We got a family gathering tonight here ( totally23- 25 persons including adults/ children / babies). I am so disappoint about their service attitude tonight. I booked and confirmed it on Tueday 19/Jan. They requested me to pre-payment about this confirmation. I understood about my booking including a large qty of person. So I accepted the pre-payment for my booking. Then they told me it need to pay HK$100 person. I asked that isn't just spending limit holding and not really bank transfer. The manager feedbacked that actually they will bank in at once for $ for confirm no problem. I 'm really v v v angry . What happen to this hotel ? and how can they allow this unreasonable rules??!! I asked why I need to pay over HK $2300 for the pre-payment and why did I need to pay it before the buffet. What is the point they got?! The manager settled my case and said that it was special service for me. My God!! Actually normal practice is.....!!!!
When we came here tonight. I still disappointed about their arrangement. I told them We got children and babies that may come with the baby tolleys and may be so noisy. Asked them it was better to arrange side table and not so close to the crowd. Actually they prepared 3 big tables and located in the middle. No space for us to put the baby tolleys. They said other tables were booked while we requested one more small tables for limited space.
I found it still not full at the end while I left at arround 10pm!!!
The plates that we used - we always need to ask their staff to help to take away!!
Half piece of the lobster (v龍蝦) was free for each customer but it cooked with the wasabi sause. I think that It is better to cook with cheese only.
Actually the food are ok and fresh but vvvv very poor service they offer for customers. I am so disappointed about them and totally different with before.
I think that their management staff may be changed......
