去嘆返杯茶先,真係唔講唔知長沙灣工廠區入邊都有好嘢食,係D2 place one 入邊原來有間餐廳叫做大公館,入邊有分中餐同西餐,我揀咗係入邊食西餐🍽•佢地有set lunch 或者係健康午餐開餐前有餐包熱辣辣•🍃健康午餐係有註冊營養師編制金甜菜及牛油果沙律芒果汁燴西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬配全麥麵給烤羽衣甘藍•🍴普通午餐有機蘆筍沙律配慢煮留心蛋及魚子醬香煎大西洋三文魚樓配大蜆🍮檸檬撻配棉花糖意式榛果朱古力奶凍配黑莓及咖啡酒泡沫•環境比足一百分,如果係同客人去食飯完全係值得推薦!全部都好好食而且餐廳又夠安靜• 繼續閱讀

 隱身於大公館內既西餐廳D2 PLACE既大公館相信大家都一定聽過最近在增設了一家西餐廳 Cadenza 親身品嚐過,我認為水準相當好同大家分享一下午餐既菜式我上網做功課發現菜式會定期換今次既菜式有以下選擇前菜選一主菜選一甜品加$20 落單後,大約5分鐘左右就會開始上菜先上三款麵包麵包脆條,多士,麥包有預先加熱,食起來夠熱最喜愛加少許欖油和抹上牛油,特別香 前菜有凍湯/熱湯我選生牛肉薄片配紅菜頭火箭菜巴馬臣芝士 牛肉切得極薄身,配上紅菜頭粒與芝士碎清淡得宜,最合適的前菜,慢慢喚起食慾紅藜麥牛油果意大利青瓜沙律,檸檬百里香汁女伴選了更為健康的沙律 紅藜麥近年被稱作養生超級食物減肥降膽固醇,富含高纖維配上牛油果,意大利青瓜絕對係營養三寶入口清新怡人,腸胃完全無負擔又美味 主菜有薄餅/意麵,煎魚/雞肉卷/牛肉選了美國頂級肉眼配香脆薯條及季節蔬菜(會員價$268/非會員$288) 上菜時才發覺原來200克牛肉份量也十足伴以煎香既蘆筍&脆口薯條薯條粗而脆香,有灑了調味,不用番茄已很美味 煎香既蘆筍質感爽口,與牛油很對味,非常適合的配搭5成熟度medium食得出有簡單調味再煎香色澤均勻味濃郁肉味濃郁,肉汁極豐富,牛夠嫩恰度好處 法式雞肉卷配薯蓉,蠶豆及法國黃菌汁 (會員價$178/非會員 $198)Chicken Roulade with Mashed Potato, Fava Beans and Chanterelle Sauce 雞肉卷做法講究步驟繁複烹調仔細釀入餡料,將之調味捲起再煎香上菜雞肉味濃肉汁豐又具嚼勁 甜品時間Tiramisu千層蛋糕 (午餐套餐 另外+$20)細味既時候,令人想起名店出品令人驚嘆的味覺體驗輕薄有彈性既餅皮,交織出濃郁迷人的甜味 茶飲可選茶/咖啡茶味淡,但配以檸檬酸香,味道剛好 拉花咖啡 鮮雜莓吉士撻 (午餐套餐 另外+$20)撻底夠脆身,配上了4種水果 餐廳環境有格調小聚暢飲都合適荔枝角長義街9號 D2 Place 10樓A號舖Shop A, 10/F, D2 Place, 9 Cheung Yee Street, Lai Chi Kok港鐵荔枝角站 D1 出口, 港鐵荔枝角站 D2 出口; 於大公館內電話號碼27438055 繼續閱讀

I’ve been to the Greater China Club a few times already but when my friend told me about the hidden Western restaurant inside the Chinese eatery, I was really shocked!Cadenza is a nice, cosy area tucked inside the huge Chinese restaurant. During lunch-time, this place is filled with working people in office attire. The lunch menu looks lovely, and the price is very reasonable for its quality.I had the amazing truffle mushroom soup for starter and my friend had the salmon carpaccio (as they’ve run out of sea breams). The soup was very creamy and rich in flavour, and I could easily smell the fragrance of the truffles when the soup was being served. The carpaccio was nicely marinated, and the salmon tasted very fresh.As for the main course, both of us had the rib eye. Again, it was very good. My medium rare steak had a nice tender texture and it remained really juicy throughout. There was not one chewy bit. The fries could be more crispy in my opinion tho.Last but not least, we had the desserts of the day.The chocolate donut looks really cute and the it’s stuffed with creamy and sweet chocolate. Luckily it’s quite small so it wouldn’t be way too filling.The pear compote jelly was a special dish. With the syrup-infused pear sitting on top of a pool of jelly, each bit felt very diverse and layered, especially when mixed with the honey on top. Simply marvellous ✨As a whole, the meal at Cadenza was very pleasant. The food was good (in fact, even better than expected!), the service was on point and the ambience was nice. The zesty and nutty flavours highlighted the Carpaccio without overpowering it! The flavours and textures all worked together beautifully!Main - Pan-fried Barramundi ($198)👍👍👍👍👍One of my favourite dishes was the Pan-fried Barramundi with Chorizo and Saffron Capsicum Stew. The fillet was cooked to perfection, the crispy skin even more so, the salty chorizo paired excellently with the refreshing saffron capsicum stew, it was such a lovely match for the dish.Main-USDA Prime Rib Eye ($288/200g)👍👍👍👍👍Moving on to another main dish - USDA Prime Rib Eye, French Fries and Asparagus. The Rib Eye was cooked to a perfect medium rare and it was amazingly tender and full of flavour. The French fries were nicely seasoned and pleasing crispy.Donut With Chocolate (+$20)👍👍👍👍To satisfy your sweet tooth, you may also add $20 for dessert.The little bites was still warm from the oven, paired nicely with the chocolate filling!Pear Compote Jelly (+$20)👍👍👍👍👍Another showstopper was the pear compote jelly, the jelly was light and refreshing, the poached pear was fragrant and the texture was soft but not mushy, a real treat for pear lovers!Cappuccino👍👍👍👍A creamy cappuccino served as wonderful finishes to the meal.Hand Drip Coffee (+$28)👍👍👍👍The Indonesian Sumatran hand drip coffee has its unique bitterness highlights its savoury sweetness, with low pleasant acidity and rustic earthy flavour.The farm-to-table concept is all the rage these day, so they even grow their Hydroponics Vegetables in the club.Dry-aged Beef refrigeratorStore frontInteriorMenu 繼續閱讀

今日lunch又黎到D2 Place搵食!黎到大公館,我選擇走入歐陸式酒吧Cadenza🍴環境偏暗,幾有格調,同情人撐枱腳都岩套餐黎之前待應會送上一籃麵包,係熱辣辣架,好好食!頭盤即開生蠔有兩款,可以試到唔同口味幾好,Set lunch都甘有誠意!大大隻而且仲好新鮮!👍🏻🤩紅菜頭、核桃、芒果沙津,加上沙津醋,酸酸甜甜作為頭盤係我最愛😋主菜同朋友都選擇左5成既美國頂級肉眼🥩配香脆薯條及季節蔬菜🥬真係煮得剛好5成,唔會好乾,多汁肉嫩,肥瘦分佈適中,係食到尾就感覺偏咸香脆薯條都係重點黎架!😍粗身薯條炸到好乾爽好脆另外仲可以加$20配甜品,但今次太飽無機會試,留反下次啦! 繼續閱讀
