這家來自美國波士頓的雪糕店在中環開張前我已經非常期待，除了自己是個雪糕控以外，這個據稱可以有10球高的雪糕筒也讓我非常好奇想看個究竟。開張後看到網路上評價一般，自己也沒有抱著太大期望去，晚上和好友吃完飯便順路去吃個雪糕甜點。我們8點左右到，店裏已經坐滿，雪糕店來說我覺得還是蠻有空間感的。我很想試那個經典的彩色脆脆雪糕筒可惜賣完了，只好點了朱古力脆脆。雪糕球味道我請了店員介紹，點了流心雙重蛋糕味和雲呢拿曲奇餅味。雪糕質地很creamy,奶味蠻重吃下去感覺就像在外國吃到的雪糕那樣，甜味剛剛好！其實這兩款口味味道差不多，吃起來不覺得特別不一樣。重點是如果你愛相機食先，這個雪糕拍照會很好看，因為雪糕球很大，看上去很高很可愛ヽ(•´з'•)ノ♬大家都會說這麽高的雪糕該怎麽吃？哈哈如果想吃得斯文一點我會建議拿小勺子吃，不會吃到到處都是。雪糕筒很脆很新鮮。而且雪糕都沒有加入人工色素，吃起來比較放心哈哈。雖然雪糕味道沒有很有特色，但如果不帶太高期望其實味道也是非常棒的！！如果大家經過可以去試試看！♥

今天晚上再來趁墟, 人不多, 有位子坐, 很好。不過店子似乎沒有人手清理, 枱面不乾淨的。今次2個人share, 抵好多哦!!respberry與caramel salt, 咸咸的, 很特別~脆脆的雪糕筒, 吃後很飽~~

吃完午飯沒事做, 和同事來趁趁墟~聽聞可以一次過疊好多個雪糕球, 但剛吃完飯真的太飽, 我們每人只點一個雪糕球過過口癮。中環的午飯時間當然多人, 不過幸好來買雪糕都不用等太久。多種不同款式的朱古力我雪糕, 眼花撩亂呢! 我點的是朱古力, 內的點點的chips, 濃濃的朱古力味, 有口感。夏日的飯後甜品, 很幸福哦! 

Almond Coconut Bar & Space Cake(Hk$63+$20 for the marsh "mellow" cone)Finally tried out this stacking ice-cream cone! It's outlook is really fancy and photogenic with the colourful marsh"mallow" cereal cone. Would like to try salted caramel and Cake Batter flavour but were already sold out. Personally like the almond coconut scoop more for its pronounced coconut taste and nutty-ness. While for the Space Cake scoop, it would be nicer if the cake content can be lower. 見到新聞話可以疊好多個雪糕球成日經過都見到好多OL排隊一路都想試下～～今日係門口見到啲cones整得七彩顏色好靚～就決定走入去試下我order左朋友highly recommend 既Beantown buzz加左一個特色cone即係咖啡味+朱古力味+曲奇味(HK$43+$20)影相好靚囉但作為一球雪糕係幾唔抵真係係俾錢買一張相～ 完雪糕同cone都係無乜特別唔會有想返去既衝動如果要食雪糕都係去返Hxxxxx-Dxxx穩陣...

已經是十月中吃的了, 見現在此店超級火紅, 就補寫一篇食評吧. 現在每星期都有2/3天在中環區吃晚飯, 吃過後沿著電梯路的下方走去港鐵, 經過人頭湧湧的此店. 友人說在社交網見過此店, 一定要試. 見價錢都不便宜, 我們便叫了一個分食.共2球加一個棉花糖cone, 共$83鮮桃味, 主要都是奶味, 沒有太大感覺到桃味. 岩鹽焦糖朱古力脆餅, 主要又是奶味, 所以就像吃2款一樣味的雪糕. 到最後才嘗到鹽的味道. 至於朱古力味..吃不到. 雪糕很幼滑, 奶味香, 而且超大舊, 絕對適合share. 雪糕的質地不死實, 但可以無限搭上去而不會跌, 又不會一直吃一直融, 吃cone 都可以吃得很熟女. 棉花糖cone 是友人細細個已經食, 我則見都未見過. 是煮了的棉花糖, 再加早餐穀物圈圈搓成, 吃下去沒有想像般硬, 一舊舊扯開, 吃到的是淡淡的甜. 而cone 本身不太甜, 中和了味道. 我們買完, 店子都已經下半閘了, 還在影相未吃時, 店子無視全店都是客人, 關了一半燈趕人走. 幸好店子裝修很漂亮, 不會有太大反感. 之後知道早上去會大排長龍的, 我們臨關門去的時間真好.

Umm this counts as a meal right? 😅•Black raspberry chocolate chip froyo with marshmallow & fruit loop cone (HK$43+$20) - the scoop of ice cream was huge but it would be better if they make the scoop smaller and charge less because it was a bit too much to finish. They let me tried samples of different flavors which were decent but not that special. I loved the #fruitloop cone though (reminds me of cereal I'd eat as a kid) and it's great for pictures I guess! 😝

Emack & Bolio's 雪糕未開張已經好期待~星期日終於有時候去食啦~比我想像中少人~~排緊隊諗下食咩先~2球要63蚊~另加窩夫筒+15至20蚊~我要左rainbow 雜果圈圈窩夫筒2球雪糕 ESPRESSO 同埋SMOREO...雲呢拿曲奇朱古力紐紋棉花糖~~推介!!雪糕吳會勁甜~窩夫筒好香脆一食就上引了~~於是星期1又再去食~今次試左岩鹽焦糖朱古力脆餅~嘩~有驚喜!!少少咸味....配埋焦糖吳會過甜再食雲呢拿曲奇朱古力紐紋棉花糖~~呢個窩夫筒配朱古力彩虹針...食落有當年既巨星雪條味道~~

Overrated. Ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough and caramel chocolate pretzel with a rice krispy waffle cone. The chocolate chip cookie dough had a mint taste to it which it shouldn't and the ratio between the chocolate chip and cookie dough is off. I've had better and so far nothing beats Turkey Hill Ice Cream's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough where it has the right ratio and taste. The other scoop was better but disappointed at the chocolate coated pretzel which was soft and not crunchy at all.

新開張既美國雪糕店，剛剛開幕就即刻去試食啦！當日係星期日，門口排緊長龍，大約等左15分鐘，就入到去落order, 內有少量位置，先係門口俾錢，然後係旁邊叫number, 所以店內頗迫，見人層層疊得咁開心，我簡左兩球佩蜜糖桶，成為$63，蜜桃味并焦糖脆餅，雪糕球都幾大個，質地硬身啲，可能咁樣冇咁易冧掛，焦糖脆餅好特別，裡面有一舊舊脆餅，蜜桃味好清新，但比焦糖味蓋過左，可能店員為左壓實個雪糕，大力左少少，個脆桶壓到列左，要即刻拎個碗黎dou住！雖然食得混亂左，下次經過，都會再試其他味道！

This fall, our Facebook and Instagram are going to get a lot busier with the opening of Emack & Bolio's, an award winning American ice cream store from Boston. I was in the area and saw some people with some fruit loop ice creams and was really intruiged. I went it up and found that they had just newly opened, so I quickly joined the line while looking at some of the flavours. 晏晝四點幾黎到，條隊已經排到超過隔離間salon,等咗十五分鐘入到鋪頭，見到有四五種cone,望落都係好甜嘅感覺，不過黎得美式雪糕店都預咗甜，諗住叫彩虹色cone,點知去到我哋嗰陣只係得返淨朱古力同椰絲朱古力，咁就唯有叫淨朱古力，另加兩球雪糕，朱古力慕絲口感幾滑，朱古力味好濃，不過真係超甜，食到一半已經好想飲水，另外叫咗流心蛋糕，第一啖食落味道幾特別，有雪糕夾咗喺入面，仲有朱古力塊，口感好多元化，呢個值得推薦
