Carbonara上枱完全唔熱 仲要完全冇味好似就咁烚熟啲意粉上面加隻蛋唔明點解個汁可以完全冇味薩莉亞都好食過佢好多 賣$120 🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️店員 Hea食物 Hea啲staff好似冇train過咁未試過喺呢個級數嘅商場食完嘢會係個着住黑色圍裙嘅洗碗遮遮出嚟收碟 (no offense to 洗碗遮遮 main point is 店員唔做)啲店員就喺度fing 正常唔係應該由店員收碟咩真係大開眼界 難食之中嘅難食薩莉亞叮碟意粉出嚟都冇咁嬲唔明點解咁難食都keep住有客入嚟間嘢都算多人只可以話絕對唔會有下次

今日同朋友去咗Elephant Grounds食個brunch,真係幾chill㗎!坐位好舒服,啱晒傾偈,而且K11 Musea仲係pet friendly,可以帶埋毛孩出嚟一齊享受下。餐廳分Indoor同outdoor,outdoor有綠樹配襯,環境好大自然feel,岩晒打卡同放鬆心情。.先講下個🥑AVOCADO TOAST,有poached egg、radish、pea cress、french pea pesto同dill yogurt,仲有side mesclun salad。份量唔算多,細食嘅朋友應該OK,但大食嘅就可能要加多啲嘢食先夠飽。味道正正常常,唔算好驚艷,但都算okay。不過Service就真係麻麻地,近乎零咁滯,所以嚟呢度食嘢,主要都係為咗個vibe同環境🫣.另外試咗🍳EGG BENEDICT,都係穩穩陣陣,冇乜特別驚喜。最正係個🥖Churros (caramel味),熱辣辣上枱,外脆內軟,有mocha同caramel兩款sauce揀,真係幾好食!飲品方面,☕️Long black同☕️Cappuccino都係正常水準,配埋個churros就perfect池。.總括嚟講,Elephant Grounds嘅環境真係無得輸,坐得舒服又同relax,啱晒同朋友hea下。不過食物同服務就一般般😳

Visited the K11 Musea branch on a weekday at around 1pm. The place was not full at all and I got to pick any seat I like. Ordered a hot Americano and a Carbonara - the coffee arrived after 5 minutes but the pasta only came after 25 minutes. The carbonara was tasteless, as if it took 25 mins to boil the pasta and dress it with some cream. I could not help but needed to return it after 2 bites. It was a horrible experience.

同行有小孩,並沒有吵鬧影響別人,但女服務員一直用非常厭惡的眼光看著孩子,而且對客人也是一直黑臉,態度差。如果不想招待可以一開始就說,這種態度讓人十分無語,拉低了整個商場的體驗。一個對小孩都不友好的餐廳一定拉黑!

We came to Elephant Grounds on two occasions in two weeks time, one was weekend lunch and one was weekday lunch.I’m a fan of the brand and I have been to other branches! Their rice bowls (weekdays only) has always had a good combination of small sides, in this beef bowl, it has a soft boil egg, pickle ginger, fried garlics, corn and scallions! It’s just a burst of flavours and never fail me!!! Their avocado (forgot the full name), also has a great combination of purple onion with tomatoes, basil, sesame, scallions, on a bed of arugula, topped with Japanese spices on top! The coffee is nice too! A few critics are the bread used are normal whites, and service is also a little amateur!
