I highly recommend this whisky bar to everyone who is looking for a place to chill, learn about whisky or even a place for food.

You can’t find any other whisky bar that is friendly, easy going and a great place to drink whiskies and hang out with your friends. A must visit whisky bar if you are visiting central HK.

首次參加Tiga的威士忌與梅酒工作坊，結果令人驚喜！Tiga不僅幽默風趣，他對威士忌的專業知識也讓整個體驗充滿了深度與趣味。我們品嘗了多款特色梅酒，包括梅酒桶威士忌與威士忌桶梅酒。這些酒展示了梅子與威士忌的完美結合，讓我對這兩種酒的風味有了新的認識。最難忘的是品嘗了Tiga私藏的親手釀制梅酒，這款梅酒是用Rum酒制成的。其梅子香氣與Rum酒的甜味完美搭配，入口時那份好有深度的甜與我喜愛的煙熏威士忌一樣具有多層次的風味，令人回味無窮。在Tiga的指導下，我釀造了人生中第一瓶煙熏威士忌梅酒。使用當季新鮮梅子和高質感的瓶子，整個過程不僅是學習，更是創作的樂趣。這瓶特製的梅酒將在未來一年發酵成熟，我已經迫不及待想看到成果並品嚐其獨特的風味。五星推薦！如果你對威士忌或梅酒感興趣，Tiga的工作坊是一個絕佳的選擇，既是品酒也是探索台灣釀酒文化的絕佳機會。
