其實唔係第一次嚟,之前係度飲過茶☕,好味嘅,亦有兩個人去食晚飯,但係兩個人食唔到太多嘢,而今晚係屋企人飯局👨👩👧👦,因為夠多人可以試到好幾道餸❤️❤️❤️我地叫左子薑欖角啜魚咀 ⏩️⏩️每片魚咀都處理得恰到好處,保持半熟狀態,既能確保魚肉嘅鮮嫩,又完全突出食材嘅原味。欖角拿捏適中,唔會搶走魚肉嘅主角地位,子薑既清香更是畫龍點睛,確係一道令人回味的好菜❤️❤️❤️仲有太子成名脆皮咕嚕肉⏩️⏩️咕嚕肉外皮酥脆,肉質鮮嫩,令人一試難忘。酸甜嘅醬汁同青紅椒🌶️、洋蔥🧅嘅香氣相互交織,令每一口都充滿驚喜,係家庭聚餐和朋友聚會嘅理想選擇❤️❤️❤️最後係天麻魚頭湯⏩️⏩️呢個湯真係至尊級數👑!湯底熬到濃郁鮮甜,魚頭新鮮大隻,肉質鮮美又滑嫩💯。加埋天麻嘅藥材香,啲湯特別醒腦提神,最正係飲完成碗湯都唔覺得油膩,反而清爽提神,最啱响寒冷天氣飲用!天麻嘅藥材味同魚鮮味配搭得啱啱好,啖啖都係精華❤️❤️❤️

Last week, I came to this restaurant with a few friends to eat Shunde cuisine in Jordan.Actually, I had no idea about Shunde cuisine before coming here because I had never tried it.The dishes we ordered were all delicious, and we really liked them,including Soup of sea whelks and codyceps flower,steam Chencun rice sheets with pork short ribs,sweet and sour pork, pepper salt squid.I highly recommended the sweet and sour pork,is really surprised me.it made by mixed peppers,pineapple and pork shoulder, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with delicious, savory juices.Another my favourite dish is ‘pepper salt squid’, I think this dish pairs perfectly with wine because it's incredibly crispy and delicious. I think the prices here are quite reasonable. I hope to bring my family next time.

天氣轉個人乾燥特別想飲返啖湯水潤一潤。前日帶埋一家三口黎到佐敦順德公食飯。呢個ga湯真係好大煲,d料又新鮮真係好抵叫👍🏻再嗌左兩個餸同一碟排骨蒸陳村粉😋食到大家都Lam Lam脷🤤蜆蚧鯪魚球🉐🉐🉐作為正宗順德菜,首選一定要試下蜆蚧鯪魚球,一食便知龍與鳳🤭果然.真係好好食呀🤩火喉控制得好好令到表面顏色炸到好靚,每一個既色澤均勻,大小適中。一咬落口魚味同魚汁係裡面湧出黎。口入面係脆軟脆軟混合既口感,食完依然齒頰留香👍🏻👍🏻西芹焗魚卜✔️✔️✔️魚卜又係另一個順德菜代表作。順德出名食魚,順德人真係將魚食發揮到淋漓盡致,利用好魚ga每一個部份。西芹嘅處理對於呢度嘅師傅應該毫無難度,而最考驗佢哋功夫嘅係魚卜ga 處理,煮得唔好就會咬唔到同埋會腥。呢度師傅真係厲害,完全無呢個問題。魚卜入口軟綿綿但同時有咬口,吸收晒師傅調醬既味道,拎黎送飯一流🤤😌排骨蒸陳村粉🉐🉐🉐另一個順德菜既我最愛。陳村粉ga 口感就好似河粉,滑溜,但又比河粉無咁油,師傅將陳村粉鋪底,排骨流落去既肉汁加上本身調既醬汁,陳村揀直就好似吸收晒所有精華。天麻魚頭湯🉐🉐🉐係雞湯同魚頭湯掙扎,最後揀左魚頭湯,因為天麻可以驅風驅寒。魚湯要處理都比較麻煩,所以都係喺出面飲比較好哈哈😄入口有陣陣藥材香味,魚湯完全唔腥,無骨,所以我都好放心俾小朋友飲。飲落去成個人即刻暖晒,唔油唔膩,入口口感好舒服,而且咸度適中👍🏻正總結呢度既食物質素對得上呢度既價錢有餘,上菜時間合理,下次再黎😋
