Ordered their 7 course dinner set and my suggestion is DO NOT do this and pls only order a la carte. As a typical italian restaurant, started with breads, then1st course was Oyster and Champagne Jelly, which was good and a fresh combination2nd was the Carpaccio di Tonno - as you can see, we were shocked, that was purely 5 tiny pieces of fishes and too tiny to the extent that we couldn't taste anything..... 😑 3rd was the beef tartare with caviar, of course they are good, its tartare and caviar an

Ordered their 7 course dinner set and my suggestion is DO NOT do this and pls only order a la carte. As a typical italian restaurant, started with breads, then

2nd was the Carpaccio di Tonno - as you can see, we were shocked, that was purely 5 tiny pieces of fishes and too tiny to the extent that we couldn't taste anything..... 😑

4th was the tagliolini and top with black truffle - the portion of the tagliolini was really too too too small and it is nothing fulfilling

5th was the little turbot "xiao long bao" with crayfish and citrus - which was good, cute, special and finally its something that worth ordering, but only 1 little dumpling wouldnt satisfy me - special texture for the outside and refreshing as a whole with the citrus on the side

6th was the grilled fish? Nth special and i got nth to comment 😑 look like sth that try to make u full, but not working at all

7th as the last one was the sorbet with caviar on top. Again, nothing special

Since we were not full at all after finishing the above, we ordered the Chitarra with Braised Oxtail Ragout - it was so good, al dente chitarra with the yum braised oxtail

We also ordered 3 more desserts, didnt show the chocolate lava cake (as it was just normal). Other 2 were

- cannoli filled with ricotta cheese, brinte's pistacchio and orange peel - that was good, crispy and fulfilling and worth trying

- tiramisu - it cant be wrong for an italian place, if it's wrong, that would be a disaster, but i would say, pici one is good enough already

Overall the 7 courses were $1500pp, and with everything its $2000pp. Also, they served really slow and we were almost starved to death

侍應好貼心咁將龍蝦湯分成2份 龍蝦湯 好濃郁但1 d都吾咸 !!! 飲完吾會 ‘確’喉


龍蝦意粉係手工麵黎 不過不失 意粉既汁 都好配 但有小小失望既係某一兩件龍蝦有小小吾新鮮 同經理講之後都即時offer換番碟新既比我地 但我地都8成飽了 可能飲左湯既關係 所以最後經理以最signature既甜品作補償

Here for dinner for a friend’s birthday, we had a reservation and was guided to our seats smoothly when we arrived. Staffs are genuinely polite and patient especially when we requested recommendations on white wine. It wasn’t long for the food being served. We didn’t order appetisers cause really just couldn’t pick any, while for mains, we’ve got:1. 1. Lobster Tagliatelle - good texture of the lobster with rich taste for the sauce, tagliatelle well cooked (7/10)
2. Line Caught Meagre Fish with Royal Baeri Dressing - a bit over cooked (5/10)🥶
3. Pizza Norcina - surprisingly delicious with pieces of truffles, it was served hot and would defo rate it a 10/10🤯
4. Dessert: Tiramisu - unexpectedly almost perfect mix of coffee with rum, a very balance taste of sweetness and bitterness 9/10🤯

Staffs were very friendly and there was no need of us to call them forward throughout our time there but all
took initiatives themselves, 10/10 for this level of service. 🥵

Due to covid-19 social restrictions, the restaurant had to close at 10pm and it’s unfortunate that we couldn’t spend and enjoy more time at Aria, a defo will-go next time! ☺️

their pasta is fantastic😍🤤🤤the flavour of Tagliatelle Zarda with Lobster and Bagnacauda is so rich🦞 and they are very generous with their truffle. the only dish i didnt like is their Ranger Valley Black Angus M3 Tenderloin😭 the steak was dry and it doesnt really taste good either💔💔 if ure going to aria italian, i would recommend u sticking to their pasta instead of their grill!🥰

呢度菜式我同朋友的有些不同、有分黃菜椒同紅菜椒做成的醬;而魚是一樣。
我選擇了黃菜椒醬、品嘗過後chef介紹話黃菜椒醬相對比較甜!
另外魚肉完全唔會腥、魚肉上的醬汁佢地都係用魚骨特別製成,非常濃郁,更加突顯魚嘅鮮甜!

然後是龍蝦意粉,這一道菜可能汁不夠多,稍帶點不夠濃味,除了面層帶味麵咬開後就很啖了
然後是燒魚和燒春雞,燒春雞在我們面前切開,首先有視覺的效果,其次雞的肉質很嫩,即是胸部位置也是不錯,而且味道很香😍

接下來是焗燒魚,也是在我們面前切開,然後分成一件件,口感和味道都很好,配上他們特製的汁一起味道很獨突

到了上生日蛋糕甜品,餐廳額外送了我們各一shot!而且我們一起唱歌拍照~朋友非常開心,不過甜品等得有點久,我們以為漏單了~

心太軟和酥皮cake都正,一人一啖剛剛好❤️

由我們七點到10點離開,竟然只有我們一台,包場了🤭價錢我覺得很合理,環境氣氛也很好,店員服務也不錯~已經介紹朋友再去👍

Wanted to take a close friend of mine somewhere special for her birthday celebration and decided to book Aria with high expectations (that’s my fault). The service was okay, not great but not bad either. Definitely did feel a bit rushed by our server throughout our meal (no, we weren’t late and yes, we were well within our “allocated dining duration”) and the service did feel pushy. Asked for coffee ☕️ and was told there’s no coffee, waitress kept pushing us to order wine when both my friend and I only wanted a coffee. When we told her it’s a shame they don’t serve coffee, we were told “oh we do, just after the meal, maybe you should choose a wine.” I didn’t realise post-meal was a prerequisite for ordering coffee in a fine-dining restaurant for a lunch sitting, perhaps this is my lack of experience with establishments like Aria but this was way the servers felt very pushy.


Decided not to get the set lunch and went for a la carte instead. As a small eater (both myself and my friend) we thought we’d order two entrees and two mains to share. The portions were so small we we actually able to order another main on top of that. Now let’s go to the food!

Again, very very small portion. This was suppose to be “main size” but the portion was more like an entree. Pasta was slightly overcooked and again, the only seasoning I could taste was salt.

The truffles were overbearing on the scampi - could not taste the freshness of the scampi at all. The foie gras was acceptable.

Way overcooked, much much too salty - definitely a miss.


Unless there’s a change in the establishment’s direction or change of hands, I don’t think I would choose to return to Aria in the foreseeable future.

Checked out this pretty Italian restaurant with my mom on Christmas weekend for lunch.❣️ The interior was very elegant & fancy. Classy champagne-gold theme. Plush chairs. There was a Christmas 🎄 tree decoration in the center. Big windows with a view and an outdoor rooftop. It was very pleasant to walk into such bright spacious dining area before being led by our waiter to our big booth seat by the window. 💫 Surprisingly it was a very quiet Sunday afternoon, considering it was Christmas weekend. The interior was very elegant & fancy. Classy champagne-gold theme. Plush chairs. There was a Christmas 🎄 tree decoration in the center. Big windows with a view and an outdoor rooftop. It was very pleasant to walk into such bright spacious dining area before being led by our waiter to our big booth seat by the window. 💫


Surprisingly it was a very quiet Sunday afternoon, considering it was Christmas weekend. There was only one other table outside. Well, which meant we could enjoy our lunch a little longer!

Happy there was no fixed Christmas brunch set anymore. We ordered A La Carte, which included
Beef Carpaccio 🥩 , Sea Bass 🐟 , Lobster Pasta 🦞, Mille Feuille and Tiramisu to share. Mom wasn’t too hungry and didn’t want to drink.


Everything was OK but nothing exciting. Bit overpriced especially for a small portion size of the fish and pasta. Best dish was probably the Lobster Pasta



Lunch for 2 people (without wine) was: HK$ 1384


Come here for the view and ambiance, not for the food. Will most likely not be returning again.

Had a very pleasant meal here with hubby on a quiet Sunday afternoon. The food was excellent and the staff was welcoming and helpful in addressing my special dietary restrictions. The porcini pasta was a delight and the scampi from Norway was so fresh and sweet. The chocolate fondant cake was very satisfying as well. Not to mention the view is spectacular. Highly recommend! Will come back again for sure.

人生第一次寫食評。環境係真係靚,但係除咗環境之外,真係覺得唔需要去。點左個uni pasta,一放上枱已經好腥。咁我見到佢有個海草用嚟伴碟做decoration,以為個味係個海草度發出嚟。點知一食第一啖,個味超級腥🤮🤮🤮🤮 之後就冇再食第二啖放咗喺度。我同朋友都想叫個侍應收走佢,但又覺得好似好冇禮貌,完全冇食過咁喎。但最後都係頂唔順,因為腥到放係枱上面都覺得好辛苦,咁我就叫個侍應過嚟幫我收走碟野。佢有問我地點解,咁我照直同佢講話個pasta is a bit fishy。佢竟然同我講:uni pasta is like that.我當然o哂嘴,第一,我食過好多間餐廳(in HK, JP and US)嘅uni pasta,從來未見過可以咁腥咁臭。我自己都識整uni pasta, 係sogo/citysuper 買uni(唔係最貴嗰隻)自己整都未試過咁臭。第二就當然係態度問題。正常一間好少少嘅餐廳,聽到顧客咁樣講,都會扮下野話 I’m sorry to hear about that. 人生第一次寫食評。

第二就當然係態度問題。正常一間好少少嘅餐廳,聽到顧客咁樣講,都會扮下野話 I’m sorry to hear about that. Do you want to have a look of the menu again? 等等呢啲說話。完全冇!俾個menu我地睇吓可以叫其他嘢食都好啊🤯🤯🤯

當然,佢係收足我呢碟食咗兩啖嘅uni pasta錢,盛惠$47x (咁上下)

咁其他嘢食就中規中矩,唔係特別難食,但又唔係特別好食。

結論:香港大把有靚景,價錢同佢差唔多嘅餐廳,但比佢好食同服務好,所以唔使再去。

Pappardelle with Wild Mushroom and Porcini Sauce, Parsley Pure and Black Truffle Shavings

The truffle base and truffle shavings on top gave a quite vibrant smell. The pappardelle was al dente in texture and plated perfectly in the middle of the plate. It was served with wild mushroom and buttery sauce. The overall taste was rather light and the portion wasn't big even for one person. BUT, the plating was impeccable.

Guess it was not from the regular menu, SEA URCHIN PASTA WITH WHITE TRUFFLE SHAVINGS
White truffle did not smell as strong as black truffle, but it gave a better taste! This sea urchin pasta was a LITTLE BIT disappointing that the sea urchin sauce was not strong at all that I could barely tasted sea urchin. Was expecting more from it given the price and portion of the dish.

This was definitely the HIGHLIGHT of the meal. Thanks to Chef Andrea!! The first time ever in my life that Caviar was used to pair with ice cream. Before tasting, I had a little doubt on the taste of this combo....
BUT!!!! Chef proved me wrong, the combination of FRESH VANILLA ICE CREAM and CAVIAR
went SO WELL that it gave another taste.....GUESS WHAT!! You gotta try it to get the answer

Dessert always perfectly wrapped up a meal.
Fondant au chocolat
Have waited for 20 mins, it came! The vibrant smell of chocolate with slight crispy texture on the outside was a bomb! The molten chocolate inside was simply delishhhhh!!

Tiramisu was a MUST ORDER for Italian restaurant!!! Quite well executed one with a hint of wine and coffee flavour!


Overall, I do have more expectations given the fame of Chef Andrea and the location. Every dish was beautifully plated, and the service was up to standard! Would still love to see if there's any improvements in the near future!

今日難得放一天假給自己,當然要去搵間自己想試既餐廳. 點解我會揀呢間餐廳,第一佢個VIEW唔差.居高臨下 而且地點好易搵就係蘭桂芳加州大廈一出地鐵站過條馬路直上轉下彎就到....好方便.第二樣係,雖然佢係一間意大利餐廳但係佢有個GIMMICK 就係引用左日本OMAKASE既概念由當日的食材去做廚師發辦 呢個非常有趣(因為西餐少見)入餐廳前,佢都做足晒防疫既措施, 探熱係每間餐廳基本.但佢仲有一樣係其他餐廳未必有既就係要掃QR CODE留低個電話,萬一大吉利是當日有確診人士光顧都可以通知返當日既食客. 呢間餐廳有OUTDOOR 及INDOOR 區域. 第一道菜已經令我有驚喜. 首先,你見到呢個海膽可能覺我無乜特別(因為我相機影出黎有少少色差,其實現場所見個海膽肉係粉紅色) 
我覺得個顏色好特別,據說呢個海膽係黎自....意大利...呢個真係第一次食.

平時食日本/ 加拿大海膽既機會比較多,但係意大利既海膽真係第一次,而且配上魚子醬.
濃濃既海鮮味, 好CREAMY既海膽, 加埋魚子醬真係好深印象
其實鐘意食海膽既朋友都應該有試過係出面食到啲味道帶腥...唔CREAMY, 唔太新鮮帶苦既海膽...因為唔係間間餐廳都入靚貨,又或者返到貨黎都未必真係隻隻好食. 不過今日好好彩,呢個海膽真係冇令我失望,而且我真心覺得佢個味道係比起日本既更勝一疇.
大概係魚子醬幫佢錦上添花.所以呢味前菜真係留下好深刻好好既印象.

好,接住落黎又到第2道前菜. 其實都唔記得係咩菜名.
只係記得呢味蝦有啲似日本的甜蝦刺身, 佢再現上少少青檸汁同魚子醬又真係好夾.
之後中間個個係水牛芝士....綠色個個汁...我唔係太記得好似係欖油....之後隔離個薄餅充滿色彩
好多小花係上面. 啲花 唔好以為係裝飾 其實都係可以食埋佢.我食完之後又有另一番感受,
每個小花都有啲唔同既花香同埋帶甜. 佢係提昇緊個薄餅既味道

因為其實湯的份量唔算好多,個主角都係蝦.
呢個蝦幾特別. 絕對唔係龍蝦,但係佢肉質既彈性都幾好唔錯.
