The service at this restaurant is not good There seems to be little communication between the waitstaff and the kitchen, causing customers' food to arrive late.Last Sunday, around 1:30 PM, I went there to eat. We ordered one dipping noodles and one Tai snapper white soup ramen. The waiter (named B) told us that the dipping noodles would take a bit longer, about 15 minutes. We said that was fine since I was having the dipping noodles and my friend was hungrier, so he could eat first. However, after about 15 minutes, my dipping noodles arrived, but my friend's bowl still hadn't come. Five minutes later, two bowls of Tai snapper white soup ramen arrived at the table next to us. My friend had ordered the same dish, and they sat down after us, so I didn’t understand why ours was still delayed.I then approached the waiter (named KaHo), who claimed that the restaurant had received complaints about the time difference in serving dishes at the same table, so they tried to serve everything together. I mentioned that my dipping noodles had already gone cold and questioned why the other table, which ordered later, received their food first. The previous waiter B had only said that my noodles needed to wait, not that there was a policy about serving food together. KaHo responded that the kitchen staff was having some issues. I asked for the name of the kitchen staff, but he didn't know at first, then later mentioned it was KanSei.KaHo helped to call over waiter B, but B's attitude was rather casual, saying, "Sorry about that lor," and claimed the kitchen was preparing the food. He refused to explain why I wasn’t informed about the food serving policy. I believe as a customer, I should have the option of whether to have the food served together. In the end, we waited another five minutes before we could eat.I asked KaHo if there was a mechanism for reporting issues, and he said there wasn’t; I could only leave a comment on Google Maps. So, I wrote this review. KaHo's attitude was actually quite okay; he might not have been able to resolve the issue. However, waiter B had problems from taking the order to following up. I suggest the company improve their service. As for whether there are kitchen issues, I can't say, but I hope the company investigates. Overall, this meal was disappointing; there's no reason for such experiences at a Japanese restaurant.呢間餐廳嘅服務真係好一般,侍應同廚房係無咩交流,顧客啲嘢食會遲來先上岸。話說星期日去下午約一時半去咗呢度食,我哋叫咗一個沾麵一個鯛白湯拉麵,侍應(名字:B)話沾麵要等耐啲,大約15分鐘,我哋話無問題,因為我係食沾麵嗰個,我朋友比較餓,所以佢食先okay。點知過咗大約15分鐘,我個沾麵到咗,我朋友嗰碗都未到,然後過多5分鐘,隔離枱兩碗鯛白湯拉麵都到齊,我朋友明明同佢哋叫同一個,而佢哋遲過我哋入席,我唔明點解我哋會仲遲。於是我搵咗侍應(名字KaHo),侍應KaHo聲稱餐廳畀人投訴過同一枱上菜時間差太遠,所以盡量一齊上,我話我已經沾麵都凍晒,以及點解係隔離枱遲過我個沾麵都係佢哋上先,而剛才侍應B係話我個沾要等,唔係話有呢個一齊上食物嘅政策。侍應KaHo話廚房師傅有啲狀況,我叫佢畀廚房師傅個名我,佢話唔知,後來先話我知係KanSei。另外侍應KaHo有幫我搵埋侍應B過嚟,但侍應B態度好輕佻,話"咁唔好意思囉",就話廚房整緊架啦,又拒絕回應我點解無話我知啲麵要一齊上,我諗我係顧客我都可以選擇係咪一齊上掛。最後我哋再等多咗5分鐘先有得食。我問侍應KaHo有冇個案回報機制,佢話無,叫我只可以喺Google map留言,因此我打咗呢篇文。侍應KaHo態度其實尚好,可能只係佢解決唔到件事,但侍應B由落單到之後跟進都有問題,建議公司好好整治,至於是否廚房也有問題,我不得而知,但希望公司也調查一下。最後,呢餐飯食得唔開心,日本人餐廳無理由畀啲咁嘅事發生。

去睇戲前食個快飯,圓方食飯都係偏貴架喇,今次揀左食拉麵🍜但睇menu先發現原來佢都有提供其他定食,唔只得拉麵食;另外覺得服務比較求其😅.✨濃厚鯛白湯拉麵✨對呢碗拉麵既第一印象係好多泡,先飲一啖湯底,有魚味但覺得唔夠衝擊,食到中段可能舌頭已經慣左陣味,都唔係好食到魚味了,反而有少少麵既鹼水味🐟.當d鯛魚塊mix晒落碗拉麵到,已經唔係好覺得有佢既存在,但會食到有d炙燒過既味道.事後睇返menu原來係煙燻溏心蛋,但食落無乜煙燻味,同平時拉麵雞蛋差不多🥚叉燒都幾肥,食落好順滑.五色玄米粒無乜提升到碗拉麵,係間唔中食到少少脆既口感✨魚介豚骨拉麵✨相比之下,魚介拉麵既湯底就比較濃厚,但我本身係唔太好魚介湯底,所以無太多品評

想係圓方食拉麵,招牌濃厚雕白湯拉麵都冇貨😂真心咩,招牌都冇🥲🍜東京魚介豚骨拉麵 $128用多種魚乾和豬肉熬成的濃稠湯頭配上美味的醬油調味,這就是經典的東京魚介豬骨味道。飲落去係好香濃嘅豚骨帶少少魚味,真係好濃厚嘅,拉麵係直麵嗰種食落去都好煙靭掛湯,叉燒嫩滑。推薦指數: 7.5/10味道唔錯,價錢小貴,圓方算係咁了😂

🤔濃厚鯛白湯拉麵餐 $168湯底:賣相呈現令人期待嘅白色魚湯湯底,但係食落又食唔到魚湯嘅味道,更加似係醬油濃湯嘅味道。令我要再睇吓menu,睇吓自己係咪誤會左d 咩,但係menu確實介紹係用魚湯熬製嘅湯底。結論係味道不似預期,點都食唔到魚湯嘅味道。餐檯上有個放左鯷魚係入面嘅油,但加左又唔係鯷魚味或魚露味,反而酸酸地似醋。麵條:麵身比較硬身有咬口,質地okay。但係個湯底食到尾聲,覺得好似多咗少少鹼水嘅味道。唔知係咪麵條本身可d 鹼水味,浸耐左會釋放左d 味?材料:有少量魚肉喺湯面度。另外有兩塊未熟好薄嘅叉燒,浸喺湯底道浸熟佢,質地都幾滑。溏心蛋半熟質地好完美,但係唔入味。
🤔東京魚介豚骨拉麵 $128湯底係濃稠嘅豬骨湯底味道,未算好出色但都正正常常,但問題係都係食唔到魚介/魚乾果種味道。其他材料就同上面碗麵一模一樣。👌🏼跟餐叫左個涼拌菠菜,味道正常👌🏼另外西班牙豬肉餃子都係味道正常。食唔到西班牙豬肉同普通豬肉有咩唔同嘅味道。總結,味道未至於伏,但係食唔到預期嘅魚湯味道,難免會失望。環境: ★★★☆☆ 食物: ★★★☆☆ 性價比:★★★☆☆ 推介度: ★★☆☆☆
