週末放假難得去中上環，身為咖啡狂熱分子，一定要揾d小店嘆下咖啡🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩經朋友介紹，知道呢間係好野馬上走左去試，唔難揾同近地鐵站😆😆😆😆買左杯 Ice americano take away, 好夠凍，一飲落去，不得了，嘩，好滑，又唔苦，同平時個d連鎖店完全唔同🤩🤩🤩 🤩🤩🤩一杯Ice americano 已經有cold brew 嘅感覺，超正！😇😇😇好小會係香港揾到咁高質素嘅咖啡，一定會再黎飲！😍😍😍

經朋友介紹下，今日難得平日放假，又早睡早起精神爽，又計劃稍後去MegaBox 睇家俬電器，出到中環先九點幾，太早入九龍灣商店都未開門。就一於行去上環搵my cup of fresh brew 嚟平伏我舖咖啡癮! 好開心有機會試Brew Bros 嘅 cappuccino. 飲完。總結係Brew Bros 嘅烘豆咖啡豆確實有 full body and dark chocolate aroma，不過，佢仲未達到我想要嘅味, 以前喺加拿大 Montreal 一間自家經營嘅街角咖啡店入嘅咖啡烘豆 Old School espresso blend from « 49th Parallel ». 呢隻豆真係一飲甩唔到，好難忘～ 唔識用中文形容 ～ it comes with a flavour of low acidity and full body. Dark chocolate aroma with round flavours of cocoa, caramel and molasses. 喺逗留香港嘅日子裡面，希望有朝一日搵到佢！

去過墨爾本後，對當地的早餐及咖啡念念不忘。聽說依間咖啡店的咖啡豆是來自墨爾本的Market Lane Coffee，所以一早就bookmark 左，終於等到一個休閒既假日黎試下啦～店內的風格簡約，選用木枱木櫈，枱面又用乾花做裝飾，感覺好舒服寫意。由於座位不多，而黎到時剛好時食brunch 時間，比較滿座，要同人搭枱。揀好食咩後就到櫃臺落單。Flat White首先出場～咖啡果酸味比較突出，又帶點甘味。可是奶泡打得不夠細膩綿密，快快咁影左幾張相，已經見到氣泡出現。不過整體咖啡的口感都好順滑，味道特別。 .簡單輕食All day breakfast有齊煙肉，炒蛋，大啡菇，沙律菜，茄汁豆，麵包，味道唔錯又份量剛剛好，大啡菇好好食～ Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon 澳洲經常食到的組合，個sauce 幾好味，再加蛋及煙燻三文魚配麵包，口感好豐富。而且配菜是baby spinach 配黑醋醬，令人更開胃而又可以解去eggs benedict 的膩。可惜水波蛋煮過左少少，有點似溏心，唔太流心。

今日嚟到上環嘅brew bros，好近地鐵站，好方便！而且環境都唔錯，好休閒嘅感覺。叫咗佢哋嘅alll day breakfast, 味道不錯啊！值得推介，會回頭再食！但係個飲品就麻麻地，我叫咗hot chocolate同iced mocha好濃，但感覺味道怪怪:/

Cafe位於上環街角，環境幾清淨，啱曬hea住嚟食brunch🙂喺all day menu揀咗兩款食物，雖然個名唔同，但內容萬變不離其宗，都係多士、三文魚、水波蛋同沙律菜🥗🍞 麥包多士偏硬，用盡九牛二虎之力先切得開😩🥚 水波蛋煮得幾好，好流心👍🏻牛油果醬嘅份量都幾多🥑🥑🥑☕️ 對咖啡有啲期望，聽聞係墨爾本豆，但飲落又試唔出當中嘅風味😕另外奶泡可以再細膩啲。整體就係一間簡簡單單，不過不失嘅cafe😌

今朝開會前的醒神咖啡是這間位於上環角落的咖啡小店Brew Bros Coffee, 走澳洲風，聽說是日藉咖啡師主理的，很久之前已經想試。今日到嚟點左杯Flatwhite, 咖啡味帶著陣陣果香，是我愛的味道😍， 唯一美中不足是拉花在飲到一半時徹底散了，是因為我趕著回覆電郵而遲左飲嘅關係？！還是..... 🤔順道在這裡早餐，點了Smashed Avocado Toast with Poach eggs, 我覺得但凡有牛油果🥑嘅食物都好難會出事... 因為我愛牛油果😁，smash左嘅牛油果好creamy配上sourdough 超正，可惜poached eggs 過熟了，流不出蛋汁😓。整份早餐set價錢比同類型咖啡店要高，我覺得以呢個價錢的話應該可以做得更好！

位於斜坡頂的Brew Bros, 裝潢簡潔, 給人一種潔淨型格的感覺。到達時大概下午一點，餐牌上部分食物已經停止供應。點了crab toast with avocado sourdough + scramble egg, Fennel seed cured salmon with avocado toast with poached egg和一杯熱cappuccino.Crab toast with avocado sourdough + scramble egg - 個人覺得蟹肉份量過多，減少一點的話三款食材的配合會更好，中間有一層薄薄的牛油果醬，最出色的是sourdough 烤得很香脆，咬下去香口、滲透著酸種麵包的味道和麵包香Scramble egg則略嫌太creamy, 有點膩。Fennel seed cured salmon with avocado toast with poached egg - 三文魚吃不出有fennel seed 的味道，中間也有一層薄的牛油果醬，但配的是普通麥多士並不是sourdough , 還是挺香脆的。Cappuccino - 或許因餐廳名稱而對咖

i knew i had to try this cafe when they served specialty coffee from Melbourne and had the only acceptable soy milk for coffee,BONSOY! The soy latte was creamy and the coffee strong and not too acidic, served at the right temperature. The latter with milk however tasted weak,bland and a little watery.

周六打算探索一下西环 搜到这家店铺似乎很多推荐 看上了牛油果所以慕名前来抵店时已是11:30 有周末专供的8.00-10.30餐食已经结束 只能点全日早餐 只有一款含有牛油果泥 毫不犹豫下单内容丰富 品相出众 松软欧式面包涂抹上丰富的牛油果泥 叠加沙拉菜和圣女果 搭配烟熏三文鱼卷和两颗溏心水波蛋杂粮面包松软 牛油果泥浓厚 圣女果微甜 水波蛋新鲜 三文鱼质优 总体相当不错 就是味道稍稍淡同桌对面哥哥点了一盘三文鱼粒果，似乎也是很不错这家咖啡应该也很出色 只是我身体不适今日不宜饮咖啡下次再来早点吧😄餐厅服务生礼貌周到 加分！

上環有很多用心經營的cafe，難得早上在附近出沒又不趕時間，就特地去Brew Bros Coffee享用一份美味早餐。這裏的裝潢以木為主調，感覺很好hea。點了一份早餐（$90包食物連咖啡）— 牛油果多士和flat white。牛油果蓉份量很足，加了檸檬汁，感覺清新，和濃郁的流心蛋黃簡直是絕配！咖啡據說採用來自cafe之城（我改的稱號)墨爾本的咖啡豆，不苦澀、沒酸味，香醇可口，呷一口感覺這個早晨變得特別美好

Came here today with my 2 kids. Ordered pancakes. First one arrived with peanuts all over. Try to get a replacement for something else since my kid is allergic to peanuts. Sorry, cannot, because we already said nuts on the menu. Excuse me but don’t they know how bad Peanut allergy’s are to people. They were arguing to the end degree on the fact that cannot be responsible !No empathy no sense of care to people’s lives and the society. Shame on you!

悠閒的星期六，與友人閒逛PMQ，順道到附近享受一頓豐富午餐。上環這一帶有不少小店cafe，我們選了這家帶點外國風的。店內環境不錯，適合與好友小聚閒聊。flatwhite控的我點了一杯skimmed milk flatwhite，咖啡濃了點，但都可接受。友人點了熱朱古力，朱古力亦來一個拉花，有誠意呢。我們二人點了兩個main share，Eggbenedict with smoked salmon 及 mashed avocado or toast with bacon。eggben 不錯，不過toast烘得有少許過火，邊位有點乾硬。牛油果多士較出色，不過煙肉有點乾硬，下次再來，會選擇配煙三文魚好一點。cafe整體食物不差，環境及職員服務都不錯。是weekend 用餐不錯選擇。
