食飯後仍然意猶未盡，隨後跟隨友人去了Emack & Bolio's食杯雪糕，此店除了雪糕之外，有蛋糕、飲品、各式咖啡及朱古力等，真是都好多元化，雪糕餅筒都不同款式，基本的sugar cone 就要加$10，另外size較大的waffle cone就要$12。廚窗中設有色彩繽紛的雪糕筒，仲有peanuts、crushed oreos、rainbow sprinkles、coco pops及fruit loops等，也是讓人三心兩意，都晤知選擇什麼了!雪糕價錢分別是small $43(一球雪糕)、medium $63(兩球雪糕)及large (三球雪糕)，如果extra再加球雪糕就是$20。款式方面先有sorbet 雪果、fruit yogurt 乳酪及ice cream 雪糕，雪糕款式都起碼有20款以上，例如焦糖花生、鮮桃、流心雙重蛋糕、特濃咖啡朱古力曲奇、薄荷朱古力碎曲奇、杏仁椰子等......我選擇了食兩球雪糕及crushed oreos 雪糕筒，我個人口味較愛咖啡味雪糕，所以我選擇了濃情咖啡(trippin on espresso)，另外我決定點球杏仁椰子(almond cocon

好靚呀😍用溶左嘅棉花糖痴上七彩顏色嘅穀物造成嘅cone，都算系第一間喺香港出現嘅雪糕店☺️ 溶嘅棉花糖加上彩色穀物食落又煙軔，又脆，口感吾錯😛但穀物味道有點兒太甜同埋有啲色素嘅味Space cake流心雙重雪糕，喜出望外嘅係影完哂相後，個雪糕都可以無溶過😹味道有啲似strawberry cheese,甜度適中👍🏻不過就無流心感覺🙈整體黎講，係幾特別嘅~可以一試，不過食完有d飽😹同埋價錢都偏貴🙈

Emack & Bolio's 係美國波士頓一間雪糕店🍦，2015年終於來到香港了！E&B最出名除左係多料的雪糕，仲有特色的雪糕筒。這款是朱古力脆米加埋溶左的綿花糖，甜度剛好，脆卜卜。呢D特色綿花糖CONE要加$20, 有點小費不過勝在夠特別，唔係度度都食到雪糕由美國入口，我的是特濃咖啡朱古力曲奇☕🍫🍪，真係好重咖啡味入面幾多料，有粒粒朱古力好有咬口，好似食緊Mocha咁。另外聽講流心雙重蛋糕都出名😍，仲有呢個雪糕可以最多點十球，層層疊咁。一班frd子叫多幾球📷夠震撼啦!

今日平安夜相信好多人都有得放早，我就冇喇，所以要揾d野安慰下自己開心下，有人話食d甜野會開心d，究竟係咪真呢……今日食完lunch就經過呢間雪糕店，見到有不少人幫襯，等我入去視察下先聽聞佢喺美國好出名，好一於試下先嘩，d雪糕筒好吸引喎，每個都有不同嘅配料，我和同事全部都揀咗最色彩繽紛果個雪糕都有好多款揀，我就揀咗曲奇妙趣，同事就揀咗咖啡係咪好靚呢，但一試就得個甜字囉，雪糕筒面果d配料甜到漏，所以我食咗一半已經冇食，至於雪糕就係一球冇甚特別嘅雪糕，可能係雪糕筒太甜另到雪糕冇咩味，仲要呢個雪糕賣到63蚊，諗住佢有幾勁幾好食，但試完只有失望呢個就係同事嘅咖啡雪糕喇，因為我唔食咖啡所以冇試，不過同事評語都係甜同一般

位於中環行人扶手電梯下人來人往既街道中，出現呢間美國雪糕店，緊係要試一試雪糕款式不但多達三十種，而甜筒款亦有十幾款，真係令到身邊既女士愛不釋手。晚上八點幾去到已經大排長龍，而且有幾款雪糕都已售罄我同老婆選了朱古力配花生碎甜筒連薄荷朱古力碎曲奇和流心蛋糕雪糕。脆脆既兩層甜筒加上頂部朱古力漿連花生碎粒，食落不會太膩，而雪糕較濃而甜，所以沒有太大奶味，不過口感香滑。薄荷朱古力碎曲奇不過不失，而流心蛋糕雪糕係焦糖加上融左既雪糕做出流心效果，就是特別之處。

美國人氣雪糕店終於嚟香港! 本人覺得好味過haagen-dazs。環境：少量堂食座位，裝修簡約，貫徹美國店風格。晚上大概9時多來吃，原以為轉涼便會少點人，誰知也要排大概20分鐘，可想而知香港人是多麼愛吃雪糕推介：Space Cake，PeachSpace Cake with Rainbow cone $68大愛Space cake 流心雙重雪糕，味道有d似strawberry cheese，雖然唔太覺有流心，但唔會太甜亦唔覺膩仲好滑 Raiwbow cone實在是太正，又脆又好味。份量足，唔會剩喺得頂有雪糕，食到落cone都仲有😋Black raspberry chocolate chip yogurt、peach(蜜桃) 同caramel moose prints(焦糖花生醬)由上至下排+White chocolate cone HKD108三隻味入面最愛peach，味道好清、仲食到蜜桃粒、幾啱清清味蕾，而且蜜桃味嘅雪糕香港較少有(加上本人又是蜜桃控) 建議如果食蜜桃味可以單球/配其他水果味雪糕，因為mix埋chocolate食會蓋過peach清新嘅味。Caramel 都幾出色，自己

今天跟朋友在上環吃完晚餐之後，由於食得太飽的關係，我們兩人決定步行到中環地鐵站才回家，步行期間醒起身開了一間雪糕店， 就在地鐵站附近，我們決定到此一遊， 十時正人不算太多不用排隊非常好。 我點雙球雪糕，選擇了marshmallows甜筒，由於想拍照漂亮些就點了兩個味道，但當然價錢非常之驚喜！ 我選擇了士多啤梨味及桃味，甜筒選擇用彩色的甜圈圈。士多啤梨味不太酸不太甜，有點像Haagendazs雪糕，桃味雪糕我自己不太喜歡呢。 就不多介紹了。彩色甜圈圍邊，太甜了，只是賣相吸引了。這個只此一次。

      嬉皮士（Hippie）和雪糕到底有什麼關係呢? 我百思不得其解。不過這家來自美國的雪糕名店號稱要將兩者合而為一。香港的首家分店選址在蘭桂坊附近，就在中環往山頂扶手電梯之下。大概是出於嬉皮士誇張﹑花俏的服裝和如影隨形的迷幻搖滾樂，店面捨棄雪糕店一慣的甜美風，走誇張和色彩斑斕的懷舊搖滾風。      除了店內循環播放的搖滾樂，客人還可以投幣點唱，這種在六七十年代，裝在涼茶舖的點唱機，走出電視屏幕，我還真的是第一次見。            除了裝潢走誇張﹑花俏的風格，全店有超過30款雪糕可供選擇，也夠誇張的，雪糕筒也是花俏十足。傳統雪糕筒以外，沾滿了朱古力彩虹針或者堅果碎的升級款也許也不算特別，但這款沾滿了綿花糖和七彩谷物脆脆的Marsh Mellow Cone，我還真是第一次見。      融化的綿花糖沾上七彩谷物，再次雪凍，下層煙煙韌韌，上面粒粒脆脆。窩夫雪糕筒有淡淡的牛油和蛋香，有相當質感，十分香脆       雪糕則選了黑莓朱古力碎乳酪，貪佢低脂和黑桑莓微酸的口感 。不過以frozen yogurt來說，還是有一點偏甜，奶味很重，質感幼滑，卻沒有坊間一般forz

今日放假同老公去左中環食左個Lunch，跟住梗係要食埋甜品啦，於是就特登行過黎食雪糕。雖然今日天氣幾涼，但都無影響我地食雪糕既心情。去到人唔多，只有一條小龍仔排緊，而好快就到我地啦。嘩，見到好多唔同既cone，有朱古力，有爆谷，睇到都超開心丫。我地選擇左用朱古力同彩虹針做既cone,然後就要左lemon sorbet 同raspberry sorbet。Lemon sorbet唔係好酸，可能我自己好鍾意食酸野啦，覺得佢酸味唔係好夠。而raspberry sorbet，我同老公食完之後，都覺得似係strawberry more than raspberry ，連隻色睇落都唔係好似，不過味道還可以。價錢有點貴，但勝在選擇多，味道唔錯，一定會再黎食過，要試埋其他雪糕既味道同cone 丫。

To be honest , I am a bit disappointed with this place, personally think that it only worth to come for photo taking but not tasting.We arrived at around 2pm and there wasnt much people waiting, we bought one small size (1 Scoop) with marsh "mellow" cone and one medium Size (2 Scoops) with marsh "mellow" cone.Size of Scoop is huge, I would suggest 1 Scoop is more than enough.
