Its too hot and stuffy to walk outdoor today. On our way to causeway bay, we decided to sit down and cool down a bit. And so its time for desserts! At this 4-ish time all desserts stores werent much people. We saw the banner of it on the main street then followed the way.Its the 70s hong kong theme while not only selling chinese sweet soup but also modern ones like the frozen flaked ice, soft filled chocolate cake, macaron etc. we were attracted by the waffle picture on the banner thus, ofcourse,

Its the 70s hong kong theme while not only selling chinese sweet soup but also modern ones like the frozen flaked ice, soft filled chocolate cake, macaron etc. we were attracted by the waffle picture on the banner thus, ofcourse, we ordered a waffle.
Caramel, apple and cinnemon waffle with ice cream on side. Ice cream flavour was open for choice of chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, taro and green tea. It came after 15 mins shorter than i expected. The waffle was hot, freshly toasted, but there was too little caramel sauce, its just a few drip poorly sitting aside of the waffle. The green tea ice cream was fair. The apple was lovely! Its the kind of filling you could find in apple pie, warm and sweet with glaze wrapped. Take a bit of apple, a bit of wrip cream, bit of ice cream, put them all together with the waffle and stuffed into my mouth, its amazing! (Would be even nicer if there was more caramel sauce tho....)
Also had a pineapple ginger frappie. Funny combination i think and it tasted fairly good, it was too milky and i think it should be stronger taste of both the p and g.
Overall its not bad and recommend to come.
