Noticing that this noodle resto newly opened on Yau Man Street, my family decided to give it a try. .I ordered the Shredded Chicken with Sweet Potato Noodles. The sweet potato noodles were not chewy and quite soft. The shredded chicken was slightly coarse, and the soup was not that tasty. My dad ordered the Spicy & Sour Beef Brisket with Shanghai Noodles. The beef brisket waz served with reasonable portion. My mom ordered the Spicy & Sour Radish & Chives Dumplings with Vermicelli. The chives dumplings looked quite huge and meaty. The soup tasted a bit bland. My sis ordered Mala Fish with Vermicelli. I forgot to take pic of that. The fish contained a lot of bones, so she took a while to finish her food. .The resto is small and super crowded. My back literally stuck to an unknown stranger while I was having my noodles.

最近響鰂魚涌巴士總站開咗間阿一豬扒酸辣米綫，同筲箕灣東大街嘅阿一係同一間。豬扒韭菜餃酸辣米線 豬扒肉質軟腍，味道十足，咬下去完全不乾身，讓人回味無窮。韭菜餃也相當不錯，與酸辣湯底相得益彰。湯底的酸辣味道恰到好處，辣味適中，酸度開胃，喝下去非常惹味，令人忍不住一口接一口。米線的質感煙靭有嚼勁，每一口都充滿湯汁的鮮味。雞翼豬頸肉酸辣湯米線 豬頸肉採用厚切方式，有3大塊，肉質頗腍。雞翼的調味適中。米線加入的酸菜和花生為整碗米線增添了豐富的口感，酸菜的爽脆和花生的香脆完美平衡了湯底的濃郁，讓整體層次更豐富。而且米線有煙靭口感，又大碗，整體吃下來非常滿足。價錢都十分相宜。另外亦點了白蘿蔔作為配菜。白蘿蔔切成大塊，份量十足，吃起來清甜爽口。
