喜歡咖啡的我對這店名字一點也不陌生，但昨天還是第一次光顧，大約中午十二時到達，店內還有餘一半位置選擇，我就選了向街景的bar枱坐著，接下來很快已選好午餐...House cured salmon on toast with poached egg和House black☕️自家製醃三文魚配麵包一起吃咸道剛好，但poached egg似乎過了火雖仍有流心，但蛋白已不滑有點老！咖啡也不錯👍喜歡麵食午餐可選意粉類🍝看到隔離的女生吃著青翠綠色的青醬意大利麵，喜歡滿滿青醬的朋友可能會喜歡這個😉

Cupping room is a good place to start your morning. It is famous for its coffee. But definitely they also serve good food. I went there with my colleague who is quite picky on coffee (he never drinks instant coffee). Most of the time there is a lot of people queuing outside (even in non-rush hours). 跟老闆買完春茗的禮物，老闆說到附近一間很出名的咖啡店飲咖啡然後再回公司。門外有一個牌寫着是世界第二的咖啡，但可惜這間店今天沒有那種咖啡。老闆及一位同事點了flat white. 他們説奶滑，又不會蓋過咖啡味，咖啡不會過濃。我另一同事點了單一咖啡豆的expresso，選了巴布亞新幾內亞的豆，他説比較苦，味道一般。我不能飲咖啡，只好點了一杯熱朱古力，牛古力味不夠濃也不夠熱，不是很好。總括而言，只是一般。可能世界第二的那一種咖啡會比較好。

今日趁男朋友放假，陪佢去下d堅係可以hea既coffee shop，咁先係休息架麻。係咖啡界都出名的cupping room，灣仔同中環分店都去過架啦啦，但呢間分店就第一次。點解今次冇端端要寫食評？我本身好鐘意飲hand drip coffee(手沖咖啡)既人，因為手沖同平時black coffee or americano好唔同，就好似飲紅酒咁。 而今次沖比我飲既係世界級的香港咖啡師實左沖得太好味啦，理想的温度，配合成熟度恰到好處的咖啡豆，完全能夠把日曬豆的甜取出，明顯嚐出mango、mixed berry等的味道...食物未到經已飲了大半杯🤦🏻‍♀️至於食物呢，上次試下佢地既lunch:egg benedicts and Spaghetti 正正常常，並沒有什麼驚喜。今次就點了佢地既French Toast😻呢個就係第二樣令我寫食評既原因，French Toast旁的焦糖香蕉燒得恰到好處，既不太甜又不過淋。而個toast 好味到我又係食大大半個，淨返少少比男朋友乍😂🙈😂🙈鬆軟而不太油膩，配埋奶油，正到做多一個星期的運動都要食😋😋😋Overall 黎講，偶然放假輕鬆下放肆下去坐下食下飲

新年期間無論團年飯或親友團拜都走唔甩去酒樓食中菜同飲茶, 見今日HappY FridaY 就真係忍唔住要走去食下西餐先. Egg Benedicts w/ Smoked Salmon, 只要水波蛋熟透程度掌握得好, 再配合足夠嘅荷蘭醬, 基本上味道都唔會太差.  呢度嘅水波蛋真係唔錯, 配埋三文魚同脆多士, 好夾好好食.Spaghetti & Mushroom with Spinach creamy sauce, 喺lunch時間嚟有得嗌Set 真係好抵, 可以試埋呢度高質嘅coffee都係$98, 仲唔駛加一添, 不過上菜就真係要等下, 以打工仔一小時lunch hour嚟講可能有啲趕. 好啦! 講返碟素意粉先,  以菠菜打成嘅醬好rich, 加埋啲辣粉提味, 即使食哂成碟都唔會有一刻覺得好寡. Cappuccino, 食完意粉再品嚐返杯有質素嘅咖啡, 呢1 DAY心情特別好.

又到周末懶洋洋去食一早餐的時候，決定落去家裏附近的這一間Cafe食我最喜歡的French Toast。自從我在這間餐廳食過他們的French Toast之後,已經不可能去別的地方點這一個菜，尤其是他的焦糖香蕉煮一得恰到好處，香蕉不會過淋，仍然有質感，上高加了非常脆的焦糖，食落味道及口感都攞滿分French Toast本身亦都非常出色，絕對不會過分油膩，麵包軟硬適中，配以奶油，實在太美味！而老公亦都非常喜歡他們的Egg Benedict 他每朝更會到此買完咖啡才去上班，這裏的咖啡亦是相當高質素。

Was walking back to my hotel along Queens Road and decided to pop into the Cupping room for a cup of single origin Ethiopian espresso. The cafe has a nice relaxed vibe with knowledgeable and well trained barista. Definitely worth getting a shot of espresso if you like your caffeine hit! Did not try their pastries or food but the selection looks pretty decent. Will give it a try next time!

自從去過灣仔間TCR後，就決定要試曬TCR所有分店，hahahaaa，所以今日就去咗上環哩間TCR啦。時間尚早，霸到個落地窗口位，正！唔知係咪忙得濟，坐低成幾分鐘都無人攞個menu嚟嘅？？Order咗Egg Benedict同Flat White，落單嘅店員好nice。- Egg Benedict（$108）Wow，擺盤咁靚，叫人點捨得食啊？攞支叉拮落隻水波蛋度，啲蛋漿流曬出嚟，ummm.... 個人真係唔鍾意食哩啲toast，好乾好硬，唔關啲toast事，hahaaaa。我覺得個chef好細心，擺盤嘅時候搭配咗嚿橙同西柚，等你食食下覺得漏嘅時候，可以食翻嚿，就無咁漏啦，感覺仲堅fresh。- Flat White（$40）咖啡真係無得彈，豆香味濃，俾like...

There seems to be lots of coffee and brunch places popping up in HK these days. Luckily, I didn't have to wait for a seat since my friend got here early, but we had to sit on one of the long benches so it wasn't the most cozy place to sit. From their weekend brunch menu, I ordered the Chili Scramble Eggs and Iced Latte. The scramble eggs were absolutely delicious and I loved pairing it with the chili and bread. I ordered an Americano, was told that I should order a black coffee instead.  I insisted on having an Americano.  Paid 35HKD and told to wait outside.  Server comes out and asks who ordered a black coffee while looking at me.  I told her I ordered an Americano.  She says "here".  I look at the drink and there is no crema... it is obviously just a black coffee.  Scam.

是日約了舊同事吃午餐, 原本想去越旺, 但已關門大吉, 隨意地來到上環的the cupping room. 平日下午一時多到達, 剛好有座位, 真好. 場內走著輕鬆café路線, 空間感不錯, 很適合chit-chat. 店內可容納三十多人. 看看menu, 點選了set lunch – Spaghetti & Mushroom with Spinach creamy sauce + flat white (HK$108), 友人則要iced latte. 等了大概十分鐘, 侍應送上Spaghetti & Mushroom with Spinach creamy sauce, 先說賣相, 全是綠油油的一片,單調的色彩, 老實說, 不太吸引. 試一口, cream sauce明顯不夠香濃, 菠菜打成的醬汁很水汪汪, 完全不能覆蓋意粉, 味道太青. 意粉質感不算al dente, 感覺很一般. 至於主打的flat white, 呷一口, 質感不算厚身, 也不見油脂的踪影, 水準一般. 這就是被稱為全港第一的咖啡? 友人的iced latte, 先別說味道, 只有半杯的分量, 真的有點兒難看

The latte served at the right temperature and great taste. Although its slightly more expansive than others but its alright to go there once in a while. The beans were great! Nicely roasted and taste great for pour over.

Hearing from a lot of people that this cafe has the best award winning coffee, as a coffee freak i would definitely try it. The place wasn't too far from the MTR station, really roughly 5-7 min walk on a very chilled long weekend. Menu had only a few pages, easy to read and had some food to offer, but I was only interested in the coffee section  The cafe had a bit of people waiting, as we were lucky to take the last 2 seats in against the window. And eventually the place was packed with people,

在一個熱愛咖啡的朋友穿針引線下 來到被摩登木傢具包圍的The Cupping Room-The Cupping Room在咖啡界中是很有名的這次來的是上環店 我們點了Egg Benedict 和 Flat White－Egg Benedict ($108)在濃濃荷蘭醬下 包著水波蛋和煙三文魚 底層放著English Muffin雖然醬汁像是普通罐頭荷蘭醬 但水波蛋煮的剛剛好 一切開就有源源不絕的蛋汁流出來再配合煙三魚和English Muffin 真的是很搭令人一掃平常的煩腦❣-Flat White ($40)一來到 便傳來陣陣的咖啡豆香氣 喝下去亦有濃濃的牛奶味混和在咖啡之中 果真是很有質素🙆🏻-

繼續<咖啡職人的愛與勇氣>一書之旅，今次來到大名鼎鼎既Cupping Room，一如愛好的點了杯Flat White，咖啡花香味濃郁，充滿口腔。明治牛奶打到理想温度及狀態，甜而滑。和上次brew bros coffee重朱古力味截然不同，別有風味。值得一提，店舖所用的餐具很有品質和心思，咖啡杯不是選用咖啡店廣用品牌Loveramics，而是Heath Ceramics。可能傳統觀念關係吧，初見無耳仔的咖啡杯時，會有點疑惑不會燙手嗎？但想深一點，其實呢個係咖啡師信心既表現及保證。因為一杯溫度理想，最佳狀態下既咖啡，怎會燙手呢？要求於細節，正！
