「漢堡包」這種聽起來就很不健康的快餐，想想就沒食慾了，更別說讓我寫食評。今天雨天，路經這家小店，看到兩個小帥哥主理，有板有眼的，好奇心作祟，走近一看菜單，價格不貴，再認真一看，午餐更優惠，加3元有一罐可樂，再加3元有一份現炸薯條，不掏錢買會對不起自己！我點了個黑松露漢堡，實物比他們貼出來的照片更吸引，漢堡麵包，生菜，番茄，免治牛肉，芝士，層層分明。入口第一個反應是「色香味俱全，而且很平價」！坦白說，長年穿梭在美國，英國，法國的出差狗，漢堡總會吃到，在中環SOHO 也是隨手可得，在西環水街居民區也能吃到已經是一大驚喜，價格還實惠！茶餐廳，點心，日式拉麵，港式西餐，山東餃子，湖南菜，吃多了也會厭，換個口味試試他們家的漢堡，不會讓你失望！說不定你也跟我一樣，變成他們的回頭客！…查看更多

Little counter style place on water street. There are 4 seats all outside so you may suffer in the summer. Guys are obviously passionate about their burgers. Prices are astonishingly cheap. Food is cooked in front of you. The burgers themselves are fantastic. Juicy and full of good tasting meat. They put ketchup on the buns which we managed to spot in time. We hate ketchup and there's no mention on the menu. The English mustard burger is actually made with American mustard. My wife had to point this out to the guys. The double cheese burger is massive and incredible value. The cheese fries were disappointing. Microwaved cheese poured on top was rather bland. 日前在港大辦點事後，便行去水街搵食，發現在一角位有這間Burger Guys，直攪話比我聽會唔錯，便去試吓。店子很細，店外只設了三、四張椅子，因此外賣的人較多。由於是開放式廚房，可清楚看出那年輕的廚師即叫即煮，雖是簡單的漢堡包，但製作頗為認真。叫了一個最便宜，單點$47的經典漢堡。內餡有生菜、酸瓜、蕃茄、牛肉、芝士及洋蔥。等了約十分鐘，個包弄好了。外表看來飽滿，層次感十足。個麵包雖是外來供應，但幾鬆軟，唔錯。至於個手打牛肉餅幾大塊，看似乾身，但原來勁爆汁，漏出來的肉汁足足有一湯匙半吧，肉質感亦有咬感，唔會軟pat pat。生菜相當新鮮，較起來「索索聲」，配埋其自行調較、味道濃淡相宜的芥末汁，整個漢堡包不論外觀、味道與價錢都甚高分，單點不用五十元真係物有所值！…查看更多

屋企附近,開咗一間漢堡包專門店,由兩個青年人主理,有多款唔同嘅漢堡包, 雖然價錢比較離地, 但食落味道又覺得不錯,值得一再回味, 一般漢堡包賣五十幾蚊一個,未必人人接受到,但又總有捧場客,漢堡包有多款味道選擇, 形形色色都好多唔同配搭,仲可以轉套餐有炸薯條或者水牛城雞翼,店舗位置比較難搵,而且逢星期日或紅日休息,呢點大家要留意 。我會繼續支持地道小店。…查看更多

This is a great little spot at the top of Water Street which is run (I think) by 2 local guys. All I can say is that these are hands down the best burgers I have had in Hong Kong and you can see that the 2 'guys' put a genuine amount of love and care into creating them . What struck me most is the perfect  seasoning used in the burgers to give it that perfect meaty, melt in your mouth taste that is normally associated with an amazing steak. A lot of these new burger places tend to cook their meat medium meaning that the meat has a pinkish/red colour inside, which some people may find too soft. Personally I have nothing against this method but these guys manage to cook their burgers in such a way that they still retain the flavour of a medium done burger but without too much of a pinkish colour inside. This give the meat a bit more punch and flavour rather than being too soft and in some cases wet. So please go take a look if you can. I really wish people can support these smaller up and coming places rather than some of the more well know burger places which are in a similar price category.    …查看更多

Blown away by these delicious burgers. Easily the best burgers I've had in Hong Kong, could stand up to any place in the States. 朋友介紹過，今晚經過一於試試，叫了有菠蘿的漢堡。等了約5-7分鐘，店員便送上，連同手套（果然夠體貼）。店主表示肉是「手打」，肉汁與菠蘿汁的鮮味出奇的配合。一定會再幫趁！…查看更多

前兩日同朋友諗住落水街食野，點知路過見到呢間野。停低望望餐牌，先知原來佢係食漢堡。基於對漢堡既偏愛，我就強烈建議（好似係強逼）我個Friend同我一齊食。叫左個（極邪惡)黑松露芝士漢堡，因為佢係即叫即製，所以所有野都好熱好新鮮。黑松露既味道出到黎，兩塊包夠脆，最重要係塊漢堡夠肉味，D肉汁一滴一滴咁出黎。最緊要o個樣野係，呢個包只係賣53蚊！如果同一個包係銅鑼灣間漢堡房間賣，應該已經過一百蚊。所以因為呢個包既性價比好高，令到食o個陣覺得更加好味！支持小店唔係得把口，亦唔係等佢臨執笠既時候去instagram 呃like 既技倆，係要身體力行咁係日常生活做出黎。難得遇到一間咁有誠意既鋪頭，因此都抽番D時間都打幾隻字去俾番個Credit。亦希望係新假期未報道呢間「隱世」既小店之前，大家快D去用一個合理既價錢去品嚐一份誠意。…查看更多

牛肉份量好大、juicy，同埋好新鮮；個fd 食黑松露個個聞到都覺得好香。店舖唔算大但兩位店主都好用心介紹同製作；本身想走洋蔥但佢地sugguest呢種洋蔥較甜，食落又覺得唔錯。lunch 既價錢會再平好多，套餐大概40蚊到。會繼續支持你地，加油！…查看更多
