今年母親節,特意找了一間有海景的餐廳慶祝一下。Alto環境佈置有型格之餘,維港美景更是一大賣點。餐前嘅麵包非常鬆軟又熱辣辣,最好食係蜜糖嘅味道又香又甜,小朋友食到停唔到口Slow-cooked short beef ribs 食落的口感有啲似叉燒,半肥瘦嘅牛肉配上柚子同黑白芝麻,酸酸甜甜好開胃。Yellowfin Tuna Ceviche (avocado,lotus root,sesame dressing ,chill oil )呢個吞拿魚頭盤感覺好清新,因為牛油果同吞拿魚嘅配搭都好夾,而且有少少辣味,味道配合得好好,不過略嫌吞拿魚有少少筋。Middle CourseMorecambe Bay Oyster green apple mignonette, basil oil 生蠔就食得多,呢個配有蘋果碎嘅生蠔,第一次食感覺好清爽。Hokkaido scallop Tataki black Truffle,Oscietra Caviar 我個人就最鍾意呢個黑松露北海道帶子啦,因為有夠新鮮又好味Main Course 主菜Dingley Dell Pork Belly,apple jam,celeriac slaw,potato terrine呢個西式燒肉同中式燒腩仔肉一樣,外脆內軟,不過我自己就覺得重食燒肉比較惹味,呢個主菜有啲遜色Roast Cod rattle potatoes,shallot purée,shrimp 呢個鱈魚有啲鞋,唔知係因為煮得過咗時定係肉質問題,真係味道一般。Tasty TreatsSticky toffee Pudding caramel sauce ,banana ice cream 呢個甜品非常受小朋友歡迎,因為好甜好濃嘅焦糖同埋拖肥味。香蕉味嘅雪糕有夠特別。Caramel chocolate tart raspberry sorbet呢個朱古力撻小朋友覺得太硬冇朱古力味,雪葩少少酸,但其實幾好味。 繼續閱讀

An extraordinary restaurant with a breathtaking view of Victoria Harbour. Alto bar and grill is situated on the 31st floor of V Point in Causeway Bay. The large windows offer an unobstructed, stunning view.Heritage beetroot salad $168A colorful and artful display of fresh, earthy beets in various hues. The natural sweetness of the beets was perfectly balanced by the tangy goat cheese and the crunch of toasted walnuts.Spicy smoked steak tartare $158The high-quality beef was expertly hand-chopped, resulting in a tender texture that allowed the flavors to shine through. The smokiness was subtle yet present, complementing the heat from the spicy seasoning, served with thin, baked tortilla slices, provided a richness in the texture of the dish.Hokkaido scallop tataki $178A refreshing and delicate dish. Lightly seared on the outside, the scallops were tender and buttery on the inside, melting in the mouth with each bite.Grilled octopus $198The Grilled Octopus was an exceptional dish that showcased the tender and succulent nature of perfectly cooked octopus. The exterior had a delightful char, which added a smoky depth to the dish.
