好耐冇出街食飯, 好想食番餐好。放假來到太古廣場魚治食個Lunch, 好彩人唔太多, 等左一陣就入左去坐, 兩個人叫左兩個set 同串燒, 壽司夠新鮮, 定食夠大份,性價比高值得一提要去參觀一下佢洗手間, 洗手間廁板有恆溫功能, 而且配備防疫用品, 牙線等物品, 感覺夠貼心

Made a visit to Uoharu’s newer branch located at Pacific Place for some high quality Japanese food and this definitely curbed my craving for Japanese cuisine! Their interior also reminds you of the izakaya’s you find in Japan. 🇯🇵Pic 1️⃣: Wagyu Sando - $268 hkd 🥩🥪 — Would you look at that wagyu 🤤🤤 This sando was so amazing. Pic 1️⃣: Wagyu Sando - $268 hkd 🥩🥪
— Would you look at that wagyu 🤤🤤 This sando was so amazing. The wagyu was deep fried to a crispy exterior whilst the meat still retained it’s tenderness and juiciness. The meat had perfect marbling and simply melted in your mouth. (Wish you could see the oils coming out from the wagyu when you bite into it!) The perfect sando wouldn’t be complete without the nicely toasted bread and generous amount of sauce for that extra boost of flavour.


Pic 2️⃣: Triple Tekkadon Set - $298 hkd 🐟
— Might be one of the best tekkadon’s I’ve had recently. I cannot emphasise how good their otoro was. I haven’t had such fatty, melt in your mouth quality otoro in ages and this definitely took me by surprise. Their minced tuna is also made using the same otoro, and was flavoured well. Even the akami was really delicious and had a rich tuna flavour to it. Nothing to complain about especially at this price, as the set also comes with miso soup, salad and 1 warabi mochi.


Pic 3️⃣: Sashimi Platter (5 species) - $88 hkd
— A high quality and good selection of sashimi here. Everything was extremely fresh. A favourite of mine was the red shrimp which was really sweet.


Pic 4️⃣: Baguette Ice Cream Sandwich (Vanilla) - $58 hkd 🥖
— No better way to end the meal than to have dessert. A unique take on the regular ice cream sandwich, this is definitely on the filling side as the baguette is quite carb heavy. Remember to save enough space for this!


📍Ambiance: fun, elevated izakaya experience, staff are friendly, seating is comfortable
⭐️Would visit again?: Yes!!

Didn’t realise there’re so many new places in Pacific Place now! Uoharu’s new branch here still reminds you of the main store in Central, starting from the tiny door you have to bend down to enter all the way to the fiery display of smoking bonito, except that it’s classier cuz you know, upscale shopping mall hahahaWe got a whole selection of dishes, and some highlights include grilled whole squid with a really rich squid liver sauce, thick fried tofu with a nice light coating, the sliced of tun

We got a whole selection of dishes, and some highlights include grilled whole squid with a really rich squid liver sauce, thick fried tofu with a nice light coating, the sliced of tuna with leek that looks confusing but tastes bomb.

For starters, we picked through a selection of fresh vegetables with a miso sauce and dried squid that you can grill on your own. We also had a miso-based sashimi tartare seared tableside, a classic spider roll, omnipork sando to get in on the sandwich action and a grilled chicken meatball stuffed in green peppers. Of course, we also got the satisfying signature sea urchin and salmon roe macaroni gratin to finish things off, talk about alliteration!

中環嗰間魚治食咗好多次,估唔到佢會開到金鐘太古廣場。由於暫時未有酒牌,餐廳俾我哋自己帶酒入去飲亦唔收開瓶費!於是…出事…我哋差唔多叫曬全個menu有嘅嘢,7點坐低食到10點,但係點解咁少相?!我都唔知點解可以搭地鐵返到屋企@_@魚治新場師傅樓面同事都好比心機,樣樣都做得好好,嘢食同服務都相當有水準。雖然飲酒有啲多,有好多其他前段來嘅餸菜都有印象,有幾樣菜式必定要試:。 漬物瓜夾芝士。 燒牛舌。 軟殼蟹卷。 飛機貨返嘅魚*查實有冇人可以解釋點解佢個門口要咁細個!

I booked Uoharu in PP accidentally thinking it was the Central location but was not dissapointed! Apart from amazing quantity and quality of dishes for a very decent price (around 250pp and we were all stuffed) there was a live cooking show and we were treated to a delicious piece of fish on the house afterwards. The experience was super authentic and the staff all Japanese. This ended up being an amazing and memorable dinner with friends!
