滿足左我三個願望- 環境,味道,服務... 兩個人歎茶食左...茉莉花茶($40位) 好似飲花茶咁有個candle 暖住佢蟹肉小籠包($36四粒) 啲肉好滑好嫩帶子餃($36三粒) 個皮太軟弱,一夾就爛藍梅叉燒酥(好似$36三粒) 味道特別班片酸辣湯($98一位) 超清唔潔冇辣味椒鹽田雞腿($160) 層皮又簿又脆,啱啱好又唔油鳯尾蝦($160八粒) 成隻蝦有馬蒂托底,有啲似炸蟹鉗feel,但略油鮑汁雞粒飯(好似$130) 好多料,啖啖肉同冬菇一個微型甜品拼盤(唔知幾多錢) 有士多啤莉雪糕,酥皮蛋"逹",nuts 酥,桂花糕,芒果布丁with芒果濃汁佢仲有道芋頭椰汁西糕- 冇乜特別好滿足呀,飽到上心口,個view正但係冇坐到window seat,因為太殘眼真係一分錢一分貨,味道雖好味但係其實會因為佢環境同埋服務加晒分有足夠o既staff 去serve 啲客人就算離開左佢但仲係four season 範圍時每一個staff 都有向我地打招呼個個都超nice間唔中去一躺真係一個享受...

鮑汁雞粒飯(好似$130) 好多料,啖啖肉同冬菇
一個微型甜品拼盤(唔知幾多錢)
有士多啤莉雪糕,酥皮蛋"逹",nuts 酥,桂花糕,
芒果布丁with芒果濃汁
佢仲有道芋頭椰汁西糕- 冇乜特別

好滿足呀,飽到上心口,個view正
但係冇坐到window seat,因為太殘眼
真係一分錢一分貨,味道雖好味
但係其實會因為佢環境同埋服務加晒分
有足夠o既staff 去serve 啲客人
就算離開左佢但仲係four season 範圍時
每一個staff 都有向我地打招呼
個個都超nice
間唔中去一躺真係一個享受...

飲茶就飲得多,但係呢次就覺得最架勢.four season喎住唔起入去飲茶扮下豪客.乜滿足感都番晒來. 裝修富麗堂皇唔在講,無敵大海景簡直令人心曠神怡,老實講,論點心就真係唔係太出色,不過d茶就相當有水準,我地飲左台灣頂凍烏龍茶.40元一位,一啖落肚,有綠茶芳香之餘又不失紅茶醒神啷感覺,哇...好似好識嘆咁! 其之要讚啣係服務.只要用電隻眼射下d waiter,佢地就會好醒走來招呼你,唔使舉手...hehe!誇左小小 果日食左(1) 梅菜差燒腸----唔夠熱,不過皮溥料足.(2) 龍太子蛟----賣相幾好,不過唔夠鮮甜(3) 銀杏百合??蛟--用波菜做皮幾好心思,不過皮略厚.(4)架哩春卷.---好細,有d快餐店春卷feel.(5)最正反而係貴花糕,同埋送果d甜品. 點心小左d,下次會再去扮豪客......

點心小左d,下次會再去扮豪客......

爸爸怕吵,因此選了到此中菜館和家人一同吃團年午飯。此館子有落地大窗,維港景色盡入眼簾。坐位舒適,檯間空間闊落。食物選擇不多,大多是貴價貨色。想點東昇班和北京鴨,但都售罄。結果點了西蘭花炒班球、炸子雞、叉燒胼乳豬海蜇、豆苗和他們推介的水晶蝦。各款菜餚都新鮮精緻,尤其是燒味和大大隻的水晶蝦。叉燒肉嫩多汁,水晶蝦新鮮爽嫩。但最出色的反而是甜品。我們點了貴花糕、紅豆和薑汁味雪糕與及黑白芝麻布丁。其中薑汁雪糕薑味強烈,而黑白芝麻布丁味濃而香滑。另外送上的桑棗酥和水晶糕十分精美可口,水準一流。這兒服務細心,只是可能客人比較多,菜上得比較慢,加上我們一邊吃,一邊閒話家常,不知不覺也吃了三小時。想要舒舒服服吃餐好,這處是不錯的選擇。

I went there for lunch and ordered some dim sums and a few ala carte dishes. The dim sums were delicious and presented beautifully. The other dishes were also good to look at but average on taste. The chicken which was the specialty of the restaurant was a disappointment.But it was a good place to have a business lunch. The service was excellent as one would expect from a 5 star restuarant.

訂了位三星期,終於在星期日有機會試下!價錢絕對不便宜,但以質素來說,真的非常好。那碟小餐前菜,一片薄薄的炸蓮藕和微辣茄子,味道恰到好處。點心款色雖然不多,但正!那個鮑魚雞撻,原集鮑魚,雖然不太,但鮑魚好鮮甜。還有必要試燕窩蛋白,一人份量要100元,但都有很多燕窩碎在上面,個人認為可以兩個人分享。最後推介甜品sampler,裡面有楊枝甘露,疆汁雪糕,山渣卷還有蛋黃酥,我覺得個雪糕最正,小小辣但味覺上很清新。始終是全港最豪華洒店,兩個人吃了700多元,不可以常常去。但一邊吃鈑,一邊欣賞海境,真是賞心樂事。有錢一定再去。

Finally go to this restaurant for birthday celebration, environment is grand and good view. Services are top standard. when we opened the menu, I would say it should be the most expensive Chinese restaurant I have tried in Hong Kong. Many of the dishes are using materilas like "shark fin, abalone, birdnest and lobster". Even normal pork will use "Black-pig" according to menu. Finally go to this restaurant for birthday celebration, environment is grand and good view. Services are top standard. when we opened the menu, I would say it should be the most expensive Chinese restaurant I have tried in Hong Kong. Many of the dishes are using materilas like "shark fin, abalone, birdnest and lobster". Even normal pork will use "Black-pig" according to menu. Finally we decided to order the cheapest dinner set ($680 for 1 person) and a la carte the following:
1.Shrimp + pigeon egg soap. $150
2. Fried milk nest with rolled pork. ~ 150
3. "Lun King Hin" steamed seafood box.(chef recommnd) 200 per one
4. Shrimp and eggplant with friend noodles with sweet "Wah Mui" sauce. 180
5.Fried big shrimp with noodle plate.(chef recommend) 180 per one
Tea and sauce is 20 dolar per one.
They provided free appetizer" beancurd with soya sauce-squid" and free "petit four" dessert at that night. Moreover, even I dont not order the dessert" Yam Chi Kam Lo", they give me a free bowl.

The taste are good but not the top IMHO(I thought Yum Kee had the top in town standard in every kind of dishes).
But services are flareless, all waiter served you with good smiles and humble even I dont order any drink or exepnsive dishes.
The soup is just a "Sheung Tom" adding the egg and shrimp and I dont suggest you to order it. The set's sour shark fin is also not good.
The seafood box had garoupa and shrimp with dofferent taste and quite good.
The friend milk was good but too oily for 2 to have.
The Lung Kin Hin's big shrimp was fair coz we have ordered a lot of shrimp dishes but the big shrimp was tasteless compared with those smaller shrimp in other dishes.
The set also have 2 piece of roast-virgin-pig 's skin and a fried pork meat and taste is good.

It total cost 1700+ and it's a good restaurant for business or those try-once one only.

P.S: We also found that there "Dim Sum" menu for lunch is too short, only 12type of Dim Sum for weekday and 24 type in PH.

But we saw BOE Li, Martin Li, "Fei Gor" Li dinner together at the private room that night and also saw the latest ball-woman "Wing Suet Mui" that night

相信是新開張的關係,飲茶的booking要等幾個星期。不過,如果不是peak hour來,約1:30pm後,其實都會有位。此店的裝修簡約,不是華麗,又不是古色古香的那種,但勝在有無敵海景。點心方面,款色不算多,而用材及品質都當然有一定水準,但又不至有十分驚喜之作:1. 蒸石班腸粉($80)2. XO醬帶子餃($36/3件)3. 燒鵝酥($36/3件): 其實是個飽仔內有燒鵝絲,而飽上有一層酥皮。4. 小龍飽($36/3件): 多汁。5. 麵包素卷($36/3件): 麵卷著素,素很爽口。6. 魚翅燒賣($60/4粒): 內有蝦,蝦內亦很爽口。茶介每位$20,但每人有一碟類似kimchi的前菜,以及飯後每人兩件的中式甜品(是日是芝麻餅和蓮蓉酥),則是免費的,所以都算不錯啦!
