Steak Tartare 是生的免治牛肉加一些洋蔥粒、喼汁等配料,配以生雞蛋黃,如果不喜歡生的朋友這個絕對不適合。我覺得這味一般般,如果我可重新選擇一次前菜的話,我較喜歡上面那個紅菜頭沙律。這碟 Steak Tartare 我反為更喜歡那兩塊 tortilla chips, 是粟米脆片,香脆又味道不錯。

我是很喜歡rice pudding的,這個真做得很好,有榛子粒,更有𡁻頭和口感,亦能調合一下甜味。這pudding甜度比上面的 Penna Cotta 多,不太嗜甜的朋友可能會比較適合上面的那款甜品,這款亦會比較飽肚。

這個是意外驚喜,除了兩個午餐的甜品外,餐廳送了一小塊生日蛋糕🎂給我媽媽,還寫了字樣,亦為她唱了生日歌,好用心,多謝晒餐廳的安排。👍😊

A gathering of 11 of us were seated by 6 with dividers to keep us respecting the 4 max people dining. 11 of us ordered and waited for food. Now this is where things get messy. Throughout the night, there were many mistakes made by the server.- Forgetting to order an appetizer (even with it being written down)- Not knowing the special menu and serving us the wrong item on the specials and CHARGING US FOR IT- Mains being delivered 15 minutes later than other mains (busy kitchen they claim... but o

- Forgetting to order an appetizer (even with it being written down)
- Not knowing the special menu and serving us the wrong item on the specials and CHARGING US FOR IT
- Mains being delivered 15 minutes later than other mains (busy kitchen they claim... but our food was ordered together)
- People finishing main courses while one doesn’t even have their appetizer

At the end of it, we ordered the right dish from the specials ($300) which is on the house; but we were charged for what we didn’t order ($600) which is also 2x the price of what we originally wanted. Is it really on the house if we’re paying more for it?

Although, I have to say that the server tried her best. It was evident that she wanted to do the most for us, even though it had not gone well hence this review. Ultimately, it is the manager that I think lacked the most here. Giving us excuses after excuses as to what was happening to the food and what should be done about the problems.

Anyway, this place is a big rip-off. Food was mediocre at best. They value profit over customer satisfaction. Don’t come support this kind of business unless you want your money stolen.

You can tell chef is bringing his creativity A game with the Grilled Scallops. The jalapeño dressed scallop with coriander is like an immaculate pearl sitting elegantly on top of a quartz stone. The slight kick from the chili dressing nicely balances the sweetness of the medium-rare scallop.

The Bonito Fried Duck Leg is such an intriguing dish. It's supposed to be shredded and eaten with a crisp watermelon salad. You get different crunches from the bonito flakes, cucumbers, pomelo in a mouthful of the salad. It's never dry too because of the juicy watermelon bites!

The other star of the show is the ALTO’s Beef Wellington. The beef fillet was thick, tender and so juicy. Each bite is filled with nuttiness from the mushrooms and the buttery pastry and the slight sweetness from the medium rare beef.

Had the opportunity to try out their new tasting menu and wow were we surprised! The menu was so delicately and well thought out, you can see the chef took great pride in building the menu from start to finish like an amazing show. Everything from the concentration and build up of flavours were so thought out you can feel the journey the chef takes you on. The highlights for me were the duck salad which was so crisply cooked and the sauce that went with it made the salad so good with such intere

The beef wellington by far superior, mashed potatoes were nicely decorated and fluffy, the beef encased in truffle pastry and so perfectly cooked, one of the best I've ever had in my life and would want more. Thoroughly full by the end of the meal. Happy to see they have turned themselves around, the new menu items are good, service is much better and overall quality of everything has been uplifted.

疫情緩和,朋友約吃晚飯,選了位於V Point 31/F 的Alto,以前都是上去Roof top bar,沒有吃過晚餐,一直覺得夜景非常漂亮,很適合坐下來開瓶好酒慢慢品味。最有驚喜的竟然是前菜的沙律 - Bonito Fried Duck Leg - watermelon salad, sweet dressing, 那鴨腿是由專人在我們面前現埸即拆肉,炸的超級香,配上新鮮的西瓜沙律菜和偏微甜的醬汁,堪稱一絕呢,一定要試薯條有點失望,因為不夠熱,但是味道是還不錯的。因為最愛的Rib-Eye賣光了,所以試了Dry-aged British Hereford and Angus Cattle - Sirloin, 很可惜,牛肉質感偏韌,我認為不值HK$458,以同樣的價位能吃到更好的牛扒,但為了這夜景,沒所謂吧!焗三文魚,醬汁偏甜,但沒想到有點腥味,其中一位朋友說是魚的鮮味,我實在分不清,但我就不喜歡了,感覺是不太新鮮呢,味道普通,伴菜的似是長西蘭花,比較少見。

早兩天預約訂位慶祝女主人生日,特別指名想要window seat,果然侍應當天安排左一個非常好嘅牆角window seat,可以210度飽覽整個維港景色,加上當天中午剛好雨過天晴,環境及安排都非常滿意,美中不足係旁邊天花因為剛剛紅雨,有些許漏水,但影響係不大嘅。點餐過程侍應都好熱心不時過來問有冇需要,補水都好自動完成,侍應上菜時仲特別提示碟菜要點樣先最好食,服務態度幾好最後我哋點咗兩個main同一個side, 都只係四百數落樓,仲要好好食。呢個環境,呢個價錢,值得。

Me and my gf booked though open rice with lunch special menu. End up the menu is different than what I see in openrice. Well basically I would at least expect the steak to be on the menu. They explained this is because they are lack of food supply because of COVID. If so, then update the menu in open rice! it does not take you more than 5 mins to update!P.S. We have asked the dessert to come asap when we are still eating the main corse. It still takes 30mins to come. Just don’t come for lunch un

P.S. We have asked the dessert to come asap when we are still eating the main corse. It still takes 30mins to come. Just don’t come for lunch unless you have a 2-3 hours of lunch time.

The soup and tuna tata taste ok, it is not a big portion but good enough.

The overall food quality is not bad but I will prefer the steak. The main dish of fish and chicken has too much char. Smashed potato is pretty good and match with the taste of the chicken. I am not a lover of fish but we don’t this a choice.

Deserts are okay but it take way too long to delivered. My girl friend has to leave because she has to get to work and I have to finish up both dessert.

At last, I think open rice and restaurant will really need to ensure the menu matches with what we see on the app. This is NOT an acceptable customer experience. Please escalate this matter and ensure the menu is always up to date.

一行三人,見OpenRice 即日有得訂位就去試。$168一個午餐set都好多可以選擇,雞牛魚豬都有。我地各自叫左一set。頭盤叫左兩款沙律:我食凱撒沙律,啲菜同出邊食開唔同,應該係有用鹽水拖一拖先再上碟,唔係全生,幾ok。朋友食的另一個沙律賣相好靚,佢話味道唔差,有芝士有酸瓜有橄欖油同醋。主菜:各叫一個豚漢堡,燒雞而我就食魚。燒雞同魚無跟pasta果啲,但就用左菜蓉同豆打底。主菜個魚其實就同出邊無乜大分別,同埋個菜蓉又加左橄欖油,自覺口感油左啲。同最後甜品:叫左brownie同一個花生醬cake。本身花生醬cake好特別,對於我係一個花生醬控黎講,簡直期待,可惜我覺得真係太甜,結果只食左個餅底。而兩位朋友都覺得好味食清晒。所以各人口味唔同真係好難講。環境:雖然有天然光射入黎,不過又未係想像中甘靚。可能人多,樓底唔高。我又坐邊位都覺得好嘈。同樓下zeng相比,反而zeng環境relax d。**水要另外俾錢,逐支計

Amazing location, view and facilities, let down by the poor service. Went there for a birthday celebration so were in a big group. At first we were put in the main dining hall which still had a nice view. We then saw there was a small room to the side so asked if we could go there to which were then informed we must be have a minimum spend, when we kindly explained that we were all going to do the drinks package the staff did some calculations in front of us (we were a group of at least 8 so we

I totally get that people need to pay higher for better facilities but there were only like 2 other small tables in the whole restaurant and the whole time we were there they never hit over 50% it felt weird and eerie like it wasnt really open for lunch or something.

Anyway, on to the food. The selection of the semi buffet was quite nice, seafood was acceptable and salads were really good. Package comes with one main to which almost everyone ordered the steak, I wasn't too impressed as it was pretty tough and chewy.

The main server that was taking care of us was really nice, but you can see she was definitely flat out and did not have enough help from other staff.

All in all I would like to go back when they have fixed up a lot of their service issues, seems like they have just been operating as normal for a long time with no real shakeup. It's a shame, this place could be heaving all the time.
