55)本來想點另外一種提子烏龍茶卻賣完了 店員推薦我喝這個 橙味很香 喝起來有一點像洛神花 話說顏色也太浪漫了 🌅▪️Chocolate (iced) ($58)為了要睡午覺 我們沒點coffee 巧克力和奶味很濃 喜歡🥰-🌟-小店有戶外和室內的位置 裏外都是pet friendly 店員很nice 一定會之後再訪❤️在疫情時大家的處境一定很困難 也可能出現抗疫疲勞🥺 無論是叫外送也好 自己煮也好 能和喜歡的人一起分享美食真的是小確幸耶～

We wanted a quiet place after lunch to enjoy coffee and chill on a Sunday afternoon, and immediately before sitting down we already wanted to leave, but just didn’t want to be rude. It was really empty and we went in, said hi to the girl barista and no response while she saw us coming in. She just came to being us the menu. We went ahead to sit down, and she just pointed us to the door, again without saying a word, signifying we forgot to scan our Leave Home Safe app. We were ready to order and she didn’t come over, so we went up to the counter assuming we have to pay first. She then said “you pay after you eat” in a really rude voice. Then another customer came in, stood at the counter wanting to order, she also didn’t want to acknowledge her, until the customer said “hello can I order?”. We’re not sure why she’s working here if she seems to hate it so much, we wanted to come here to support small businesses instead of the Blue Bottle that’s nearby, but it really proved us wrong for doing so. In such a quiet area with so many choices, if you don’t step up your service, you won’t get any returning customers.
