自從大館開咗之後，我就好鐘意嚟呢度行下，第一地點方便，第二每期都有唔同嘅展覽，仲有其實我未去齊咁多間食店，因為每一間食店嘅裝修都唔一樣，有啲仲會根據大館前身：警局或監獄去裝修。今次去呢間Bar就想去好耐，因為佢以蜻蜓為主題，枱/燈/地下嘅瓷磚好特別，講真，我個人覺得好西班牙feel (後來睇Menu, 有Tapas食，佢原來真係西班牙餐廳😂😂😂）因為裡面比較細，而且我去果晚係假期前夕，而且好夜先到，如果想影靚相，打個靚卡，最好早啲去，食埋個dinner咁就Perfect 啦！

My boyfriend and I (locals) came here on a Saturday night. when we were trying to walk in we were being turned away by the receptionist, who told us that the bar was quite packed and didn’t allow us inside. When asked how long we have to wait for, she repeatedly said “how would I know? You guys should leave”, while she blatantly let other foreigners walk in. She was being extremely rude for no reason, and I don’t understand why she’s turning away customer. Terrible service. Will not come again.

在大館晚上十點多睇完LV 的exhibition ,經過呢間dragonfly , 被門口的Ariel loop 表演者吸引住，唔捨得走。main bar area 因為太多人，只有坐在waiting area 的一張二人枱，但也很舒適,枱角的青蜒裝飾很特別兩個人點了「yum cha with Mr. Tang」是二人份的cocktail ,用好重手的金屬茶具端上。至於cocktail 味道，好重青瓜味，甜甜地。另外可能茶（酒）杯細小，好似飲極都飲唔完咁。免費的Bar snack 是辛辣的爆谷，侍應見我地好快食完一甩，又隨即refill

位於中環大館古蹟文化館裡面的一家以蜻蜓為主題的酒吧！這裡的氣氛非常酷炫，天花板布滿了綠幽幽的蜻蜓眼，猶豫走進了精靈的世界一樣～由於酒吧內的空間比較小，所以還是建議大家提早一點過去，或者盡量選weekday晚上，不然排隊真的會嚇死人！如果不能擠進酒吧裡面，外面的空間相對比較寬敞，而且還有live band，整體環境非常relax❤️我地隨便點了4杯酒，都蠻好喝的，而且都非常特別，具體怎麼様就不形容了，大家去體會一下就知道了😜

第一次夜晚去大館，原來晚上另有天地！四邊圍住不同餐廳，再行入d，傳來 Live Band 的聲音，見到間用蜻蜓佈置的餐廳，我叫咗杯用 Bubble Tea 做既 Cocktail，非常好味！Live Band 玩 Latin Jazz，勁正！一定再來！

近來好多人去大館打咭,發現一間隱世既bar 叫Dargonfly 係大館一樓內。佢地近來用Hendrick’s Gin 設計左一個For Her and For him menu set,各自有一杯Hendrick’s Gin特別調製飲品pair一款小食牛肉刈包同parma ham 沙津,認真花心思有林頭,味道認真吾錯,可以係中環Dinner前Happy hour又得,Dinner後去又得,坐得舒服又可以同玫塊背景影下相🌹。

My friend brought me here for bday drink. The place is very decent!!! Totally instagram able! She ordered a carrot drinks- she doesn’t like it because it tastes a bit weird.I ordered a cucumber drinks - taste very cucumber!! It’s actually quite fresh not much alcohol in it.We ordered soft rib bun for side dish!! It’s a bomb!!! Super tasty!!! It’s even better than the drinks highly recommend!!!

Amazing cocktail ! Ordered cocktail with Lime Liquor (Last cocktail on the menu) as well as cocktail serves for two. Not a big fan on cocktail normally, both drinks were impressive! They were both refreshing.Service was fabulous, the waitress was truly helpful when I sought for recommendation. Unlike many other bars, staffs don't offer constructive recommendation. Located in one of the smaller alleyways of Tai Kwun, Dragonfly is another of Ashley Sutton’s bar designs, alongside Iron Fairies, J Boroksi and Ophelia. 响 Soho 食完晚餐, 朋友見時間尚早, 力邀我們去附近的大館逛逛, 因為那兒有很多餐廳同酒吧, 說可以直落!入到大館內, 果然場地很大很寬廣, 真的别有洞天。原來是英國管治時期的一座監獄! 而家改為表演場館, 而且有很多餐廳酒吧, 夜晚很有情調。朋友推介的正是最入面, 由獄長室改建而成的 Dragon Bar! Bar 入面裝修得高尚典雅, 置身其中, 好像去了另一國度, 充滿異國風情。原本一去到是 full house 了, 只剩 bartender 前面的企位。不過因為時間尚早, 9:30 pm, 所以很快就有枱了。Cocktail 很好味, 酒精濃度超低, 正合我心意。Bar 入面周圍都是蜻蜓的裝飾, 很美。朋友們分别 order 左 3 杯 drinks, 而我只飲了最大的一杯, 就坐左三個鐘, 哈哈! 3 個人, 7 杯 drinks, $10xx 埋單, 不算便宜, 但 reasonable 啦! 淨係環境氣氛都值回票價啦!

說到中環大館裡的餐廳和酒吧都各有特色，而這晚特意來到的Dragonfly，環境設計上來自Ashley Sutton的設計，以蜻蜓為主題精心佈置了整個酒吧環境，拍照位非常有特色，加上輕快的音樂氣氛相當不錯。這次和友人點了杯比較signature的cocktail，分別是Mucha’s Muse和一杯Dragon’s Pearls。前者除了外觀美麗外同時亦非常易入口；後者則是一杯可以形容為一杯有酒精的珍珠奶茶，非常獨特，當晚見到有不少女性也點了這杯cocktail。

又一間Ashley Sutton設計的酒吧座落於中環 #大館 ，這間酒吧位置大館小教堂💒內，名稱為《 #Dragonfly 》。酒吧內的設計跟名店一樣，以蜻蜓為題，用上了19世紀的波希米亞風，抬頭一看，玻璃燈都有著蜻蜓作點綴，高高低低的玻璃燈，感覺挺震撼的。而高身餐桌就用上馬賽克來拼貼，也附上對題的蜻蜓唷！重點，調酒區更設有展開翅膀的巨大蜻蜓，這設計成了這𥚃點名之作。🧚🏻‍♂️🧚🏻‍♀️我跟朋友點一杯Mucha’s Muse及Paloma Wilde。🍸Mucha’s Muse($125)的底調是Gin酒，再加上士多啤梨、薰衣草、蜜糖、柚子、檸檬汁等味道而成，理應很清新很少女才是，但誰不知一入口是有陣陣Smokey味，我猜是來自Gin酒吧！另一杯🍹Paloma Wilde($120)，這杯cocktails有一句暗喻“Work is the curse of the drinking class”，不知大家認不認同呢？我自己就Can’t agree more!!!😅 好喇！講回這杯Paloma Wilde，由Lime Tequila作底調，加入鹽味的芫荽及西柚流打。雖然我沒喝出什麼芫荽味，

Tai Kwun 裡面既新 bardecoration and atmosphere 都不錯，難得香港有間甘既 bar , 約埋一班 friends 嚟，experience 都勉強可以(扣分點係不便宜但迫且不好坐)。price range 都算市價 market price ，所以都 reasonable. 味道亦正正常常，不過不失，豆蓉點麵包味道亦0K；飲品亦然，not impressive , 但又唔難飲。反正體驗下環境與氣氛就好，味道就不用抱太多祈望。
