This restaurant is famous in its roasted pork belly, but chicken and cha siu rice is a heat in Hong Kong now, so worth a try. I guess. The soup of the day is pork ribs and white fungus soup. It lacks a subtle sweet flavour and so the soup is a bit plain, but a little salty. The ginger and scallion dipping sauce is good. Not too salty, yet maybe ginger flavour is not really prominent.Cha siu is a bit too dry, which is a disappointment. Maybe I am just unlucky to receive a relatively more lean cut

Cha siu is a bit too dry, which is a disappointment. Maybe I am just unlucky to receive a relatively more lean cut part of the pork. Chicken is ok, not very juicy. Again, it is more the chicken breast cut, so... unlucky.
Portion-wise, not great. The proportion between rice and meat is too large. Can’t finish most of the rice. It in general falls into the range of ‘okay but with a bit disappointed’.
