買咗groupon團購博一博，turn out效果都ok！預先book咗星期二晚，希望少人d會好d，7:30pm上到去，都有幾枱客。餐廳環境幾靜，但光咗少少，整體上感覺良好。望一望menu，好快揀好想要的食物。先黎面包and soup of the day – 磨菇湯。面包點醋及橄欖油好味，磨菇湯就一般。前菜揀咗煎鵝肝，上枱除咗鵝肝外，仲有一條小garlic bread and salad，賣相好吸引，鵝肝好味，夠大夠厚，切開唔散，配沙律減低油膩感，正！主菜食steak，夠大舊，presentation好靚，可惜要medium都煎得幾熟，但配菜好味，連薯蓉都好滑，補償番。Dessert要tiramisu，上枱跟埋vanilla ice-cream，幾好味！侍應亦有加水，上菜亦快，咁嘅價錢（$3xx+10%）仲有一杯紅or白酒 and coffee or tea，仲想點！

Average to Below Average Food for Soho prices

The restaurant was half empty on a Saturday night. Decor was spacious for Soho. We sat down and was greeted by the friendly manager. There was a set dinner for HKD 248 + 10% for a 3 course meal. You can choose from appetizers - soup of the day, salad, and antipasto. Main course you can choose from pasta, chicken, lamp chops, steak and fish, then dessert or coffee / tea. The manager said the soup of the day was carrot and to our surprise when it came the color was pale yellow. We tasted the soup

You can choose from appetizers - soup of the day, salad, and antipasto. Main course you can choose from pasta, chicken, lamp chops, steak and fish, then dessert or coffee / tea. The manager said the soup of the day was carrot and to our surprise when it came the color was pale yellow. We tasted the soup and it tasted like watered down chicken soup or some soup with chicken flavored base. Definitely NOT carrot soup! We asked another waiter and he said the soup was Potato and Leek. We told the Manager it was not carrot soup and he just said, well maybe they ran out in the kitchen and had to change it. Pretty lame response as it was obvious he had no clue what was going on. Another member in the group ordered the antipasto plate and when you think couldn't go wrong, it did. The feta cheese or maybe it was mozzerella, had absolutely no taste. The parma ham was below average.

The main dishes came and we ordered, mushroom Risotto, Seafood Spaghetti and Steak (recommended by the Manager). The risotto had no taste. The portions were huge but the quality was not restaurant material. The seafood spaghetti was al dente with a large variety of seafood - clams, fish, salmon, squid and prawns. The seafood didn't seem particularly fresh or special. The steak was probably the worst. There was a large piece of meat however the quality of the meat was below average and there was no taste to the steak. We should have picked up on this

To sum up, large portions and low quality food. The staff were nice and friendly however seemed clueless. For what you pay for, you can go to another soho Italian restaurant with much more quality food.

無意中的驚喜

當日我無意中，大約6時多，我見到Cenacolo II，行上去看看見到無人，初初有D驚驚地，試試新嘢，但店內大多數是英文人，諗住膽粗粗有盡力去落單叫嘢食，不出5分鐘有位廋廋女士應笑笑口走過來，問我地想食全雞餐嗎，完來叫咗幾款雞飯意粉等等，最後更係問噃佢有什麼好介紹，總之店內之選啦，我覺得水盡不錯和下次再來的意欲，盡言之好啦。總結英文唔好就搵搵為一一個廋廋女士應幫幫手，比較好：）

真係未試過食意大利菜可以咁好食嘅同時食得飽！真係值得一讚 (其實都拖左好耐先講 )其實之前都去過唔少次舊 Cenacolo，一路都覺得非常抵食，開左分店梗係要去踩踩場啦！好，直入主題：先黎個頭盤！正斗包包，真係啱晒 O 型血嗜殿粉質嘅朋友仔！(我地)不過添食略嫌慢啲跟住係沙律其實個頭盤已經好似主菜咁大個，不過我地勝在多人！(其實係大食姐)再黎多個菜先，話晒都係草食男...主菜到！Pizza 唔錯雞真係出乎意料地滑，好味~哩條魚，值頭要 High Light！！我真係未試過係 Cenacolo (Both 新舊) 以外食過咁正咁滑嘅三文魚！大廚朋友話佢叫玻璃肉，正如其名啲肉內裏好似玻璃咁晶瑩通透，係用低溫煮先會有咁嘅效果，自家無工具係做唔到嘅！真係要比 10 個 Like 另外之前食過爐魚都好正，佢個黎巴嫩豆汁好有特色，強力推介好好味，唔太 Creamly 得黎又香！最後到甜品啦~~~我呢，其實就唔好甜品嘅，但係今次我都爭埋一份囉~ 總括黎講整體感覺非常好！味度唔洗講，唔信自己試試環境優美有格調，而且好寬敞服務非常好，尤其係個女經理，見過幾次好 Nice 好好傾，開頭食嗰時重比左唔少推

最後除左抵食夾大件外，都搵唔到第二句啦，係蘇豪黎講真係平時一半價錢，但係有足一倍份量，哩個真係我最欣賞！(因為我好大食

It is my first time to post a comment , no photos or detail description, just truly think this rest. worth a recommendation..Me and my frds, a total of 4 of us went for dinner on a weekday night, the shop was not slow nor packed, just at the right amount of romance for a comfortable girls night : ) We ordered a Caesar salad, a pasta, main course salmon and the girls' all time favorite -- desserts!! Me and my frds, a total of 4 of us went for dinner on a weekday night, the shop was not slow nor packed, just at the right amount of romance for a comfortable girls night : )

We ordered a Caesar salad, a pasta, main course salmon and the girls' all time favorite -- desserts!! ( it was panna cotta and chocolate creme buree, not sure if that's the right name). The food came with the warm home-made bread, with the olive oil and vinegar, little bit of "sour" taste to start off the delicious dinner.

We went crazy when the salad came XD, coz the portion is huge, satisfying our need to be "healthy" illusion, the veggies were fresh and crispy. The pasta was ok, a little too much of chilli that day.

While among the dishes, the main course salmon is the MUST TRY item, it was thick, juicy and fresh, it seemed like it was well done at a glance, but to our surprise, the flesh was kept moist and just right in the middle, keeping it juicy and soft!! Bravo for this slow cook item!!
The panna cotta was ok to us, a little bit too milky, but if you are a choco fan, you just cant miss the chocolate creme brulee, caramel crispy on top, soft, cold and smooth like silk for the brulee, dark chocolate tasted.. umm yummy yummy : P

and i gotta mention the lady manager that night, she was very helpful and friendly, as it was our first time visit, she gave great chef recommendations for the food choices, and came by time to time to see everything was going good for us, no matter on the food and the drinks. while we were ordering at the beginning, you know, girls just couldn't make prompt decisions lol, we were kept asking the ingredients of that and that and that XDD.. she was very patient there to explain everything to us, really a pro!

So nice food, nice environment, nice service and the lady did gave the experience an A+

中環cenacolo 意大利菜…我爭啲以為自己食緊法國菜 餐湯，頭盤，主菜食左兩個鐘有多

首先上左餐湯無俾匙更…叫又無人理…等左五 分鐘先有得飲 等左半個鐘既頭盤…

食完頭盤先發覺我地冇麵包，連水都冇。但有人幫我地背貼背果枱非團購加水。


到主菜，叫牛扒七成熟…已經等左半個鐘…上 菜食食下發現得個面熟…裡面完全係生既！
...
叫 佢再煮過 點知佢收埋我地啲刀叉，再上菜無得用…又叫 極無人理！

有條友發現左…好醒咁淨係拎把刀黎， 無义用… 已經好嬲！

時間已經過左兩小時 食完無人收碟…我用錶幫佢計時…十五分鐘我 地先叫到個經理黎收野！…

我向佢表達不滿：我地係唔係客？ 我講俾佢聽有咩問題…佢竟然答：你地揀錯日子！今日好多人…
嘩！我慶到呢！佢又話送乜送乜，已經冇用喇!! 最後我地嬲到連甜品咩都唔要呀！走！

**如果餐廳負責人，你有幸見到呢篇食評，有幾樣野希望你留意：
首先，你選擇做團購，你都想吸引生客做宣傳。但如果做服務業連咁基本的服務都做唔好，絕對反效果!!
正如，我以後都唔會再去你間餐廳，同時我會將我的經歷傳告我的朋友。

第二，請你糾正你員工的態度，團購都係有俾錢嫁!! 唔應該見到扮見唔到，完全忽視你的客人。

最後，做餐廳，做服務業，就算你的食物味道有幾好，話之你拎埋米芝連，連基服服務都做唔好，食到一肚火，d客都唔會返轉頭!! **

Booking was easy and staff helpful with this. Restaurant is nicely decorated and tables pleasingly far apart.Food standard for starters and main course was excellent and quantity was large.Unfortunately it all fell apart when we asked for dessert. It too 50 minutes for dessert to come. Two reminders to them before it finally came and even then they still forgot one dessert- Panna Cotta. The desserts that did come were two tiramisu and two sorbet. Presentation of the tiramisu looked like the dess

Unfortunately it all fell apart when we asked for dessert. It too 50 minutes for dessert to come. Two reminders to them before it finally came and even then they still forgot one dessert- Panna Cotta. The desserts that did come were two tiramisu and two sorbet. Presentation of the tiramisu looked like the desserts had been rushed onto the plate and the sorbet was half melted.
One of my group ran out of time and had to leave.
I cancelled the panna cotta and summoned the manager who apologised and brought me two 10% discount coupons for next time (expired in March 2012- yes 2012). Although he said they would be honoured, coupons were just not enough. If he was sincerely sorry, he would have taken 10% off THIS meal not expected me to return for another meal to receive the 'apology'.
Quite simply, the staff could not cope with a full restaurant and spoiled a good meal for me. While the food was very good overall, I'm not going to walk all the way up to this inconveniently located restaurant again because the service did not match the food quality nor the ambience of the restaurant. They need to do better if they want to claim to be a fine dining restaurant.

我和女友經 Groupon 買了 $398 Cenacolo II (Al Dente Group) 2人意大利晚餐...真係兩個字 - "超正"!!!我發現以下那個食家, 也因為團購而動火...其實...將心俾己...我和女友試團購...無非係想以優惠價錢去試下一間餐廳既食物...但都會體諒人地也要做生意! 只要用平常心, 唔好一開始自我標籤...我諗餐廳店員也不會刻意刁難d客~好似我和女友今晚雖然幾經辛苦先揾到間餐廳, 心中也有少許不滿 (咁唔關餐廳事...),心諗, 好location又咁平...也迫爆啦...洗咩做團購吸引d客試先~我和女友真係好少去中環算係高級餐廳, 好驚全部鬼佬 >.< 好彩有個香港男經理都好好人, 問左叫個名, 叫 Jacky! 佢服務好好, 抵讚 ^^今次我女友真係識揀, 揾到呢個團購嚟試! 坦白講, 以呢度裝修及格調, 算高級, 即使成$398都會覺得 "抵" (因為正常set dinner係 $2xx 位, 但無鵝肝...而試過又確實好好味)

 今次我女友真係識揀, 揾到呢個團購嚟試! 坦白講, 以呢度裝修及格調, 算高級, 即使成$398都會覺得 "抵" (因為正常set dinner係 $2xx 位, 但無鵝肝...而試過又確實好好味)

但上菜嘅外藉侍應都是全程木口木面，零表情，而上菜嘅速度亦好緩慢，唔知係未要上唒其他客嘅菜先，我們由7：45食到10：10先食完。其間我又見到綠色衫嘅中年經理時不時同其他侍應指住我們張枱。好啦，食完後，我老公想揚手埋單，那個綠衫嘅女人扮睇唔到，他揚了2次手，她都扮睇唔到，連其他食客都見到這樣嘅情况，覺得有d奇怪，最後我老公忍唔住，叫了聲唔該，那個女經理才過來，她過來後同我老公講: "點呀？＂救命，這間話唒都係中價餐廳，點解他們侍客嘅態度可以如此惡劣。難道因我們是買了團購嘅客同埋因訂位時忘記了提給這點而要以此態度侍客。今晚是星期六夜晚做埋團購客都只是七成full,

就算客人訂枱時忘記講是團購客就會影晌他們嘅坐位安排，以這樣嘅生意情況都不見得。有時真的不明白，做Groupon嘅餐廳目的不是想借Groupon做好招牌吸引更多嘅客戶幫襯？但以此餐廳為例似趕客多d。此餐廳位處半山，地點隔涉，如果不是做Groupon會更少人光顧，但經此一役，真是請都唔食，希望公司管理層能認真檢討員公嘅服務態度。

The boss wanted to treat the team to lunch and eventually settled on this restaurant as the venue. I had been here for dinner previously and was quite impressed by the quality of the food. The lunch sets did not disappoint either. As there were more than 20 in our party, we were requested by the restaurant to pre-order to ensure sufficient time for preparation. Appetizers were a choice of a soup and a variety of salads. The Caesar salad had fresh greens and crunchy croutons, though a little more bacon and cheese would have been preferred.

There were quite a few main courses to select from, ranging from pasta, rice, fish, chicken, and various types of red meat. I ordered the baby lamb fillet without realizing that it came with a mint gravy, which I do not normally enjoy. I was a little concerned after I caught a whiff of the mint when the dish was set before me. But was I in for a surprise! The mint in the gravy was very light. The gravy was a good balance of sweet and sour and a perfect complement to the tender lamb strips. I would definitely go back for it.

I had a taste of the seafood paella that my colleague ordered and it was quite nice too. The rice was cooked just right and the portion of seafood was generous. The feedback on the grilled ribeye steak was also favorable.

The set lunch included a choice of beverages or dessert of the day. I was hoping that tiramisu would be offered as I recall it to be quite good when I had it on my previous visit. But the dessert turned out to be a chocolate cake served warm and a la mode - it did not disappoint though. The cake was of a dense texture and rich, but not overly sweet. Very nice with the vanilla ice cream.

 The location of the restaurant may be a little out of the way, but for the price and quality of the lunch sets, as well as the spacious and comfortable seating arrangement, it is well worth the trudge up the hill.

The restaurant itself is quite large with décor that is fresh and modern with plenty of space between tables. Though I can’t help but feel this restaurant will go the same way as its predecessors in the same spot. For a Friday night, it was not even half full.Our waiter, whilst pleasant and polite, was either distracted or didn’t listen properly. Also happened again when he got our choices mixed up and suggested that we must have decided to switch our choices between us. We had no confidence he would actually get our order correct since he didn’t write it down but fairplay to him as he did manage to the get the food right.

I’ve eaten at Cenacolo twice (at both branches) and both times I found the food to be below average. They should reduce the options on the menu and stick to a few really good dishes instead of offering everything under the sun. The pastas are cooked al dente and whilst the taste is somewhat acceptable, I can’t help but feel they use MSG. The steaks are terrible; tough and chewy with not much flavor. I ordered their Chicken Parmigiana and I still to this day am not sure of exactly what I got. The chicken breasts were thinly sliced and pan fried with a watery tomato sauce poured on top along with some mozzarella. This was served with oven roasted vegetables on a bed of an extremely weird tasting mashed potato. The mash tasted powdery which made me suspect that it was instant powdered mash.

Never had any gripe with the service but the food leaves a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). Perhaps I’ve just been ordering the wrong thing, after all how hard can basic Italian food get?

第一次光顧是晚餐店子位於亞畢諾道地點較偏遠, 看過地圖, 以為由藝穗會沿路上去就是了怎料當日天黑下雨, 跟住 google map 行來行去都找不到最後竟然搭了的士!!　走的時候, 朋友教我點落番去蘭桂坊, 原來好快ga如果各位要去, 記得由蘭桂坊酒店or Hard Rock Café, 上雲咸街, 再由中央廣場側的樓梯上去, 左手邊行過3-4間餐廳就是了上次晚餐每人要$300, 但份量極大, 一半都吃不完！埋單給了我們 lunch discount coupon, 所以今次encore lunch上次dinner 只得3檯客人, 今次lunch time 大概60% full位置真是很大影響餐廳座位闊落, 坐得很舒服3 courses set lunch －$88 to $98有appetizer / main course / drink or dessert 份量比dinner 少, 但我覺得啱啱好, 而且價錢便宜很多 麵包是暖暖 +軟綿綿的 加上olive oil, 可以食到幾塊 Soup of the day – potato creamy soup幾香滑 Past

份量比dinner 少, 但我覺得啱啱好, 而且價錢便宜很多

麵包是暖暖 +軟綿綿的

加上olive oil, 可以食到幾塊

Soup of the day – potato creamy soup
幾香滑

Pasta of the day – 蕃茄雞肉長通粉
長通粉剛吃覺得有點硬，但後來又覺得 Al dente
雞肉ok, nothing special
蕃茄醬汁味道一流, 汁不會太多，太少or too salty


朋友的main course 是pepperoni pizza, 我估size 最少有22 吋, 薄薄的餅底, 上面 有好多cheese, 賣相十分吸引, 朋友說味道很不錯

不是太特別　
但蛋糕是暖暖的


總體感覺良好，但服務不夠細心, waiters 沒有主動 加水, 而且常看不到我們招手

知道是Al Dente旗下新開的餐廳,期望頗高, 結果都不失所望招呼我們的是一位金髮外國女士,她很有禮貌, 一句"ENJOY YOUR MEAL" 未食就已經心情好好點了一個SET LUNCHInsalata Nicoise沙律材料有TUNA,蓄茄仔,熟蛋,黑橄欖, 雜菜等等...材料雖平凡,但黑醋汁十分出色, 令沙律「升呢」是很開胃的APPETIZERSpaghetti Del Pescatore意粉口感很好,沒有過熟而軟掉, 爽口彈牙海鮮份量很多, 有蝦,魷魚,蜆,青口醬汁十分好吃,用新鮮蓄茄做,正!DESSERT有cenacolo II的拿手作--TIRAMISU一來就再見SURPRISE-- 他們用JAM在碟上面畫了一個笑哈哈!!甜品能帶給人開心的感覺, 單是CENACOLO II這份貼心, 未食就已覺窩心雖然這兒的TIRAMISU都有不足的地方(太過濕....), 但它還是為是日午餐寫上完美句號

之前買了團購 $68 一個Set Lunch 太吸引了買了才知道這間原來是Al Dento旗下的想說食物和服務都一定不會差 因為Al Dento給我印象超好那知道… 我打去訂位… 幾次都說在忙… 叫我遲點打來最後有一次我終於問了那我什麼時候打來才可以訂到位那位不是很有禮貌的小姐才說那我現在幫你訂位心裡已經想著這餐廳的服務真的是”太好”了… 當然是反話=_=那天… 我們一齊出發到中環… 星期6的中環還是人來人往… 不過我相信比上班的日子少很多人了走過了很多有特色的建築物 走上一條超斜的路 穿過一橦大廈終於找到了這間店Cenacolo II * 還有上一層蠻直的樓梯裡面的裝潢很美 有歐陸式的磚牆, 酒吧, 暗灰色的環境令整間餐廳變得更高貴, 幽雅, 清靜, 很舒服的感覺!!接待我們的那個侍應.. 應該就是幫我訂位的那位小姐吧她為我們安排好位子之後 為我們遞上餐牌 就走了!!《前菜》我們點了兩個南瓜湯 一個凱撒沙拉南瓜湯 – 超濃的南瓜味 很creamy的口感 好棒喔!!凱撒沙拉 – 就普通的凱撒沙拉.. 哈哈!! 《主菜》我們點了三款不同的菜式 都想試試看=]就在我們剛點完菜之後,

就在我們剛點完菜之後, 突然發現後面那張台出現了一個
超級無敵大的pizza = 差不多有一張兩人台那麼大

放在薯蓉上面 流著濃濃的牛肉肉汁 肉質嫩嫩的

是媽咪愛吃的Tirumisu * 誰知道這間的…….好怪!!
也太濕了吧 芝士味不濃 咖啡味也不濃 蛋糕濕濕的 /___\ 失望!!

還是尖沙咀的Al Dento 好吃多了 >3<
