Whenever you go past Hung Fook Tong, you will always smell those tea eggs so this time decided to get some.They were actually braised in lingzhi which is healthy.However it turned out not so healthy as they were rather salty.The eggs are definitely hard boiled and probably have been in the wooden tub for days as the egg white is no longer white.Anyway, definitely too salty and beats the purpose of being healthy.
